本发明公开了用于维护滚筒式烘干机转轴的润滑剂，包括以下重量份的原料：75‑120份大豆油、4‑10份丙烯酸甲酯、12‑35三聚磷酸钠、5‑11份三乙醇胺、11‑18份氢氟醚HFE‑458、2‑7份二乙二醇、6‑8份异壬酸、8‑20份防锈剂、4‑20份消泡剂、1‑6份分散剂、25‑40份水。采用了本发明后，使用后，同等润滑效果下减少了添加量，对转轴有很好的润滑效果，转轴表面不吸附灰尘，且具有良好的防锈效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于维护滚筒式烘干机转轴的润滑剂。
背景技术
粮食加工是指通过处理将原粮转化成半成品粮、成品粮，或者将半成品粮转化成成品粮的行为，我国是世界上首屈一指的粮食大国，粮食加工对我国尤为重要。随着粮种的改进、单产的提高，在粮食主产区，由于产量大，晾晒场地不足，粮库收购的粮食往往水分超出安全水分，当粮食所处环境内的温湿度满足微生物生长繁殖，就会发生霉变，如何及时干燥粮食便成为了一种问题，因此想到设计粮食烘干机来进行干燥，滚筒式烘干机长时间使用转轴需要维护，而现有的润滑剂虽然能够起到润滑效果，但是所需添加剂量大，用于维护滚筒式烘干机转轴时可能因为所需添加剂量大导致润滑剂泄漏污染粮食。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的滚筒式烘干机长时间使用转轴可能会断裂的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是：用于维护滚筒式烘干机转轴的润滑剂，包括以下重量份的原料：75-120份大豆油、4-10份丙烯酸甲酯、12-35三聚磷酸钠、5-11份三乙醇胺、11-18份氢氟醚HFE-458、2-7份二乙二醇、6-8份异壬酸、8-20份防锈剂、4-20份消泡剂、1-6份分散剂、25-40份水。
本发明的有益效果是：采用了本发明后，使用后，同等润滑效果下减少了添加量，对转轴有很好的润滑效果，转轴表面不吸附灰尘，且具有良好的防锈效果。
