本发明公开了一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,包括以下重量份的成分:苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液30‑42份,环氧改性有机硅树脂18‑28份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液6‑10份,改性羟乙基纤维素3‑5份,复合填料22‑36份,分散剂0.8‑1.2份,交联剂0.8‑1.3份,有机硅流平剂0.9‑1.5份,防流挂剂1‑1.6份,复合稳定剂1‑1.5份,固化剂3‑6份,水12‑18份。本发明的涂料配方合理,制备方法简单,经测试表明,本发明的涂料具有良好的保温效果、防腐、耐潮、防水、保色、胶黏牢固等特点,采用水做溶剂,而且健康环保,适合在内墙上应用。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体为涉及一种环保保温改性内墙涂料。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,环保也日益被提上进程。生活物质条件的改善后,人们更加注重生活的品质和生活环境的健康无公害。但目前市场上的内墙涂料大多仍采用有机试剂苯、甲苯等作为溶剂并且加入一些有毒添加剂,这些原料和添加剂制成的内墙涂料含有易挥发的有毒气体,直接危害着人体健康。
内墙涂料,是用于涂刷建筑内立墙面的,可以起到保护内墙减缓外界各种环境对其的损害并具有美化内墙的作用。因而,内墙涂料一般都需要能够达到防腐、耐潮、保色、胶黏牢固等要求。在内墙的众多功能涂料中,保温涂料是一种重要的功能涂料,其作用是对各种因素造成的物体温度改变加以控制,对物体具有过热、过冷保护作用,具有节能降耗的功效。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其涂料可以保护内墙减缓外界环境对此的损害,美化居住环境,并具有节能降耗的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,由以下重量份的成分组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液30-42份,环氧改性有机硅树脂18-28份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液6-10份,改性羟乙基纤维素3-5份,复合填料22-36份,分散剂0.8-1.2份,交联剂0.8-1.3份,有机硅流平剂0.9-1.5份,防流挂剂1-1.6份,复合稳定剂1-1.5份,固化剂3-6份,水12-18份。
所述复合填料为硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物;其中,硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为(2-3.5):1:(2-4)。
所述分散剂为分散剂BYK-110。
所述交联剂为环氧硅烷交联剂XR500。
所述有机硅流平剂选自聚醚改性硅油或/和烷基改性有机硅氧烷。
所述防流挂剂为防流挂剂BYK-430。
所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的复配物;其中,硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的质量比为1:(0.8-1.5)。
所述固化剂为改性胺类固化剂。
本发明的环保保温改性内墙涂料采用苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液和环氧改性有机硅树脂作为主要成膜基体,本身具有良好的耐水性、防腐性、耐久性及高粘接性能,再添加热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液、改性羟乙基纤维素和交联剂进行改性融合,使得成膜基体具有较好的流动调节性和稳定性;然后复配复合填料和其他助剂,使得得到的涂料各组分之间充分融合,涂料本身均匀易成型,且具有附着力强、渗透力强,耐水、保温性能好以及保色、防霉性能等优良;并且使用环保树脂作为主要成膜基体,复配其他环保低毒成分,采用水做溶剂,涂料安全环保。其中,复合填料采用复合硅酸镁、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物,三者合理比例的搭配,可以起到协同作用,在起到涂料基本填充作用外,还具有保温、耐磨、防霉等性能,且与基体相容性好,结合紧密,从而进一步提高改性涂料的保温、耐磨性。经实验证明本发明得到的环保保温改性内墙涂料分散性好,附着力强,性能优越,适合于工业化生产。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的涂料配方合理,制备方法简单,经测试表明,本发明的涂料具有良好的保温效果、防腐、耐潮、防水、保色、胶黏牢固等特点,采用水做溶剂,而且健康环保,适合在内墙上应用。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不局限于这些实施例。实施例中,所有原料均为市售品。
实施例1
一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,由以下重量份的成分组成:
苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液40份,环氧改性有机硅树脂25份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液8份,改性羟乙基纤维素4份,复合填料32份,分散剂BYK-1101份,环氧硅烷交联剂XR5001.1份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷1.2份,防流挂剂BYK-4301.4份,复合稳定剂1.2份,改性胺类固化剂5份,水16份。
所述复合填料为硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物;其中,硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为3:1:3.2。
所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的复配物;其中,硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的质量比为1:1.2。
实施例2
一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,由以下重量份的成分组成:
苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液40份,环氧改性有机硅树脂26份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液9份,改性羟乙基纤维素4份,复合填料35份,分散剂BYK-1101.1份,环氧硅烷交联剂XR5001.2份,聚醚改性硅油0.6份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷0.8份,防流挂剂BYK-4301.5份,复合稳定剂1.4份,改性胺类固化剂5份,水16份。
所述复合填料为硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物;其中,硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为3.2:1:3.5。
所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的复配物;其中,硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的质量比为1:1.3。
实施例3
一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,由以下重量份的成分组成:
苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液39份,环氧改性有机硅树脂24份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液8份,改性羟乙基纤维素4份,复合填料32份,分散剂BYK-1101份,环氧硅烷交联剂XR5001.1份,聚醚改性硅油1.3份,防流挂剂BYK-4301.3份,复合稳定剂1.3份,改性胺类固化剂5份,水15份。
所述复合填料为硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物;其中,硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为3:1:3.5。
所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的复配物;其中,硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的质量比为1:1.2。
检测例
将本发明所述的环保保温改性内墙涂料喷涂在0.8米宽度6米长度薄钢板表面形成涂层,然后在室温条件下自然干燥;对涂层性能进行测试。

1.一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液30-42份,环氧改性有机硅树脂18-28份,热固性聚酰亚胺树脂溶液6-10份,改性羟乙基纤维素3-5份,复合填料22-36份,分散剂0.8-1.2份,交联剂0.8-1.3份,有机硅流平剂0.9-1.5份,防流挂剂1-1.6份,复合稳定剂1-1.5份,固化剂3-6份,水12-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述复合填料为硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的复配物;其中,硅酸铝纤维、有机膨润土和纳米硫酸钡的质量比为(2-3.5):1:(2-4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为分散剂BYK-110。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为环氧硅烷交联剂XR500。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述有机硅流平剂选自聚醚改性硅油或/和烷基改性有机硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述防流挂剂为防流挂剂BYK-430。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述复合稳定剂为硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的复配物;其中,硬脂酸锌和环氧大豆油的质量比为1:(0.8-1.5)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保保温改性内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为改性胺类固化剂。
