背景技术
随着城镇化发展的加快,建材的需求量越来越大,木地板作为一种重要的建材,在建筑行业的应用也是越来越多。现有的木地板主要存在两个方面的问题,一方面是防水性差,尤其是复合底板,在潮湿环境下很容易变形,另一个方面是地板中释放甲醛等有害气体。现有技术中,木地板防水处理通常是在木地板的边缘打蜡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型地面装饰地板,其具有不散发甲醛、防水且柔韧性较好的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种环保型地面装饰地板,其特征是:包括耐磨表层20-40份、中层30-40份以及地板基层100耐磨表面由UV环氧树脂构成,中层由有机纤维构成;地板基层由是石岩粉构成,三层结构经热熔热压工艺紧密结合为一体。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明利用耐磨表层、中层和地板基层三层配合,能够形成防水性强,且无甲醛异味的缺陷
本发明进一步设置为:所述UV环氧树脂的制备过程,在装有温度计、冷凝管、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入环氧树脂20-30份,并加入1-2份丙酮,搅拌,并加入1-2份四甲基氯化铵,对苯二酚10-15份、顺丁烯二酸酐20-30份和蒸馏水30份,升至80-110℃后,恒温反应5h。

本发明进一步设置为:所述有机纤维的制备过程:在高强PE纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维之间放置有炸药,按照重量份数比,碳纤维:炸药=1∶0.3,利用炸药让高强PE纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维结合。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用炸药爆炸时产生的瞬时超高压和超高速冲击能够实现有机纤维层间的结合,这种技术能够将三种不同有机纤维层瞬间复合在一起,具有加载速度快,对有机纤维施加高压脉冲载荷,加载应力远高于有机纤维层的屈服强度。并且通过微观观察可以得到有机纤维层之间呈现波状的结合特征,解决了三种有机纤维之间不易结合的难题。

1、本发明利用高强PE纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维三种纤维结构结合,形成强度较大的有机纤维层,极大地增强防水性,并且三者在炸药复合的工艺下,能够构成网状结构。
2、本发明利用耐磨表层、中层和地板基层三层配合,能够形成防水性强,且无甲醛异味的缺陷。
