本发明公开了一种高速五通道回转裁切机,包括有机箱,所述机箱内设置有可供裁切的旋转裁切机构,所述机箱的一端对应所述旋转裁切机构设有接料推送机构,所述接料推送机构与所述机箱连接的一端处设有送料机构,所述旋转裁切机构后端设有出料输送机构;所述旋转裁切机构包括有切刀电机和圆盘电机,所述切刀电机和所述圆盘电机设于调整块的后侧,所述圆盘电机连接有转盘,所述转盘位于所述调整块的前端,所述圆盘电机能够驱动所述转盘绕自身中心转动;所述转盘上还设置有圆盘刀,所述切刀电机连接所述圆盘刀,所述切刀电机能够驱动所述圆盘刀绕自身中心转动;本发明的目的是提供一种安全可靠、效率较高的高速五通道回转裁切机。

技术领域
本发明属于包装设备领域,具体涉及一种高速五通道回转裁切机。
背景技术
裁切机是用于各行各业的片材的分割与裁切,它不需要任何模具;通过系统软件来控制,然后直接对产品进行裁切,只要在操作平台上设置好相应的参数,电脑传输相应的指令给裁切机;裁切机就根据接受的设计图稿进行快速裁切,自动化程序高;操作简单。是目前很多行业所采用的裁切设备。
传统裁切机需要手工送料,生产效率低,在生产时工人直接接触产品,存在严重的卫生安全隐患;同时,工人操作非常靠近裁切刀,存在严重安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全可靠、效率较高的高速五通道回转裁切机。
本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种高速五通道回转裁切机,包括有机箱,所述机箱内设置有可供裁切的旋转裁切机构,所述机箱的一端对应所述旋转裁切机构设有接料推送机构,所述接料推送机构与所述机箱连接的一端处设有送料机构,所述旋转裁切机构后端设有出料输送机构;所述旋转裁切机构包括有切刀电机和圆盘电机,所述切刀电机和所述圆盘电机设于调整块的后侧,所述圆盘电机连接有转盘,所述转盘位于所述调整块的前端,所述圆盘电机能够驱动所述转盘绕自身中心转动;所述转盘上还设置有圆盘刀,所述切刀电机连接所述圆盘刀,所述切刀电机能够驱动所述圆盘刀绕自身中心转动。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述旋转裁切机构还包括有可供调整裁切深度的调整装置;所述调整装置包括有固定的调整电机,所述调整电机通过减速器连接有丝杆,所述丝杆的另一端连接所述调整块。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述圆盘刀的上端还设置有抽风机构,所述抽风机构包括有防护罩,所述防护罩套设于所述圆盘刀的上端,所述防护罩上连接有抽风装置。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述圆盘刀通过刀盘架连接有可供换刀的进刀机构。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机箱为封闭式机箱。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机箱上设置有观察窗。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机箱位于所述接料推送机构的一侧设置有防护网。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机箱上设置有可供进入检测维修的活动门。
有益效果:
(1)本发明在机箱前设有接料推送机构对物料进行推送,相比于现有技术的裁切机,本发明有效的提高了送料效率,从而提升了设备的生产效率。
(2)本发明通过封闭的机箱设置旋转裁切机构,防止工人误触而造成的风险。
(3)在旋转裁切机构上设有抽风机构,防止在圆盘刀在进行磨刀时产生的火花、灰尘等四溅,防止带来的消防安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,包括有机箱1,所述机箱1内设置有可供裁切的旋转裁切机构2,所述机箱1的一端对应所述旋转裁切机构2设有接料推送机构3,所述接料推送机构3与所述机箱1连接的一端处设有送料机构4,所述旋转裁切机构2后端设有出料输送机构5,所述的接料推送机构3、送料机构4和出料输送机构5均采用现有的技术;所述旋转裁切机构2包括有切刀电机21和圆盘电机22,所述切刀电机21和所述圆盘电机22设于调整块23的后侧,所述圆盘电机22连接有转盘24,所述转盘24位于所述调整块23的前端,所述圆盘电机22能够驱动所述转盘24绕自身中心转动;所述转盘24上还设置有圆盘刀25,所述切刀电机21连接所述圆盘刀25,所述切刀电机21能够驱动所述圆盘刀25绕自身中心转动。
