技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,具体涉及一种植物生根剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
植物生根剂是属于植物生长调节剂促进剂类的生长素类化合物,是一种诱导植物快速生根提高植物成活率的一种药剂,主要因为添加吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸,御根生,br生根剂,复硝酚钠等多个成分,其作用是在植物体内维持植物的顶端优势,诱导同化产物向产品(果实)运输,促进植物生根等,但传统的生根液成份比较单一,没有添加相应的营养型微量元素,所以导致扦插成活率较低,出苗移栽慢,尤其对于本来插扦繁殖较慢的重要植物来说,传统的生根液难以满足要求。
扦插属于无性生殖,大多数种类的插穗在20-25℃的温度下最易生根,从整体上来说,只要环境温度和基质温度能满足生根条件,扦插随时都可以进行。自然界中有很多植物是通过扦插来实现繁殖功能的,扦插繁殖是用插条、叶片、地下茎和根段发芽,长叶、生根是由于植物的生活器官具有再生能力,而且,构成植物器官的生活细胞都具有发育成一株完整植株的潜能。当植物的部分器官脱离母体时,只要条件适合,其再生能力和细胞的全能性就会发生作用,分化出新的根、茎,叶,而且,总是在植物形态学下端生根。但不同植物的离体器官的生根部位不同,有些植物从下部切口的形成层先产生愈伤组织,再由愈伤组织形成根,同时有些植物直接由离体器官插依选取植物不同营养器官作插穗,按取用器官的不同可分为茎插、根插和叶插三类。叶插只是在多肉花卉中应用。凡能用于叶插的种类大多具有肥厚的叶片,但很多种类叶片虽然肥厚,但叶柄和叶的任何部位都不能产生不定芽。针对于扦插过程中植物生根是技术手段的重中之重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决传统的生根液成份比较单一,扦插成活率较低的问题,而提供一种植物生根剂及其制备方法。
本发明首先提供一种植物生根剂,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:
ABT生根剂1-4份,甘氨酸6-12份,亮氨酸5-10份,赖氨酸5-8份,苯丙氨酸3-5份,脯氨酸8-10份,天冬氨酸5-8份,茶乙酸1-4份,吲哚乙酸0.6-1.5份,蔗糖30-45份,乙醇10-15份,阿司匹林1-3份,香菇多糖1-3份,B12 0.5-1份,尿素3-5份,磷酸二氢钾3-5份,硫酸锌2-6份,壳聚糖3-5份,叶酸2-5份,水150-200份。
优选的是,植物生根剂,按照重量份数计,由下列原料制成:
ABT生根剂2份,甘氨酸8份,亮氨酸8份,赖氨酸6份,苯丙氨酸4份,脯氨酸9份,天冬氨酸6份,茶乙酸2份,吲哚乙酸1份,蔗糖35份,乙醇12份,阿司匹林2份,香菇多糖2份,B120.8份,尿素4份,磷酸二氢钾4份,硫酸锌3份,壳聚糖4份,叶酸3份,水160份。
本发明还提供一种植物生根剂的制备方法,包括:
步骤一:将乙醇和水混合,得到混合液Ⅰ;
步骤二:将甘氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶乙酸、吲哚乙酸、蔗糖、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、壳聚糖和叶酸加入到步骤一的混合液中溶解,得到混合液Ⅱ;
步骤三:将B12和香菇多糖加入到步骤二得到的混合液Ⅱ溶解,得到混合液Ⅲ;
步骤四:将阿司匹林加入到步骤三得到的混合液Ⅲ溶解,得到混合液Ⅳ;
步骤五:将ABT生根剂加入到步骤四得到的混合液Ⅳ溶解,得到植物生根剂。
优选的是,所述的步骤二的溶解温度为25℃-30℃;溶解时间为2小时。
优选的是,所述的步骤三的溶解温度为22℃-28℃;溶解时间为2.5小时。
优选的是,所述的步骤四的溶解温度为23℃-27℃;溶解时间为3小时。
优选的是,所述的步骤五的溶解温度为25℃-30℃;溶解时间为3.5小时。
本发明的有益效果
本发明提供一种植物生根剂,是在传统的生根液的配方的基础上,添加了阿司匹林、蔗糖、香菇多糖和维生素B12等不常用的元素,由于本发明产品富含植物生长所必需的有机活性物质和生根剂,使用后可刺激细胞分裂,激活根髓组织活性,诱发生根银子形成,促进早生根、快生根,使树体主根和须根均衡生长,且扎根速度加快,促进弱树变壮,迅速恢复生长状态,大大提高移栽树木的成活率,同时还可促进新芽形成,叶片生长迅速,改善植物长势。
本发明还提供一种植物生根剂的制备方法,该方法简单、原料易得,成本低,得到的产品特别适用于难生根植物扦插育苗过程中对不定根的诱导,促进难生根珍贵苗木插条生根,既可以缩短生根时间,又可以提高苗木质量。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,实施例中涉及到的原料均为商购获得。
实施例1
按照下述配方制备植物生根剂:
ABT生根剂1g,甘氨酸6g,亮氨酸5g,赖氨酸5g,苯丙氨酸3g,脯氨酸8g,天冬氨酸5g,茶乙酸1g,吲哚乙酸0.6g,蔗糖30g,乙醇10g,阿司匹林1g,香菇多糖1g,B12 0.5g,尿素3g,磷酸二氢钾3g,硫酸锌2g,壳聚糖3g,叶酸2g,水150g。
步骤一:将乙醇和水混合,得到混合液Ⅰ;
步骤二:将甘氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶乙酸、吲哚乙酸、蔗糖、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、壳聚糖和叶酸加入到步骤一的混合液中在25℃溶解2h,得到混合液Ⅱ;
