Abstract
一种自愈合高效渗透结晶型建筑防水材料,施工后自愈合渗透结晶防水剂中活性粒子渗透进建筑材料结构缝隙内部,交联形成立体网络结晶体结构,堵塞渗漏水的毛细孔,且产生超强憎水分子,形成无色的防水抗渗层,防水剂中遇水膨胀成分遇水膨胀,在缝隙内挤压产生预应力,增强对缝隙的密封性,实现二次防水密封。主要应用于室内外墙地面防水、已装修厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水。

技术领域
本发明涉室内外墙地面防水、已装修厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水的建筑防水材料。
背景技术
目前,防水市场上针对建筑室内外墙地面防水及在用厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水的材料有。
1.涂膜类防水材料表面处理:采用JS复合防水涂料、丙稀酸防水涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料等对墙地面进行表面涂刷,形成一定厚度的柔性防水薄膜,达到防水堵漏目的。若用于防水堵漏工程,施工过后,表面防水层很难与原装饰层色调一致,会明显影响装饰效果。
2.防水砂浆类:刚性防水材料,通过提高砂浆的密实性及改进抗裂性以达到防水目的,如刚性多层抹面的水泥砂浆、掺防水剂的防水砂浆、聚合物水泥防水砂浆。此类材料主要用于新建筑防水层的建立,因其自身特点在后期防水堵漏中无法发挥作用。
发明内容
本发明针对目前市场上各种防水材料及相应施工方法存在的问题,提出一种新型的室内外墙面防水、室内墙地面防水及在用旧厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水的防水材料的生产配方和工艺,优化了产品性能。
本发明的配方组成:甲基硅酸钠60%,纯丙乳液10%,吸水膨胀树脂8%,二氧化硅6%,三乙醇胺6%,增韧剂4%,防老化剂2%,明胶2%,消泡剂1%,储存稳定剂1%。
本发明的功能原理是:自愈合渗透结晶防水剂中纳米硅粒子渗透进建筑材料结构缝隙内部,交联形成立体网络结晶体结构,堵塞渗漏水的毛细孔,且产生超强憎水分子,形成无色的防水抗渗层,防水剂中遇水膨胀成分遇水膨胀,在缝隙内挤压产生预应力,增强对缝隙的密封性,实现二次防水密封。
本发明为水溶性白色乳液,无毒,无刺激气味。
本发明自愈合渗透结晶防水剂的生产工艺实施例。
按重量计量,甲基硅酸钠60kg,纯丙乳液10kg,吸水膨胀树脂8kg,二氧化硅6kg,三乙醇胺6kg,增韧剂4kg,防老化剂2kg,明胶2kg,消泡剂1kg,储存稳定剂1kg,依次放入已开动的搅拌机内并持续加热至120℃,均匀搅拌6小时,停机,放料到沉淀过滤缸内,静置30分钟,然后分装入库,得到自愈合渗透结晶防水剂约100kg。
本发明自愈合渗透结晶防水剂的施工应用方法。
1.室内外墙地面:将施工基面清理干净,使用水泥砂浆等材料修补平整较大裂缝,用喷枪喷雾器等工具将自愈合渗透结晶防水剂直接喷涂或涂刷在干燥的墙地面及新水泥地面,通常至少连续均匀施工两遍(在上一遍未干时紧接着施工下一遍)。
2.渗漏较轻微的旧厨卫浴墙地面工程:清理墙地面缝隙内的杂物,采取自然渗透或压力注浆的方式使自愈合渗透结晶防水剂进入到墙地面深处,根据防水剂浆液扩散范围判断渗透效果,直至没有死角,停止渗透或注浆。
本发明的应用场所。
应用于室内外墙地面防水、已装修厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水。

1.一种自愈合高效渗透结晶性建筑防水材料,其特征在于:是由下列成分按重量百分比配制而成的水溶性白色乳液:甲基硅酸钠60%,纯丙乳液10%,吸水膨胀树脂8%,二氧化硅6%,三乙醇胺6%,增韧剂4%,防老化剂2%,明胶2%,消泡剂1%,储存稳定剂1%;自愈合渗透结晶防水剂中活性粒子渗透进建筑材料结构缝隙内部,交联形成立体网络结晶体结构,堵塞渗漏水的毛细孔,且产生超强憎水分子,形成无色的防水抗渗层,防水剂中遇水膨胀成分遇水膨胀,在缝隙内挤压产生预应力,增强对缝隙的密封性,实现二次防水密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水剂,其特征在于:应用于室内外墙面防水、室内墙地面防水、已装修厨房卫生间洗浴室墙地面防水。
