Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,它是由原料硅溶胶、苯丙乳液、颜填料、水和助剂按下述重量百分比配制而成:SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶24~30%,固含量为40~48%的苯丙乳液16~20%,颜填料40-48%、水10-15%和助剂1-2%。本发明还公开了该复合涂料的配制方法。本发明的优点在于原料成本低廉,配制方法简单,整个配制过程和使用过程均不产生有毒物质,环境友好。配制得到的成品涂料兼具有机涂料和无机涂料的优点,性能稳定,耐洗刷,耐腐蚀,常温即可固化成膜,且涂膜不会出现开裂现象。经测试,其性能指标和环保指标分别均符合国家标准的要求,具有很好的实用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料领域,尤其是涉及一种环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,本发明还涉及该复合涂料的配制方法。
背景技术
传统的有机涂料在使用中会持续释放一些对人体有害的有机化合物,同时还会对环境造成污染;与有机涂料相比,无机涂料不仅具有优良的耐候性和耐水性,且原料丰富、成本低廉,在生产和使用过程中基本不产生有毒物质,对环境污染相对较小。如常用的硅溶胶,不仅价格便宜,生产方法简单,作为涂料基料使用时,还具有粘接力较强、涂刷性较好,常温即可成膜,且涂膜坚硬、附着力强、无毒无污染、耐水、耐污、耐化学性能优异等突出优点。但是在实际使用时,无机涂料也存在柔韧性差、易起鳞掉粉等成膜较差的问题,如以硅溶胶为主要成膜物质的涂料在干燥后就会由于体积收缩较大,出现涂膜开裂的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具有机涂料和无机涂料双重优点的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,本发明还提供该复合涂料的配制方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,它是由原料硅溶胶、苯丙乳液、颜填料、水和助剂按下述重量百分比配制而成:
SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶24~30%,固含量为40~48%的苯丙乳液16~20%,颜填料40-48%、水10-15%和助剂1-2%。
硅溶胶中SiO2含量占30%,pH为7~10,可保证其在涂料中的稳定性。
所述颜填料由金红石型钛白粉颜料1份(重量份)和纯度90%的高岭土填料4份(重量份)混合而成。
所述助剂为乙二醇和KH550硅烷偶联剂。
本发明所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料的配制方法为:
第一步,在硅溶胶中按硅溶胶总量的1.6~2%加入KH550硅烷偶联剂,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液A;
第二步,在苯丙乳液中按苯丙乳液总量的3~6%加入乙二醇,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液B;
第三步,将复合液A和复合液B混合均匀后,再加入颜填料和水,持续搅拌2~2.5小时即可得到环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料成品。
使用时直接涂抹即可。
本发明的优点在于原料成本低廉,配制方法简单,整个配制过程和使用过程均不产生有毒物质,环境友好。配制得到的成品涂料兼具有机涂料和无机涂料的优点,性能稳定,耐洗刷,耐腐蚀,常温即可固化成膜,且涂膜不会出现开裂现象。经测试,其性能指标和环保指标分别符合《GB/T9756—2009合成树脂内墙涂料》与《GB18582—2008室内装饰装修材料-内墙涂料中有害物质限量》的要求,具有很好的实用价值。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明
实施例1
本发明所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料是由SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶24%、固含量为40%的苯丙乳液16%、纯度90%的高岭土38%、金红石型钛白粉9.5%、乙二醇0.8%、KH550硅烷偶联剂0.4%、水11.3%配制而成:
1)首先将KH550硅烷偶联剂加入硅溶胶中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液A;
2)将乙二醇加入苯丙乳液中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液B;
3)将复合液A和复合液B混合均匀后,再加入高岭土、金红石型钛白粉和水,持续搅拌2小时,即可得到环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料成品。
实施例2
本发明所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料是由SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶27%、固含量为40%的苯丙乳液18%、纯度90%的高岭土34%、金红石型钛白粉8.5%、乙二醇0.9%、KH550硅烷偶联剂0.5%、水11.1%配制而成:
1)首先将KH550硅烷偶联剂加入硅溶胶中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液A;
2)将乙二醇加入苯丙乳液中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液B;
3)将复合液A和复合液B混合均匀后,再加入高岭土、金红石型钛白粉和水,持续搅拌2小时,即可得到环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料成品。
实施例3
本发明所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料是由SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶30%、固含量为40%的苯丙乳液20%、纯度90%的高岭土32%、金红石型钛白粉8%、乙二醇1.2%、KH550硅烷偶联剂0.6%、水8.2%配制而成:
1)首先将KH550硅烷偶联剂加入硅溶胶中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液A;
2)将乙二醇加入苯丙乳液中,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液B;
3)将复合液A和复合液B混合均匀后,再加入高岭土、金红石型钛白粉和水,持续搅拌2小时,即可得到环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料成品。
实测所得成品涂料的性能指标和《GB/T9756—2009合成树脂内墙涂料》的要求对比如下:

Claims (4)
1.一种环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,其特征在于:它是由原料硅溶胶、苯丙乳液、颜填料、水和助剂按下述重量百分比配制而成:
SiO2含量占30%的硅溶胶24~30%,固含量为40~48%的苯丙乳液16~20%,颜填料40-48%、水10-15%和助剂1-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,其特征在于:所述颜填料由金红石型钛白粉颜料1份和纯度90%的高岭土填料4份混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂为乙二醇和KH550硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料的配制方法,其特征在于:
第一步,在硅溶胶中按硅溶胶总量的1.6~2%加入KH550硅烷偶联剂,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液A;
第二步,在苯丙乳液中按苯丙乳液总量的3~6%加入乙二醇,充分搅拌使之混合均匀,静置24小时后得到复合液B;
第三步,将复合液A和复合液B混合均匀后,再加入颜填料和水,持续搅拌2~2.5小时即可得到环境友好型有机-无机复合涂料成品。