步骤三:将B12和香菇多糖加入到步骤二得到的混合液Ⅱ在22℃溶解2.5h,得到混合液Ⅲ;
步骤四:将阿司匹林加入到步骤三得到的混合液Ⅲ在23℃溶解3h,得到混合液Ⅳ;
步骤五:将ABT生根剂加入到步骤四得到的混合液Ⅳ在25℃溶解3.5h,得到植物生根剂。
实施例2
按照下述配方制备植物生根剂:
ABT生根剂4g,甘氨酸12g,亮氨酸10g,赖氨酸8g,苯丙氨酸5g,脯氨酸10g,天冬氨酸8g,茶乙酸4g,吲哚乙酸1.5g,蔗糖45g,乙醇15g,阿司匹林3g,香菇多糖3g,B12 1g,尿素5g,磷酸二氢钾5g,硫酸锌6g,壳聚糖5g,叶酸5g,水200g。
步骤一:将乙醇和水混合,得到混合液Ⅰ;
步骤二:将甘氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶乙酸、吲哚乙酸、蔗糖、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、壳聚糖和叶酸加入到步骤一的混合液中在30℃溶解2h,得到混合液Ⅱ;
步骤三:将B12和香菇多糖加入到步骤二得到的混合液Ⅱ在28℃溶解2.5h,得到混合液Ⅲ;
步骤四:将阿司匹林加入到步骤三得到的混合液Ⅲ在27℃溶解3h,得到混合液Ⅳ;
步骤五:将ABT生根剂加入到步骤四得到的混合液Ⅳ在30℃溶解3.5h,得到植物生根剂。
实施例3
按照下述配方制备植物生根剂:
ABT生根剂2g,甘氨酸8g,亮氨酸8g,赖氨酸6g,苯丙氨酸4g,脯氨酸9g,天冬氨酸6g,茶乙酸2g,吲哚乙酸1g,蔗糖35g,乙醇12g,阿司匹林2g,香菇多糖2g,B12 0.8g,尿素4g,磷酸二氢钾4g,硫酸锌3g,壳聚糖4g,叶酸3g,水160g。
步骤一:将乙醇和水混合,得到混合液Ⅰ;
步骤二:将甘氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶乙酸、吲哚乙酸、蔗糖、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、壳聚糖和叶酸加入到步骤一的混合液中在28℃溶解2h,得到混合液Ⅱ;
步骤三:将B12和香菇多糖加入到步骤二得到的混合液Ⅱ在25℃溶解2.5h,得到混合液Ⅲ;
步骤四:将阿司匹林加入到步骤三得到的混合液Ⅲ在25℃溶解3h,得到混合液Ⅳ;
步骤五:将ABT生根剂加入到步骤四得到的混合液Ⅳ在28℃溶解3.5h,得到植物生根剂。
将实施例1-3制备得到的植物生根剂施用于香樟树的扦插生根过程中,与市售的普通生根粉为对比,测试结果如表1所示:

ABT生根剂1-4份,甘氨酸6-12份,亮氨酸5-10份,赖氨酸5-8份,苯丙氨酸3-5份,脯氨酸8-10份,天冬氨酸5-8份,茶乙酸1-4份,吲哚乙酸0.6-1.5份,蔗糖30-45份,乙醇10-15份,阿司匹林1-3份,香菇多糖1-3份,B12 0.5-1份,尿素3-5份,磷酸二氢钾3-5份,硫酸锌2-6份,壳聚糖3-5份,叶酸2-5份,水150-200份。

ABT生根剂2份,甘氨酸8份,亮氨酸8份,赖氨酸6份,苯丙氨酸4份,脯氨酸9份,天冬氨酸6份,茶乙酸2份,吲哚乙酸1份,蔗糖35份,乙醇12份,阿司匹林2份,香菇多糖2份,B12 0.8份,尿素4份,磷酸二氢钾4份,硫酸锌3份,壳聚糖4份,叶酸3份,水160份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种植物生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一:将乙醇和水混合,得到混合液Ⅰ;
步骤二:将甘氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶乙酸、吲哚乙酸、蔗糖、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、壳聚糖和叶酸加入到步骤一的混合液中溶解,得到混合液Ⅱ;
步骤三:将B12和香菇多糖加入到步骤二得到的混合液Ⅱ溶解,得到混合液Ⅲ;
步骤四:将阿司匹林加入到步骤三得到的混合液Ⅲ溶解,得到混合液Ⅳ;
步骤五:将ABT生根剂加入到步骤四得到的混合液Ⅳ溶解,得到植物生根剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种植物生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤二的溶解温度为25℃-30℃;溶解时间为2小时。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种植物生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤三的溶解温度为22℃-28℃;溶解时间为2.5小时。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种植物生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤四的溶解温度为23℃-27℃;溶解时间为3小时。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种植物生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤五的溶解温度为25℃-30℃;溶解时间为3.5小时。
