Abstract
本发明涉及一种门窗用防倾斜传动机构,包括有位置对称铆合的固定板甲和固定板乙,以及位于两固定板间的传动齿轮和传动齿条,固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有导向通孔,导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱,可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边,固定板甲和可动螺纹柱之间设置有压簧,可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔,通过安装螺钉穿过门窗型材后与可动螺纹柱上螺纹孔的旋紧来将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。本发明由于螺钉没有和传动机构进行直接接触,仅起到一个导向作用,所以传动机构没有受到外力,能够始终保持初始的安装状态,其不随螺钉的旋入而倾斜,从而避免了传动机构与型材间产生摩擦力。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑门窗配件领域,特别涉及一种门窗用防倾斜传动机构。
背景技术
门窗传动机构(或称门窗传动器)是指安装在门窗上,在执手与锁点机构之间实现传动的一种连接器。
现有门窗用传动机构的安装结构一般是采用将螺纹孔与传动机构一体式设计,这种设计由于是将螺纹孔直接设计在传动机构的固定板上,所以在对传动机构进行安装固定时,当安装螺钉穿过门窗型材与传动机构上螺纹孔旋紧后,传动机构会受力而向螺钉侧(执手侧)倾斜,这就改变了传动机构的初始安装状态,使传动机构与门窗型材间产生摩擦力,从而影响传动机构的使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种结构合理、安装稳固、使用方便的门窗用防倾斜传动机构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种门窗用防倾斜传动机构,包括有位置对称铆合的固定板甲和固定板乙,以及位于两固定板间的传动齿轮和传动齿条(传动执手的方轴穿过传动齿轮,当传动执手转动时,传动执手的方轴带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮转动带动传动齿条做直线运动),其特殊之处在于:固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有导向通孔,导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱,可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边,固定板甲和可动螺纹柱之间设置有压簧,可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔,通过安装螺钉穿过门窗型材后与可动螺纹柱上螺纹孔的旋紧来将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。
作为进一步地优选方案,固定板甲的左右两侧分别设置有通孔座,固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有与通孔座相对的导向通孔,通孔座的外侧套有压簧,导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱,可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边,可动螺纹柱的后端设置凹口,凹口套于压簧外侧,可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔,通过安装螺钉穿过门窗型材后与可动螺纹柱上螺纹孔的旋紧来将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。
更进一步的方案,在初始状态下,可动螺纹柱的后端凹口依次套压在压簧和通孔座上,以使可动螺纹柱位于传动机构内部;随着安装螺钉的旋入,可动螺纹柱受力并在压簧的作用下向执手侧(安装螺钉侧)弹出。
本发明提供了安装用螺纹孔与传动机构实现分体式设计的理念,其可动螺纹柱通过压簧设置在固定板甲和固定板乙之间,当安装螺钉与本传动机构连接时,安装螺钉实际是与可动螺纹柱进行螺纹旋合,由于螺钉没有和传动机构进行直接接触,传动机构的固定板乙只是为可动螺纹柱提供了一个用于导向的导向通孔,所以传动机构不会受到外力的作用,不会随螺钉的旋入而倾斜,能够始终保持初始的安装状态,这避免了传动机构与型材间产生摩擦力而影响传动机构的使用。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明传动机构是将螺纹孔设置在可动螺纹柱上,实现螺纹孔与固定板的分体式结构,这与现有传动机构直接在固定板上设置螺纹孔的方式相比,由于螺钉没有和传动机构进行直接接触,保证了螺钉(常规螺钉)在与螺纹孔旋合时不会实际接触固定板,传动机构不会受到外力,能够确保固定板始终保持初始的安装状态,有效防止门窗传动机构在安装过程中随螺钉的旋入而发生倾斜,提高了安装稳固度,避免传动机构与门窗型材间产生摩擦力,适于广泛推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1
如附图1-4所示为本发明中门窗用防倾斜传动机构的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括有位置对称铆合的固定板甲1和固定板乙4,以及位于两固定板间的传动齿轮(图中未示出)和传动齿条9,外部传动执手的方轴穿过该传动机构的传动齿轮来带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮的转动能够带动传动齿条做直线运动,从而实现执手与锁点机构间的传动。固定板甲的左右两侧还分别设置有通孔座5,固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有与通孔座相对的导向通孔6,通孔座的外侧套有压簧2,导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱3,可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边10,可动螺纹柱的后端设置凹口8,凹口套于压簧外侧,可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔7,通过安装螺钉与螺纹孔旋紧以将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。
该实施例的传动机构安装于铝合金欧标槽口内,传动执手上有两螺钉过孔,安装螺钉穿过门窗型材将执手与传动机构安装在一起。
在初始状态下,该实施例中传动机构的可动螺纹柱后端凹口依次套压在压簧和通孔座上,以使可动螺纹柱位于传动机构内部(如图5所示,这可确保传动机构能方便的安装到型材的槽口内);随着安装螺钉的旋入,可动螺纹柱受力并在压簧的作用下向执手侧(安装螺钉侧)弹出,当螺钉旋紧后,可动螺纹柱与门窗型材接触(如图6所示),固定板与可动螺纹柱间受压簧支撑而保持稳固状态,确保了传动机构不受外力干涉,有效防止了传动机构在安装过程中发生倾斜,确保了安装稳固度。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (3)
1.一种门窗用防倾斜传动机构,包括有位置对称铆合的固定板甲(1)和固定板乙(4),以及位于两固定板间的传动齿轮和传动齿条(9),其特征在于:所述固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有导向通孔(6),所述导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱(3),所述可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边(10),所述固定板甲和可动螺纹柱之间设置有压簧(2),所述可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔(7),通过安装螺钉与所述螺纹孔的旋紧来将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。
2.根据权利要求1所述门窗用防倾斜传动机构,其特征在于:所述固定板甲的左右两侧分别设置有通孔座(5),所述固定板乙的左右两侧分别设置有与通孔座相对的导向通孔(6),所述通孔座的外侧套有压簧(2),所述导向通孔内穿有能够前后移动的可动螺纹柱(3),所述可动螺纹柱的后端外沿设置限位挡边(10),所述可动螺纹柱的后端设置凹口(8),所述凹口套于压簧外侧,所述可动螺纹柱上有轴向开设的螺纹孔(7),通过安装螺钉与所述螺纹孔的旋紧来将传动机构固定于门窗型材上。
3.根据权利要求2所述门窗用防倾斜传动机构,其特征在于:初始状态下,所述可动螺纹柱的后端凹口依次套压在压簧和通孔座上,以使可动螺纹柱位于传动机构内部;随着安装螺钉的旋入,所述可动螺纹柱受力并在压簧的作用下向执手侧弹出。
