背景技术:
玻璃是重要的建筑材料,随着对建筑物装饰性要求的不断提高,玻璃在建筑行业中的使用量也不断增大。然而,当今人们在选择建筑物的玻璃门窗时,除了考虑其美学和外观特征外,更注重其热量控制、制冷成本和内部阳光投射舒适平衡等问题。这就使得镀膜玻璃家族中的新贵--Low-E玻璃脱颖而出,成为人们关注的焦点。
Low-E玻璃又称低辐射玻璃,是在玻璃表面镀上多层金属或其他化合物组成的膜系产品。其镀膜层具有对可见光高透过及对中远红外线高反射的特性,使其与普通玻璃及传统的建筑用镀膜玻璃相比,具有优异的隔热效果和良好的透光性。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将LOW-E玻璃原片进行切割,将切割后的LOW-E进行磨边处理,并在磨边的同时进行喷淋处理;
(2)将磨边好的玻璃放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,缓慢加热至清洗液的温度至45-55度,并用超声频率40kHz、输出功率400W的超声波保温处理30-50分钟;
(3)将清洗完的LOW-E玻璃放入真空干燥室进行干燥处理;
(4)将干燥后的LOW-E玻璃,通过放电刀架和刀片的间隙,利用高频高压电源产生电晕对玻璃进行电晕处理,处理后的玻璃表面张力为90dyn-100dyn;
(5)取两片处理好的LOW-E玻璃,将两片玻璃上的镀层向内,在两片玻璃内涂上胶层,并用热压机进行热压,热压完成后静置20-40分钟,再将玻璃进行冷冻处理;
(6)将处理好的LOW-E玻璃装入折好的铝框中,再进行密封处理,最后经固化即得LOW-E夹胶玻璃。
进一步的,所述步骤5中的冷冻处理分为三步冷冻处理,先将玻璃放入-5至-10度的环境中冷冻20-40分钟,再将冷冻温度升至-5至0度冷冻处理10-30分钟,再将温度升至0至5度处理5-15分钟。
进一步的,所述清洁液由以下重量份数的原料组成:海藻胶20-40份,表面活性剂5-15份,微晶纤维素-甘氨酸5-10份,柠檬酸钠2-5份,活性炭4-8份,羟丙基瓜尔胶3-6份,甘油三酯3-8份,辛基十二醇2-6份,环聚二甲基硅氧烷5-10份,纯碱3-8份,水150-180份。

3、本发明的胶层以水性聚氨酯乳液、改性陶瓷纤维为主要原料制成,具有粘性好,抗老性能高,反射性能强的优点,并且改性陶瓷纤维以陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭改性而成,通过先研磨、再重复微波回流处理,利用竹炭的多孔结构和吸附性能,使陶瓷纤维和有机硅树脂均匀的附着在竹炭上,使胶层具有粘性好,吸附性强,抗老性能高,反射性能强的优点。

