Background
Chinese patent application No. CN201410208170.9 discloses an air purification device with water spray as the main part and semiconductor refrigeration and heating effect as the auxiliary part, which uses a group of P-N junction semiconductor devices (semiconductor refrigeration sheets) to condense the air filtered by the water spray so as to liquefy the water vapor carried by the air during filtration, and then heats the air through the hot surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheets so as to recover the air to the temperature close to the original temperature. Although the scheme can remove water vapor carried in the air, the purification effect of the air cannot be well influenced.
In addition, when air is filtered and purified by using a water spraying mode, dust in the air is brought into the water, so that the water becomes turbid gradually, the water needs to be changed more frequently, and otherwise, the air purification effect is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the household air purification equipment is provided.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for realizing the purpose: a household air purification device comprises a case which is integrally rectangular and tubular, a partition plate is formed at the lower part of the middle position in the case, a water baffle mounting beam is formed above the partition plate in the case, a refrigerating sheet mounting groove is formed on the inner wall of one side of the water baffle mounting beam in the case, a water spray plate mounting frame is formed on the inner wall of the other side of the water baffle mounting beam in the case, an air inlet guide plate is formed below the refrigerating sheet mounting groove on one side of the partition plate in the case, and an air deflector mounting frame is formed on the other side of the partition plate in the case;
the air inlet guide plate is positioned above the outer end of the case and is provided with a fan for exhausting air into the case;
the part of the air inlet guide plate, which is close to the partition plate, inclines from outside to inside, and the part of the air inlet guide plate, which is close to the end part of the case, inclines from inside to outside;
the semiconductor refrigerating pieces with the upper cold surfaces and the lower hot surfaces are mounted on the refrigerating piece mounting grooves, and the lower ends of the semiconductor refrigerating pieces are connected with radiating aluminum seats; the upper end of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is connected with a condensation aluminum seat; the inner end of the semiconductor refrigerating piece is positioned at the upper end of the water baffle mounting beam, and the semiconductor refrigerating piece is obliquely arranged from outside to inside;
the wind deflector mounting frame is provided with a wind deflector which is used for guiding air into the lower part of the case and is L-shaped, the upper part of the wind deflector is propped against the side surface of the water baffle mounting beam, and an air channel for airflow to flow downwards is formed between the lower part of the wind deflector and the partition plate;
the water baffle mounting beam is provided with a water baffle, a horizontal strip-shaped hole is formed in the water baffle, and the lower wall surface of the strip-shaped hole is a slope surface;
an air outlet is formed in the top of the case above the condensing aluminum seat;
a water storage box is arranged on one side of the partition plate, which is different from the air inlet guide plate, in the case, a waste water box is arranged in the water storage box through the partition plate, an overflow hole is formed in the upper part of the partition plate, and a filter screen is arranged on the overflow hole;
a water pump, a filter, a wastewater electromagnetic valve, an electromagnetic valve a and a control circuit board are arranged in a space enclosed by the partition plate and the air inlet guide plate in the case; the fan, the wastewater electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve a and the water pump are respectively and electrically connected with the control circuit board; the water pump and the filter are fixedly arranged on the partition plate through the mounting frame, and the control circuit board is arranged at the lower end of the air inlet guide plate; the water spraying plate mounting rack is provided with a water spraying plate;
the lower end of the filter is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet and a pure water outlet interface;
a plurality of rows of water spraying nozzles are formed at the lower part of the water spraying plate, and the water spraying nozzles are circular;
the upper end of the filter is provided with a water inlet joint, and the lower end of the filter is provided with a pure water outlet port and a wastewater outlet port;
a water curtain forming plate is arranged between the water spraying plate and the water storage box and is correspondingly installed with the water spraying plate; a water curtain forming plate mounting frame is formed on the inner wall of the case corresponding to the position of the water curtain forming plate;
the upper surface of the water curtain forming plate is provided with water curtain forming columns corresponding to the positions of the water spray ports;
the water curtain forming plate is provided with a drainage groove which penetrates through the water curtain forming plate; the lower surface of the water curtain forming plate is connected with an inverted V-shaped drainage plate corresponding to the drainage groove;
the upper end of the water curtain forming column is formed with an inward-concave conical inclined plane for forming the water curtain;
the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the water storage box through a water inlet pipe, the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet and the water outlet of the filter through a pipeline, the pure water outlet port of the filter is connected with the water spraying plate through a pipeline, and the pipeline is connected with an electromagnetic valve a in series; the water inlet and outlet of the filter are connected with a waste water pipe communicated with the waste water box, and a waste water electromagnetic valve is connected on the waste water pipe in series; the water inlet and outlet are connected with a pipeline of the waste water box and a pipeline connected with the water storage box in parallel;
the end part of one side of the case, which is provided with the water storage box, is connected with a first door body through a hinge, and the part of the inner wall of the first door body, which is positioned above the water storage box, is connected with a water guide plate; the end part of the other side of the case is connected with a second door body through a hinge, and an air inlet is formed in the position, corresponding to the fan, of the second door body.
