Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于农药WDG/WP的专用低泡润湿剂组合物,其包括按重量百分数计的如下组分:磺酸钠盐:75~85%;硬脂酸单甘酯:15~25%。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:能有效的处理农药分散、混匀后泡量大造成喷洒过程中易出现的不出药或喷洒出的农药不均匀的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低泡润湿剂组合物,可以广泛应用于农药WP、WDG剂型,对易起泡、泡沫量大农药有明显效果。
背景技术
目前市场上的润湿剂对于易易起泡、泡沫量大原药没有有效的作用,并且其自身在水中也起泡:这样会导致以下两个主要问题:一是使WP WDG在分散、崩解、混匀过程中泡沫量大,而导致喷洒农药时开始时不出药竟是泡沫;二是导致喷洒出的农药不均匀。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种低泡润湿剂组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于农药WDG/WP的专用低泡润湿剂组合物,其由按照如下重量百分数计的如下组分组成:
磺酸钠盐: 75~85%;
硬脂酸单甘酯: 15~25%。
所述磺酸钠盐的制备方法为:
将月桂醇与氯磺酸在20~25℃下进行反应后,进行气液分离,收集液体部分,在50℃下用氢氧化钠中和,得到粗产品;
将所述粗产品通过真空脱水干燥法采用刮膜式蒸发器,得到磺酸钠盐。
所述硬脂酸单甘酯的制备方法为:
将甘油、丙酮、带水剂和催化剂混匀后,加热升温至回流,待反应温度不再上升时,加热硬脂酸,升温至沸腾,进行酯化反应,得到所述硬脂酸单甘酯。
所述低泡润湿剂组合物的制备方法为:
将磺酸钠盐和硬脂酸单甘酯按照(75~85):(15~25)的质量比混匀后,升温至60℃后,滴加80℃的二次蒸馏水,进行乳化,得到所述用于农药WDG/WP低泡润湿剂组合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、能抑制农药在搅拌混匀过程中泡沫的生成;
2、泡沫生产后加快泡沫的消减。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明中的磺酸钠盐的制备方法为:
将月桂醇与氯磺酸在20~25℃下进行反应后,进行气液分离,收集液体部分,在50℃下用氢氧化钠中和,得到粗产品;将所述粗产品采用刮膜式蒸发器进行真空脱水干燥,得到磺酸钠盐.
本发明中的硬脂酸单甘酯的制备方法为:
将甘油、丙酮、带水剂和催化剂加入带有温度计、分水器及回流冷凝管的三口烧瓶中,开启磁力搅拌,加热升温至回流,带水剂从反应体系中带出反应生成的水,分水器中水量基本不变,反应温度也不再上升时,停止反应。降温后加入一定量的硬脂酸,升温至沸腾,带水剂继续带出系统中生成的水。分水器中水量基本恒定后,结束酯化过程。减压蒸出带水剂及反应物丙酮,使产品冷凝成固体,加入2.0mol/L盐酸于室温下水解1h,过滤、水洗、干燥后得到硬脂酸单甘酯.
本发明中的低泡润湿剂组合物的制备方法为:
将磺酸钠盐和硬脂酸单甘酯按照(75~85):(15~25)的质量比混匀后,在搅拌下升温至60℃,缓慢滴加80℃的二次蒸馏水,由慢到快进行搅拌乳化,当乳液突然变稀时,停止反应,冷却至室温,出料,得到所述用于农药WDG/WP低泡润湿剂组合物。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种用于WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂,91%锈去津WDG。
将锈去津、DA803、DA801、WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂、FZ-80分别按照91%、2%、2.5%、2%、补足100%的重量百分数进行配比,直接研磨粉碎,再气流粉碎,气流粉碎后加水挤压造粒。

实施例2
本实施例涉及一种用于WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂,75%三环唑WP。
将三环唑、DA803、BB4、WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂、高岭土分别按照75%、4%、1%、3.5%、补足100%的重量百分数进行配比,直接研磨粉碎,再气流粉碎。

实施例3
本实施例涉及一种用于WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂,56%代森锰锌+8%苯醚甲环唑WP。
将代森锰锌、苯醚甲环唑、木钠NA、DA801、WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂、硫酸铵分别按照56%、8%、5%、5%、2%、补足100%的重量百分数进行配比,先将将代森锰锌、苯醚甲环唑、木钠NA、DA801研磨粉碎,再气流粉碎;最后将粉碎好的物料加上WP WDG专用低泡润湿剂、硫酸铵混匀。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。
Claims (5)
1.用于农药WDG/WP的专用低泡润湿剂组合物,其特征在于,由按照如下重量百分数计的如下组分组成:
磺酸钠盐: 75~85%;
硬脂酸单甘酯: 15~25%。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于农药WDG/WP的低泡润湿剂组合物,其特征在于,所述磺酸盐钠的制备方法为:
将月桂醇与氯磺酸在20~25℃下进行反应后,进行气液分离,收集液体部分,在50℃下用氢氧化钠中和,得到粗产品;
将所述粗产品通过真空脱水干燥,得到所述磺酸钠盐。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于农药WDG/WP的低泡润湿剂组合物,其特征在于,所述真空脱水干燥法采用刮膜式蒸发器。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于农药WDG/WP的低泡润湿剂组合物,其特征在于,所述硬脂酸单甘酯的制备方法为:
将甘油、丙酮、带水剂和催化剂混匀后,加热升温至回流,待反应温度不再上升时,加热硬脂酸,升温至沸腾,进行酯化反应,得到所述硬脂酸单甘酯。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的用于农药WDG/WP的低泡润湿剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将磺酸钠盐和硬脂酸单甘酯按照(75~85):(15~25)的质量比混匀后,升温至60℃后,滴加80℃的二次蒸馏水,进行乳化,得到所述用于农药WDG/WP低泡润湿剂组合物。