本实施例中,所述旋转裁切机构2还包括有可供调整裁切深度的调整装置6;所述调整装置6包括有固定的调整电机,所述调整电机通过减速器连接有丝杆,所述丝杆的另一端连接所述调整块23;所述圆盘刀25的上端还设置有抽风机构,所述抽风机构包括有防护罩7,所述防护罩7套设于所述圆盘刀25的上端,所述防护罩7上连接有抽风装置8,抽风装置8采用抽风机连通吸风管的结构,并通过吸风管连通防护罩7,对防护罩7下端进行吸风操作。
所述圆盘刀25通过刀盘架9连接有可供换刀的进刀机构10,所述机箱1为封闭式机箱1,所述机箱1上设置有观察窗,所述机箱1位于所述接料推送机构的一侧设置有防护网;所述机箱1上设置有可供进入检测维修的活动门。
本实施例中,本发明在工作时,接料推送机构3的上端正对有储纸架,复卷好的纸卷经储纸架,落入接料推送机构3的槽中,推板推动纸卷向前移动,进入送料机构4中,送料机构4将纸卷送入旋转裁切机构2中进行裁切;在旋转裁切机构2中,圆盘电机22通过皮带带动中空的大传动轴驱动转盘24转动,切刀电机21则连接贯穿所述中空的大传动轴的小传动轴,另一端通过皮带连接圆盘刀25的转轴,如图3所示,驱动转盘24整体转动的同时,圆盘刀25也被驱动转动,从而对纸卷进行全方位的裁切;当圆盘刀25工作一段时间后需要进行磨刀,防护罩7有效的防止了磨刀时火花和灰尘四溅,并从抽风装置8中抽取,防止消防安全隐患的发生;在调整块23上的调整装置6通过调整电机的驱动,经过减速器使丝杆转动,从而使丝杆下端连接的调整块23随着丝杆转动而上下移动,从而达到调整裁切深度的效果;纸卷裁剪后落入出料输送机构5中,向外输出。
为表述方便,本文所称的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”等代表方向的描述与附图本身的左右方向一致,但并不对本发明的结构起限定作用;此外,本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,本领域技术人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或者类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种高速五通道回转裁切机,包括有机箱(1),其特征在于:
所述机箱(1)内设置有可供裁切的旋转裁切机构(2),所述机箱(1)的一端对应所述旋转裁切机构(2)设有接料推送机构(3),所述接料推送机构(3)与所述机箱(1)连接的一端处设有送料机构(4),所述旋转裁切机构(2)后端设有出料输送机构(5);
所述旋转裁切机构(2)包括有切刀电机(21)和圆盘电机(22),所述切刀电机(21)和所述圆盘电机(22)设于调整块(23)的后侧,所述圆盘电机(22)连接有转盘(24),所述转盘(24)位于所述调整块(23)的前端,所述圆盘电机(22)能够驱动所述转盘(24)绕自身中心转动;所述转盘(24)上还设置有圆盘刀(25),所述切刀电机(21)连接所述圆盘刀(25),所述切刀电机(21)能够驱动所述圆盘刀(25)绕自身中心转动;所述圆盘刀(25)通过刀盘架(9)连接有可供换刀的进刀机构(10);
所述旋转裁切机构(2)还包括有可供调整裁切深度的调整装置(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,其特征在于,所述调整装置(6)包括有固定的调整电机,所述调整电机通过减速器连接有丝杆,所述丝杆的另一端连接所述调整块(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,其特征在于,所述圆盘刀(25)的上端还设置有抽风机构,所述抽风机构包括有防护罩(7),所述防护罩(7)套设于所述圆盘刀(25)的上端,所述防护罩(7)上连接有抽风装置(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,其特征在于,所述机箱(1)为封闭式机箱(1)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,其特征在于,所述机箱(1)上设置有观察窗。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速五通道回转裁切机,其特征在于,所述机箱(1)位于所述接料推送机构的一侧设置有防护网。