As a preferable scheme: a water pumping pipe is arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the water storage box, which faces one side of the partition plate, and the lower end of the water pumping pipe extends to the bottom in the water storage box; the water inlet pipe is fixedly arranged on the partition plate and is in sealing butt joint with the water pumping pipe; the lateral wall fixedly connected with more than two permanent magnets of water storage box towards division board one side, the corresponding fixedly connected with iron sheet in position that corresponds the permanent magnet on the division board.
As a preferable scheme: the water pump is including parallelly connected two, and two water pumps are the piston pump, and another water pump goes out water when a water pump draws water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the water curtain type water storage box works, the control circuit board controls the water pump and the fan to work simultaneously, the water pump pumps the water in the water storage box into the filter, the filtered pure water is pumped into the water spraying plate and sprayed out from the water spraying opening at the lower part of the water spraying plate, the sprayed water flows to the water curtain to form the concave conical inclined plane of the column, then the water curtain is formed when the water flows out, and the water curtain with the closed periphery is formed above the water storage box by the aid of the columns formed by the multiple rows of water curtains.
The fan is with air suction quick-witted incasement, and the air flows along the guide plate that admits air, is heated when the heat dissipation aluminium seat and intensifies, brownian motion aggravation, and the air that heaies up flows to the space above the water storage box along the aviation baffle after that to pass through from bottom to top the cascade, partial particulate matter in the air is taken away by the cascade and falls into in the water storage box when the air passes through the cascade.
The filtered air passes through the water baffle and then flows to the position of the condensing aluminum seat above the semiconductor refrigerating sheet, and water vapor carried by the air when passing through the water curtain is condensed into liquid water and flows back to the water storage box.
The control circuit board controls the waste water electromagnetic valve to be opened discontinuously, and the sewage with more impurities in the filter is discharged into the waste water box.
Because water from the water spray plate spout before through the filtration of filter, the filth of aquatic can not get into the water spray plate and cause the jam to the water jet, the width of water jet can be designed less like this, and the density of water jet can set up great, can increase the area of contact of air and cascade, the reinforcing is to the purifying effect of air.
The invention not only utilizes the semiconductor refrigeration piece to dehumidify the filtered air, but also utilizes the heat generated by the semiconductor refrigeration piece to heat the unfiltered air, thereby intensifying the Brownian motion of the air, so that the air is more contacted with the water curtain when passing through the water curtain, and the air purification effect is enhanced.
Because the filter is only used for filtering particulate impurities in water, and the filter requirement is much lower compared with that of drinking water, the ceramic filter element has larger aperture and larger filtering flow speed compared with the ceramic filter element of the drinking water filter, the load of a water pump is reduced, and the energy is saved.

The ceramic filter element assembly comprises a circular tube-shaped ceramic filter element 31, a first seal head 32 and a second seal head 34 which are fixedly connected to two end parts of the ceramic filter element respectively, a water outlet connector 33 communicated with the interior of the ceramic filter element is fixedly connected to the middle of the first seal head, and the outer wall of the water outlet connector is in threaded connection with a pure water outlet connector; the middle of the second end socket is integrally connected with a plug 341.
The cylinder body is in a round tube shape with an opening at the lower end, and an internal thread joint 22 is formed in the center of the upper end of the cylinder body; a positioning step 21 is formed on the inner wall of the cylinder body at a position corresponding to the second seal head; the outer wall of the lower end of the cylinder body is connected with the cover body through threads.
