Description

一种用于打磨固体物件、磨削加工,提高光洁度的新基体砂布,属金属加工辅助材料技术领域。
现有砂布均用卡几布作底,存在抗拉强度低,砂粒粘结强度低,防潮性能低成本高的缺点。
本发明的目的是采用新的布料作砂布基底,采用新的工艺以提高现有砂布的质量指标,降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案是采用针刺法或热熔法生产的无纺布作基底采用“热熔法”或“胶粘法”工艺流程加工制成。
热熔法的工艺流程为:无纺布→裁布→打孔→印刷商标规格→固体胶加热到60°~90℃熔化,表面涂布→筛砂→35°~50℃烤焙→冷却→剪切→成品。
新基体砂布也可用胶粘法进行加工。其工艺流程为:无纺布→裁卷→打孔→印刷商标规格→喷涂液体胶→筛砂→干燥→剪切→成品。
上述工艺中打孔工序的目的是为了使用时便于撕裂砂布。所用的固体胶是骨胶60%、牛胶10%、水30%和适量的防腐剂,稀释剂为石炭酸。
所用的液体胶为HJ-101胶。筛砂要均匀而且砂的选料配制应达到国家规定技术要求。
热熔法制成的新基体砂布可在水中使用,不存在受潮影响使用问题。新基体砂布砂粘结牢,抗拉强度高,质优价低,是现有砂布的替代产品。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于打磨固体物件、磨削加工、提高工件表面光洁度的新基体砂布及其加工方法,其特征是用针刺法或热熔法生产的无纺布作基底,用“热熔法”或“胶粘法”制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述新基体砂布的加工方法,其特征是,热熔法的工艺流程为:无纺布→裁卷→打孔→印刷商标规格→固体胶加热到60°~90℃熔化,表面涂布→筛砂→35°~50℃烤焙→冷却→剪切→成品。
3、根据权利要求1所述新基体砂布的加工方法,其特征是,胶粘法的工艺流程为:无纺布→裁卷→打孔→印刷商标规格→喷涂液体胶→筛砂→干燥→剪切→成品。
