the transfer device 4 includes: a first conveyor belt 41, a second conveyor belt 42, and a third conveyor belt 43; the first conveyor belt 41 is provided with small holes, and a first drainage device 411 is arranged below the first conveyor belt 41, so that water flowing into the first drainage device 411 through the small holes flows into the first drainage device 411, and the included angle between the first drainage device 411 and the horizontal plane is 15-30 degrees, so that the water flowing into the first drainage device 411 is drained through the self-gravity of the water; the second conveyer belt 42 is provided with small holes, and a second drainage device 421 is arranged below the second conveyer belt 42, so that water on the second conveyer belt 42 flows into the second drainage device 421 from the small holes, and the included angle between the second drainage device 421 and the horizontal plane is 15-30 degrees, so that the water can be drained from the second drainage device 421 through the self gravity.
The feeding hole 1 is arranged at the left upper part of the first conveyor belt 41, the material limiting device 11 is arranged at the outlet of the feeding hole 1, and the material limiting device 11 is of a Y-shaped structure and is driven by a motor; the sterilizing device 2 is installed right above the first conveyor belt 41, and a first material conveying port 412 is arranged at the right side of the first conveyor belt 41.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the decontamination apparatus 3 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the decontamination apparatus 3 includes: a decontamination box body 31 and a material pushing device 32; the decontamination box body 31 is of a cylindrical structure, the upper surface of the decontamination box body 31 is provided with a first feeding hole 311, the lower surface of the decontamination box body 31 is provided with a first discharging hole 312, the first discharging hole is provided with an infrared sensing device 314, and the photoelectric sensing device 314 is connected with the control device 7; the surface of the material pushing device 32 and the inner wall of the decontamination box 31 are provided with the brushing device 313, the brushing device 313 is made of flexible plastics, and the surface of the brushing device 313, which is in contact with the American ginseng, is an uneven concave-convex surface, so that the surface of the American ginseng is not damaged while efficient cleaning is ensured; the first feeding hole 311 is located right below the first material conveying hole 412, so that the American ginseng coming out of the first material conveying hole 412 directly enters the first feeding hole 311; the first discharge port 312 is located at the upper right of the second conveyor belt 42, so that the American ginseng discharged from the first discharge port 312 directly enters the second conveyor belt 42. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a Y-shaped pushing device according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the pushing device 32 is a Y-shaped structure and is installed inside the decontamination box 31 to divide the decontamination box 31 into three compartments, and the pushing device 32 is driven by the driving device 8, and the driving device 8 is connected to the control device 7.
A cleaning device 5 is arranged above the second conveyor belt 42, and the second conveyor belt 42 is provided with a second material conveying port 422; a third conveyor belt 43 is arranged below the second material conveying opening 422, and the American ginseng on the second conveyor belt 42 enters the third conveyor belt 43 through the second material conveying opening 422.
The drying device 6 is arranged above the third conveyor belt 43, and can directly dry the American ginseng on the third conveyor belt 43, and the discharge hole 431 is arranged on the right side of the third conveyor belt 43.
When the American ginseng cleaning device works, American ginseng passes through the feed inlet 1, the motor rotates to drive the material limiting device 11, so that the American ginseng falls into the first conveying belt 41 below the feed inlet 1, the American ginseng is sprayed and sterilized by the sterilizing device 2 above the first conveying belt 41, then enters the cleaning device 5 through the first feed inlet 311 through the first conveying port 412, the American ginseng is fully contacted with the scrubbing device under the pushing of the material pushing device 32, so that the surface dirt of the American ginseng is removed, the American ginseng with the surface dirt removed is discharged through the first discharge port 312 and enters the second conveying belt 42, the photoelectric sensing device 314 arranged on the first discharge port 312 senses the American ginseng while the American ginseng is discharged from the first discharge port 312, a signal is sent to the control device 7 at the same time, the control device 7 controls the motor on the material limiting device 11 to rotate, so that the next batch of American ginseng enters through the feed inlet 1, through the control of the material limiting device 11, the American ginseng can be washed in batches, the decontamination pressure of the decontamination device 3 is relieved, and the decontamination work can be effectively carried out.
The American ginseng entering the second conveyor belt 42 is cleaned by the cleaning device 5, enters the third conveyor belt 43 through the second conveying port 422, is dried by the drying device 6 after entering the third conveyor belt 43, and is discharged through the discharge port 431.

Second and third embodiments
In a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for cleaning American ginseng is provided. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the spiral pushing device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, compared with the american ginseng cleaning apparatus of the first embodiment, the american ginseng cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment is different in that:
the material pushing device 32 is of a spiral structure, the brushing device 313 is also arranged on the surface of the material pushing device 32, and the spiral design is adopted, so that the contact time and the sufficient contact area of the western ocean participating in the brushing device 313 are increased, and the cleaning effect is better.
