Experimental samples:
sample 1: example 1 the resulting foam hoof bath was prepared;
sample 2: replacing guar gum and methyl cellulose ether in example 1 with polyacrylamide, and preparing the obtained foam hoof bath solution with the other components and the preparation method parameters as in example 1;
selecting a pasture as an experimental object, and actually measuring the local surface temperature to be 32 ℃. The foam hoof baths of samples 1 and 2 were foamed in 10 volumes through a foaming device to fill the cow hoof baths with foam. Randomly selecting 100 cows in the pasture as test objects, randomly dividing the test objects into 2 groups, wherein each group comprises 50 cows, enabling the two groups of cows to respectively walk through hoof baths filled with experimental samples 1 and 2, and observing and recording the adhesion effect of foam on cow hooves and the foam retention time. The results of the experiment are shown in table 3:
as can be seen from the data in Table 3, the foam hoof bath prepared in example 1 of the present invention has a longer stay on cow hooves, i.e., has a better adhesion ability.
Examples of the invention
In order to prove the clinical efficacy of the environment-friendly foam hoof bath liquid, 510 cases of cow hoof diseases are selected in five pastures in northwest, wherein 150 cases of wart dermatitis, 105 cases of interphalangeal hyperplasia, 105 cases of hoof bottom ulcer, 75 cases of foot rot and 75 cases of other types of hoof diseases are selected; randomly dividing the 510 cows into A, B, C3 groups of 170 cows each;
case selection criteria: obvious claudication symptom, groveling and lying, difficult standing or short standing time; the affected limb has weak weight bearing or the feet and limbs have alternate weight bearing; the temperature of the palpated affected limb and hoof is increased, and the pain is sensitive during the palpation. Sick cattle show depressed spirit, inappetence, decreased milk production, sometimes elevated body temperature, sometimes up to 40 ℃ or more. If the disease condition is aggravated, individual sick cows show some general symptoms, and the affected parts of the severe cows are red and swollen and cannot lie on the ground;
thoroughly cleaning the hoof of the cattle to ensure that no excrement is left in gaps between the hoof and the toes so as to ensure that the hoof and the toes are clean;
experimental groups: selecting the foam hoof bath liquid prepared in the example 2, preparing the foam hoof bath liquid into the bath liquid with the mass concentration of 5%, and foaming by using foaming equipment to fill the bath pool with foams;
control group 1: CuSO with the mass concentration of 5 percent is selected4Solution of 5% CuSO4Directly pouring the solution into a hoof bath;
control group 2: the nonionic guar gum and the hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether in the embodiment 2 are replaced by polyvinyl alcohol, no nano silver simple substance is contained, and the polyol is replaced by CuSO4Preparing the solution, the rest components and the preparation method parameters of the solution as those of the foam hoof bath liquid prepared in the example 2 into the bath liquid with the mass concentration of 5%, and foaming by using foaming equipment to fill the bath pool with foams;
the experimental method comprises the following steps: respectively treating the hoofs of the milk cows of A, B, C three groups in the morning and evening with bath liquid of an experimental group, a control group 1 and a control group 2, continuously bathing for 16 days in the morning and evening, taking 4 days as a cycle, observing and recording; symptoms of sick cattle were observed on days 7 and 14 after hoof bath;
the therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows: the lameness of the dairy cows of the patients disappears, the pain disappears, the swelling subsides, and the wound surface is healed; pain is significantly reduced, swelling is reduced, and lameness is reduced or not significantly effective; pain does not disappear, swelling does not disappear, lameness does not disappear, and dyskinesia is ineffective;
the experimental results are shown in tables 4 and 5:
as can be seen from the experimental data in tables 4 and 5, the foam hoof bath lotion obtained by the invention can effectively cure the hoof diseases of dairy cows, and has better treatment effect and higher cure rate on warty skin, toe hyperplasia, hoof bottom ulcer, foot rot and other types of hoof diseases. The invention has the advantages that the synergistic effect is generated among the polyol, the foam stabilizer, the nano-silver monomer and other components which are added in the preparation of the foam hoof bath liquid, so that the drug effect of the bath liquid is enhanced;
fig. 4 shows the sick cow hoof, fig. 5 shows an example of cow hoof after 7 days of hoof bath in the experimental group, and comparison of fig. 4 and 5 shows that the sick cow hoof is obviously improved and the hair color is recovered to be normal.
Claims (3)
1. An environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath lotion is characterized in that: the environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath lotion is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
1-20 parts of glutaraldehyde
1-20 parts of quaternary ammonium salt
0.1-0.3 part of nano silver simple substance
1-15 parts of foaming agent
0.5-5 parts of foam stabilizer
8-10 parts of polyol
0.1 to 0.6 portion of pigment
10-30 parts of deionized water
Wherein the quaternary ammonium salt is any one of benzalkonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternary ammonium salt or biquaternary ammonium salt or is formed by mixing any two of the benzalkonium bromide, the benzalkonium chloride, the dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the polyquaternary ammonium salt and the biquaternary ammonium salt according to the proportion of 1: 1-1: 3;
the foam stabilizer is prepared by mixing any one of nonionic guar gum, cationic guar gum and zwitterionic guar gum with any one of methyl cellulose ether and derivatives thereof, namely hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, ethyl methyl cellulose ether, carboxymethyl methyl cellulose ether and ethyl cellulose ether according to the proportion of 1: 2-1: 10;
wherein the polyalcohol is any one of ethanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, butanediol and hexanediol or is formed by mixing any two of the ethanol, the ethylene glycol, the propylene glycol, the glycerol, the butanediol and the hexanediol according to any proportion;
the foaming agent is one of or a mixture of any two of tea saponin, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, lauryl alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amide-polyoxyethylene ether, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, cocamidopropyl dimethyl betaine, cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfonic acid betaine, dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide and alkyl polyglycoside in a ratio of 1: 1-1: 5.
2. The environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the pigment is any one or combination of brilliant blue, lake blue, sapphire blue, gardenia blue, normal blue and indigo blue.
3. The environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath liquid according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the preparation method of the environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing glutaraldehyde, quaternary ammonium salt, nano silver simple substance, foaming agent and foam stabilizer according to the weight parts, adding the weighed glutaraldehyde, quaternary ammonium salt, nano silver simple substance, foaming agent and foam stabilizer into the weighed polyol liquid according to the weight parts, and stirring for 1min to form a dispersion system;
(2) weighing the pigment and deionized water according to the weight parts, adding the pigment and the dispersion system prepared in the step (1) into the deionized water, stirring for 30min, and standing for 1h to obtain the environment-friendly composite foam hoof bath lotion.