进一步的,所述胶层由以下重量份数的原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液30份,改性陶瓷纤维10份,流平剂0.1份,消泡剂0.05份,涂布粒子1.5份,水100份。
进一步的,所述改性陶瓷纤维是由陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭改性而成,其改性方法为:将陶瓷纤维与竹炭混合进行研磨10分钟,再与有机硅树脂混合,搅拌均匀后利用微波处理器微波回流处理5min,间隔5min后继续微波回流处理5min,再次间隔5min后微波回流处理5min,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在25min,处理结束后再放入搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌速度为600r/min,搅拌时间为5分钟,搅拌结束后静置5分钟,将混合物进行冷冻干燥,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性陶瓷纤维。
所述陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭的重量份数比为5:2:3。
实施例2:
一种LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将LOW-E玻璃原片进行切割,将切割后的LOW-E进行磨边处理,并在磨边的同时进行喷淋处理;
(2)将磨边好的玻璃放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,缓慢加热至清洗液的温度至50度,并用超声频率40kHz、输出功率400W的超声波保温处理40分钟;
(3)将清洗完的LOW-E玻璃放入真空干燥室进行干燥处理;
(4)将干燥后的LOW-E玻璃,通过放电刀架和刀片的间隙,利用高频高压电源产生电晕对玻璃进行电晕处理,处理后的玻璃表面张力为95dyn;
(5)取两片处理好的LOW-E玻璃,将两片玻璃上的镀层向内,在两片玻璃内涂上胶层,并用热压机进行热压,热压完成后静置30分钟,再将玻璃进行冷冻处理;
(6)将处理好的LOW-E玻璃装入折好的铝框中,再进行密封处理,最后经固化即得LOW-E夹胶玻璃。
进一步的,所述步骤5中的冷冻处理分为三步冷冻处理,先将玻璃放入-8度的环境中冷冻30分钟,再将冷冻温度升至-3度冷冻处理20分钟,再将温度升至3度处理10分钟。
进一步的,所述清洁液由以下重量份数的原料组成:海藻胶30份,表面活性剂10份,微晶纤维素-甘氨酸8份,柠檬酸钠3份,活性炭6份,羟丙基瓜尔胶4份,甘油三酯5份,辛基十二醇4份,环聚二甲基硅氧烷8份,纯碱5份,水170份。
所述微晶纤维素-甘氨酸的具体制备方法为:将微晶纤维素、甘氨酸混合后升温至85℃保温研磨10分钟,然后加入去离子水直至质量含水量达到85%,充分搅拌和利用微波处理器微波回流处理5分钟,间隔5分钟后继续微波回流处理5分钟,再次间隔5分钟后微波回流处理5分钟,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在30分钟,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得微晶纤维素-甘氨酸。
所述微晶纤维素、甘氨酸的质量比在3:8。
进一步的,所述胶层由以下重量份数的原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液40份,改性陶瓷纤维15份,流平剂0.2份,消泡剂0.2份,涂布粒子3份,水110份。
进一步的,所述改性陶瓷纤维是由陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭改性而成,其改性方法为:将陶瓷纤维与竹炭混合进行研磨15分钟,再与有机硅树脂混合,搅拌均匀后利用微波处理器微波回流处理5min,间隔5min后继续微波回流处理5min,再次间隔5min后微波回流处理5min,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在30min,处理结束后再放入搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟,搅拌结束后静置5分钟,将混合物进行冷冻干燥,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性陶瓷纤维。
所述陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭的重量份数比为5:2:3。
实施例3:
一种LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将LOW-E玻璃原片进行切割,将切割后的LOW-E进行磨边处理,并在磨边的同时进行喷淋处理;
(2)将磨边好的玻璃放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,缓慢加热至清洗液的温度至55度,并用超声频率40kHz、输出功率400W的超声波保温处理50分钟;
(3)将清洗完的LOW-E玻璃放入真空干燥室进行干燥处理;
(4)将干燥后的LOW-E玻璃,通过放电刀架和刀片的间隙,利用高频高压电源产生电晕对玻璃进行电晕处理,处理后的玻璃表面张力为100dyn;
(5)取两片处理好的LOW-E玻璃,将两片玻璃上的镀层向内,在两片玻璃内涂上胶层,并用热压机进行热压,热压完成后静置40分钟,再将玻璃进行冷冻处理;
(6)将处理好的LOW-E玻璃装入折好的铝框中,再进行密封处理,最后经固化即得LOW-E夹胶玻璃。
进一步的,所述步骤5中的冷冻处理分为三步冷冻处理,先将玻璃放入-5度的环境中冷冻40分钟,再将冷冻温度升至0度冷冻处理30分钟,再将温度升至5度处理15分钟。
进一步的,所述清洁液由以下重量份数的原料组成:海藻胶40份,表面活性剂15份,微晶纤维素-甘氨酸10份,柠檬酸钠5份,活性炭8份,羟丙基瓜尔胶6份,甘油三酯8份,辛基十二醇6份,环聚二甲基硅氧烷10份,纯碱8份,水180份。
所述微晶纤维素-甘氨酸的具体制备方法为:将微晶纤维素、甘氨酸混合后升温至85℃保温研磨10分钟,然后加入去离子水直至质量含水量达到85%,充分搅拌和利用微波处理器微波回流处理5分钟,间隔5分钟后继续微波回流处理5分钟,再次间隔5分钟后微波回流处理5分钟,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在35分钟,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得微晶纤维素-甘氨酸。