A rotary connecting frame 20 positioned by a positioning step is fixedly arranged in the cylinder body; the rotary connecting frame comprises an outer ring in interference fit connection with the inner wall of the cylinder body and an inner ring in plug connection with the plug connector on the ceramic filter element assembly, and the inner ring and the outer ring are integrally connected through more than 3 connecting ribs.

The length of the brush assembly is 1/10 of the length of the ceramic filter element; the brush assembly comprises bristles 46 for brushing dirt on the outer wall of the ceramic filter element, a first connecting ring 41 for fixedly connecting the bristles, a second connecting ring 43 coaxially arranged above the first connecting ring, and the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are integrally connected through more than 2 connecting rods; more than 2 circular water guide openings 44 are formed in the second connecting ring; the bristles are fixedly connected to the inner surface of the first connecting ring.
The density of the brush component is less than that of water, and the inner diameter of the second connecting ring is 0.1-1 mm larger than the outer diameter of the ceramic filter element; the outer diameters of the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are 0.1-1 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder body.
A float 6 is arranged above the brush component; the buoy comprises a buoy ring 61 arranged corresponding to the position of the water guide port of the brush assembly, more than 3 buoy clamping rods 63 clamped below the water guide port, and a buoy connecting rod 62 integrally connected between the buoy ring and the buoy clamping rods, wherein the diameter of the buoy connecting rod is smaller than the width of the water guide port; the cursory is foamed plastics integrated into one piece, and the density of cursory is less than the density of brush subassembly.

The lower end of the pressure regulating spring is clamped on the piston boss, and the upper end of the pressure regulating spring is clamped on the screw boss; and a round hole for the screw boss to pass through is formed in the middle of the connecting plate.
The ceramic filter element is in a round tube shape, the thickness of the ceramic filter element is 5-15mm, and the pore diameter of the micropores on the ceramic filter element is 0.4-0.8 mu m;
the water pump is connected between the water storage box 82 and the water inlet and outlet 11 of the filter P through a pipeline; a waste water electromagnetic valve 87 is connected between the waste water box 84 and the water inlet and outlet 11 of the filter P through a pipeline; the pure water outlet port 12 of the filter P is connected to the water spray plate 83 via a pipe, and an electromagnetic valve a is connected between the pure water outlet port and the water spray plate via a pipe.
When the water pump is opened and the wastewater electromagnetic valve 87 is in a closed state, the piston at the upper part in the cylinder body moves upwards under the action of water pressure, the spring connected with the piston contracts, meanwhile, the floating ring of the floater is separated from the second connecting ring of the brush assembly under the action of buoyancy, the water guide port is opened, the brush assembly moves upwards along with the floater, water above the floater flows downwards relatively through the water guide port, when the floater floats to a limit position, the brush assembly continuously floats upwards until the water guide port is abutted against the floating ring, and the water guide port is closed; when the water pump and the electromagnetic valve a are closed and the wastewater electromagnetic valve 87 is opened, the water pressure in the cylinder is reduced, the spring extends, the piston moves downwards, the pressure above the float is higher than the pressure below the float, and the brush component moves downwards together with the float due to the closed water guide port, so that the ceramic filter element component is brushed by the bristles, and the purpose of automatically cleaning the ceramic filter element by means of power generated by water pressure is realized; on the other hand, the bristles clean the ceramic filter element and simultaneously reversely flow the water with dirt in the cylinder body and outside the ceramic filter element into the waste water box through the pipeline from the water inlet and the water outlet.
When the water in the waste water box reaches the overflow hole, the water in the waste water box overflows into the water storage box after being filtered by the filter screen, so that the water changing time of the waste water box is effectively prolonged, and the water changing frequency is reduced.
When the water curtain type water storage box works, the control circuit board controls the water pump and the fan to work simultaneously, the water pump pumps the water in the water storage box into the filter, the filtered pure water is pumped into the water spraying plate and sprayed out from the water spraying opening at the lower part of the water spraying plate, the sprayed water flows to the water curtain to form the concave conical inclined plane of the column, then the water curtain is formed when the water flows out, and the water curtain with the closed periphery is formed above the water storage box by the aid of the columns formed by the multiple rows of water curtains.
