Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disperse dyes, in particular to a disperse brilliant blue dye mixture.
Background
With the increase of the worldwide production and variety of synthetic fibers, the usage of disperse dyes is increasing year by year. In the prior published dye data and production practices, the amount of blue dye is second only to the amount of black dye, with the brilliant blue disperse dye accounting for about 40% of the blue dye. The disperse brilliant blue dye supplied in the current market has unsatisfactory application performance and high cost, and cannot well meet various dyeing requirements. Therefore, it is a particularly important subject to research and develop a disperse brilliant blue dye having more excellent performance.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a disperse brilliant blue dye mixture which has bright color light, good level dyeing property, good washing resistance, friction resistance, light resistance and sublimation fastness and is suitable for dyeing requirements of various fabrics.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a disperse brilliant blue dye mixture mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-65% of a component A shown as a formula I, 1-20% of a component B shown as a formula II, 0.1-60% of a component C shown as a formula III, 0.5-35% of a component D shown as a formula IV, 0.5-40% of a component E shown as a formula V, 0-13% of a component F shown as a formula VI, 0-16% of a component G shown as a formula VII, 20-75% of a dispersant MF and/or a dispersant NNO and 0-5% of sodium lignosulfonate;
the disperse brilliant blue dye mixture mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 36 percent of component A shown as formula I, 1.5 percent of component B shown as formula II, 23 percent of component C shown as formula III, 2.8 percent of component D shown as formula IV, 0.8 percent of component E shown as formula V, 6.6 percent of component F shown as formula VI, 2.5 percent of component G shown as formula VII, 26.3 percent of dispersant MF and 0.5 percent of sodium lignosulfonate.
The dispersant MF, the dispersant NNO and the sodium lignosulfonate as the auxiliary agents have the following functions in dispersing the brilliant blue dye mixture: when sanding, the dye crystal is evenly dispersed in water, so that the dye aqueous solution becomes a level dyeing body; preventing dye coagulation during high temperature dyeing applications.
The disperse brilliant blue dye can be prepared by the following method: the dye composition is prepared by mixing the dye compounds and the auxiliary agent according to a specified ratio, then grinding the mixture in water until the dispersion requirement is met, and then filtering and drying, preferably spray drying.
The component A, the component B, the component C, the component D, the component E, the component F and the component G can be synthesized according to the methods well known by the technical personnel in the field, such as the conventional diazotization and coupling method preparation or the method described in the open patent or the similar method preparation, and the commercial products can also be adopted, such as the component A can be purchased from chemical engineering company Limited in Jiangsu, the Runjiang soil company Limited, and the like; the component B can be purchased from Zhejiang lea soil Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Shanyu science and technology Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Wanfeng chemical Co., Ltd and the like; component C is available from Wenzhou Brilliant chemical Co., Ltd; component D is available from Pengla believed dye chemical Co., Ltd; component E is available from deluxe california dye chemical ltd; component F is available from Zhejiang Changcheng chemical Co., Ltd; component G is available from Jiangsu, Zhijiang chemical Co.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the disperse brilliant blue dye mixture is obtained by reasonably proportioning the existing disperse blue dye compound and the auxiliary agent, can meet the dyeing requirements of various fabrics, and has bright color and good promotion property of dyed fabrics, and excellent fastness properties such as washing resistance, friction resistance, sublimation resistance and the like.
Detailed Description
The essential features and advantages of the invention will be further explained below with reference to examples, but the invention is not limited to the examples listed.
Examples 1 to 15:
according to the data shown in table 1, the dye components and the auxiliary agents are added with water and stirred uniformly, ground and dispersed by a grinding machine, and then filtered and spray-dried to obtain the finished product.
TABLE 1 amounts of the components of examples 1-15
Taking the disperse dye mixtures prepared in the embodiments 1-15 as test samples respectively, and carrying out a single sample color fastness test, wherein the specific mode is as follows: respectively taking 0.5g of test sample, dispersing in 500ml of water, sucking 20ml of water, and mixing with 60ml of water; adjusting the pH value of the dyeing bath to 5 by using acetic acid, heating to 70 ℃, simultaneously adding 2g of polyester/cotton cloth for dyeing, heating from 70 ℃ to 130 ℃ within 30min, preserving the temperature for 30min, and starting sampling the dyed cloth for detection when the temperature is cooled to 90 ℃. The color fastness to washing, rubbing, light and sublimation is respectively tested by using national standards GB/T3921-1997, GB/T3920-1997, GB/T8427-1998 and GB/T5718-1997.
And (3) detection results: as shown in Table 2, the color fastness to washing, the color fastness to rubbing, the color fastness to light and the color fastness to sublimation of the samples of examples 1 to 15 all meet or even exceed the standard requirements of polyester fabrics on the market.
TABLE 2 statistics of individual sample color fastness test results
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