进一步的,所述胶层由以下重量份数的原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液50份,改性陶瓷纤维20份,流平剂0.3份,消泡剂0.4份,涂布粒子5份,水120份。
进一步的,所述改性陶瓷纤维是由陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭改性而成,其改性方法为:将陶瓷纤维与竹炭混合进行研磨20分钟,再与有机硅树脂混合,搅拌均匀后利用微波处理器微波回流处理5min,间隔5min后继续微波回流处理5min,再次间隔5min后微波回流处理5min,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在35min,处理结束后再放入搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌速度为800r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟,搅拌结束后静置5分钟,将混合物进行冷冻干燥,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性陶瓷纤维。
所述陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭的重量份数比为5:2:3。
对照组1:
本对照组内容和实施例2内容基本相同,相同之处不再重述,不同之处在于:两片玻璃不经过电晕处理。
对照组2:
本对照组内容和实施例2内容基本相同,相同之处不再重述,不同之处在于:两片玻璃之间不涂胶层。
对照组3:
本对照组内容和实施例2内容基本相同,相同之处不再重述,不同之处在于:胶层原料中不采用改性陶瓷纤维。

Claims (6)

1.一种LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将LOW-E玻璃原片进行切割,将切割后的LOW-E进行磨边处理,并在磨边的同时进行喷淋处理;
(2)将磨边好的玻璃放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,缓慢加热至清洗液的温度至45-55度,并用超声频率40kHz、输出功率400W的超声波保温处理30-50分钟;
(3)将清洗完的LOW-E玻璃放入真空干燥室进行干燥处理;
(4)将干燥后的LOW-E玻璃,通过放电刀架和刀片的间隙,利用高频高压电源产生电晕对玻璃进行电晕处理,处理后的玻璃表面张力为90dyn-100dyn;
(5)取两片处理好的LOW-E玻璃,将两片玻璃上的镀层向内,在两片玻璃内涂上胶层,并用热压机进行热压,热压完成后静置20-40分钟,再将玻璃进行冷冻处理;
所述胶层由以下重量份数的原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液30-50份,改性陶瓷纤维10-20份,流平剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.05-0.4份,涂布粒子1.5-5份,水100-120份;
所述改性陶瓷纤维是由陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭改性而成,其改性方法为:将陶瓷纤维与竹炭混合进行研磨10-20分钟,再与有机硅树脂混合,搅拌均匀后利用微波处理器微波回流处理5min,间隔5min后继续微波回流处理5min,再次间隔5min后微波回流处理5min,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在25-35min,处理结束后再放入搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌速度为600-800r/min,搅拌时间为5-15分钟,搅拌结束后静置5分钟,将混合物进行冷冻干燥,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性陶瓷纤维;
(6)将处理好的LOW-E玻璃装入折好的铝框中,再进行密封处理,最后经固化即得LOW-E夹胶玻璃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5中的冷冻处理分为三步冷冻处理,先将玻璃放入-5至-10度的环境中冷冻20-40分钟,再将冷冻温度升至-5至0度冷冻处理10-30分钟,再将温度升至0至5度处理5-15分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述清洁液由以下重量份数的原料组成:海藻胶20-40份,表面活性剂5-15份,微晶纤维素-甘氨酸5-10份,柠檬酸钠2-5份,活性炭4-8份,羟丙基瓜尔胶3-6份,甘油三酯3-8份,辛基十二醇2-6份,环聚二甲基硅氧烷5-10份,纯碱3-8份,水150-180份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述微晶纤维素-甘氨酸的具体制备方法为:将微晶纤维素、甘氨酸混合后升温至80-85℃保温研磨10分钟,然后加入去离子水直至质量含水量达到80-85%,充分搅拌和利用微波处理器微波回流处理5分钟,间隔5分钟后继续微波回流处理5分钟,再次间隔5分钟后微波回流处理5分钟,如此重复操作,控制总微波回流处理在25-35分钟,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得微晶纤维素-甘氨酸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述微晶纤维素、甘氨酸的质量比在1-5:5-10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LOW-E夹胶玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述陶瓷纤维、有机硅树脂、竹炭的重量份数比为5:2:3。
