Abstract

可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置属于农业机械;在回转输送带总成上方部位处固配限位导向架,在所述回转输送带总成的末端外部固装带有下托板的电动推杆A,在回转输送带总成的末端一侧部位处固设横向导轨,固装锯片的电机可移动的配装在横向导轨上,所述锯片的中心孔轴心线与横向导轨垂直,电动推杆B固定配置在电机外侧部位处,其里端部与电机连接,行程开关固配在回转输送带总成的末端另一侧部位处;本装置实现了对可降解钵体苗带上的钵体苗单元个体的机械化切割分离,具有结构新颖、合理、简单、连续作业、自动化程度高、作业质量好、使用可靠的特点。

可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置
技术领域
本发明属于农业机械,主要涉及一种可降解的钵体苗带上钵体苗单元切割装置。
背景技术
钵体苗是近些年来研发成功的一种新的秧苗型式,由于其具有提高作物产量和品质的优势,钵体苗移栽作业方法开始推广应用。传统的钵体苗育秧是在塑料秧盘内进行,钵体苗移栽时,首先将其从塑料秧盘的穴坑内取出用于移栽。近年来,随着可降解材质的苗盘和苗带研发成功,在可降解钵体苗带上完成育秧作业后,无需将钵体苗从可降解钵体苗带的穴坑内取出,即可将钵体苗与钵体苗带一并移栽至土壤种床内,但是,在钵体苗移栽时,需将钵体苗带按其钵体苗单元进行分割,以保证移栽作业的顺畅完成和移栽作业质量。目前,可降解钵体苗带的钵体苗单元分割作业多以人力手工分割为主,少有的机械切割机构还存在结构复杂、作业可靠性差、作业质量不易保证等方面的技术性问题需要解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,结合可降解钵体苗带移栽作业使用时对钵体苗单元切割作业的实际需求,研究设计一种用于可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置,达到结构简单、合理、单元切割效率高、质量好、使用可靠、故障少的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在回转输送带总成上方部位处固定配置限位导向架,在所述回转输送带总成的末端外部固定安装电动推杆A,在电动推杆A里端部上安装下托板,所述下托板的上平面与回转输送带总成输送带上平面位于同一水平面上,且相互配合;在所述回转输送带总成的末端一侧部位处与回转输送带总成回转方向呈垂直的固设横向导轨,电机可移动的配装在横向导轨上,在所述电机的电机轴上固装锯片,所述锯片的中心孔轴心线与横向导轨垂直,电动推杆B固定配置在电机外侧部位处,所述电动推杆B的里端部与电机连接,行程开关固定配置在回转输送带总成末端的另一侧部位处,至此构成可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置。
本发明实现了对可降解钵体苗带按其钵体苗单元个体的机械化、连续化、自动化切割分离,具有结构新颖、合理、简单、可连续作业、自动化程度高、作业质量好、效率高、使用可靠的特点,为钵体苗移栽作业农艺技术的推广应用提供了技术支持。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施方案进行详细描述。一种可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置,在回转输送带总成1上方部位处固定配置限位导向架2,在所述回转输送带总成1的末端外部固定安装电动推杆A5,在电动推杆A5里端部上安装下托板4,所述下托板4的上平面与回转输送带总成1输送带上平面位于同一水平面上,且相互配合;在所述回转输送带总成1的末端一侧部位处与回转输送带总成1回转方向呈垂直的固设横向导轨7,电机6可移动的配装在横向导轨7上,在所述电机6的电机轴上固装锯片8,所述锯片8的中心孔轴心线与横向导轨7垂直,电动推杆B10固定配置在电机6外侧部位处,所述电动推杆B10的里端部与电机6连接,行程开关9固定配置在回转输送带总成1末端的另一侧部位处。
作业时,将可降解钵体苗带3放置在回转输送带总成1上,位于限位导向架2中间部位处,启动回转输送带总成1,依靠回转输送带总成1与可降解钵体苗带3之间的摩擦力带动可降解钵体苗带3在限位导向架2内向回转输送带总成1的末端方向移动,当可降解钵体苗带3的端部触动行程开关9时,回转输送带总成1停止运动,与此同步,电机6带动锯片8旋转,电动推杆B10驱动电机6在横向导轨7上向可降解钵体苗带3处运动,回转的锯片8将可降解钵体苗带3端部的一个钵体苗单元从可降解钵体苗带3上锯断分离后下落在下托板4上,此时,电动推杆A5回缩带动下托板4横移,被锯断的一个钵体苗单元依靠重力下落,完成切割作业。依次连续循环。

1.一种可降解钵体苗带钵体苗单元切割装置,其特征在于:在回转输送带总成(1)上方部位处固定配置限位导向架(2),在所述回转输送带总成(1)的末端外部固定安装电动推杆A(5),在电动推杆A(5)里端部上安装下托板(4),所述下托板(4)的上平面与回转输送带总成(1)输送带上平面位于同一水平面上,且相互配合;在所述回转输送带总成(1)的末端一侧部位处与回转输送带总成(1)回转方向呈垂直的固设横向导轨(7),电机(6)可移动的配装在横向导轨(7)上,在所述电机(6)的电机轴上固装锯片(8),所述锯片(8)的中心孔轴心线与横向导轨(7)垂直,电动推杆B(10)固定配置在电机(6)外侧部位处,所述电动推杆B(10)的里端部与电机(6)连接,行程开关(9)固定配置在回转输送带总成(1)末端的另一侧部位处。
