Nowadays, with the development of the information age, the amount of information that users need to accept every day is increasing. In order to facilitate browsing of a user, many application platforms actively push information of interest to the user.
Currently, a commonly used information push method is to acquire the operation number of the user performing operations on different types of information, perform linear accumulation on the operation number of the different types of information, and then determine the type of information focused by the user according to the accumulation result, thereby realizing pushing of the information focused by the user for the user. Optionally, in this embodiment, the information pushing apparatus may be, but is not limited to, an information pushing system that applies to different terminal applications, so as to push notification information closer to a behavior habit of a user's recent operation to a user terminal through the information pushing apparatus. The terminal application may include but is not limited to: a news application, a video playback application, an audio playback application, a shopping application, a gaming application, a community space application, a text messaging application, and the like. That is to say, in the information notification system of the terminal application, the information pushing device can be applied to push information closer to recent preference of the user for the user, so that the accuracy of information pushing is improved, more users are attracted to log in the terminal application and participate in activities notified by the pushed information, and the interaction rate is improved. The above is only an example, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, by obtaining the time-series operation results corresponding to each type of information in the information set to be pushed, where the time-series operation results are operation results determined according to the operation sequence and the operation type of the operation performed on the information, when comparing the time-series operation results, the time-series performance of the operation may be combined without being limited to the finally counted operation number, so that the target information closer to the action of the operation performed by the user in the near future is obtained from the information set to be pushed, an effect of improving the accuracy of information pushing is achieved, and a problem that the target information for pushing determined only according to the operation number in the related art is not accurate enough is solved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the operation type of the operation performed on the information includes: and clicking operation and showing operation, wherein the showing operation is used for indicating to show the information, and the clicking operation is used for indicating to click the displayed information so as to display the information in an enlarged mode or enter a link corresponding to the information for browsing. The above is only an example, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the time-series operation result corresponding to one type of information may be, but is not limited to, an operation result determined according to an operation sequence and an operation type of operations performed on the type of information. That is, when an operation of a different operation type is acquired to be performed on information of that type, a corresponding operation result is determined in conjunction with the operation order of the operation.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the time-series operation result may be determined according to, but not limited to, the click processing and/or the number of presentations. For example, as an alternative embodiment, the ratio of the number of clicks to the number of impressions, the click rate, and the parameter values resulting from the above-mentioned time sequence operation can be but are not limited to. The above is only an example, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, it is assumed that, in combination with the above operation types, when the click operation is performed, the number of clicks in the time-series operation result may be weighted, and the number of impressions in the time-series operation result may be weighted down; however, when the presentation operation is performed, the present number in the time-series operation result may be weighted, and the click number in the time-series operation result may be weighted down. The time sequence operation result is updated by combining the operation sequence (also called as time sequence factor) executed by the different operation types, so that the time sequence operation result is combined with the time sequence of the operation, the time sequence operation result can reflect the recent feedback of the user to different types of information, and the accuracy of information pushing is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, before obtaining the time-series operation results respectively corresponding to the types of information in the information set to be pushed, the method includes: acquiring an operation request sent by a terminal, wherein the operation request carries an operation type of a preset operation executed by the terminal; and updating the time sequence operation result in the information set according to the operation type in response to the operation request.
That is to say, the server may, but is not limited to, after receiving the operation request sent by the terminal, not only make corresponding feedback to the terminal in response to the operation request, but also update the corresponding time sequence operation result in the information set according to the operation type at the time of the request, so as to ensure the accuracy of the time sequence operation result.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, it is assumed that a reference parameter C is set for the first type of information for the terminal using the first account, and the obtained historical click amount is a and the obtained historical display amount is B. Further, after the operation request is acquired at the current time, the time sequence operation result is updated according to the time sequence operation indicated by the operation request, and the time sequence operation result is stored in the information set and used for updating again after a new operation request is acquired. For example, when the operation type of the time-series operation indicates a click operation, the historical click amount a is weighted, and the historical display amount is weighted down; for another example, when the operation type of the time-series operation indicates a presentation operation, the history presentation amount is weighted by B, and the history click amount a is weighted down. After receiving the operation request each time, the judgment and update operation is performed according to the judgment logic shown in fig. 3, and so on. Therefore, a time sequence operation result closer to the recent operation habit of the first account is obtained, and target information which is closer to the preference of the first account and is used for pushing the target information to the first account is obtained conveniently.
According to the embodiment provided by the application, the time sequence operation results corresponding to the information of each type in the information set to be pushed are obtained, wherein the time sequence operation results are the operation results determined according to the operation sequence and the operation type of the operation performed on the information, so that when the time sequence operation results are compared, the time sequence of the operation can be combined, the target information closer to the action of the operation performed by a user in the near future can be obtained from the information set to be pushed, and the effect of improving the information pushing accuracy is achieved.
As an alternative, the method comprises the following steps:
1) a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain an operation request sent by a terminal before obtaining timing operation results corresponding to respective types of information in an information set to be pushed, where the operation request carries an operation type of a predetermined operation executed by the terminal;
2) and the updating unit is used for responding to the operation request and updating the time sequence operation result in the information set according to the operation type.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, in the time-series operation results respectively corresponding to the various types of information in the information set, each time-series operation result may be, but is not limited to, performing an update operation according to an acquired operation request sent by the terminal. The operation request carries an operation type of an operation executed by the terminal and a request time (used for indicating an operation sequence) of the operation request. That is, after receiving the operation request, the server may update the time-series operation results corresponding to different types of information according to the operation type and the operation order of the performed operation, respectively.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment,
1) the second acquisition unit includes:
(1) the terminal comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a display module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an operation request sent by the terminal by using a first account, and the operation request is used for requesting to execute a preset operation on first information displayed by the terminal by using the first account;

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the information set may include, but is not limited to, various types of information and corresponding time sequence operation results. If the operation request sent by the first account is used for requesting to execute a predetermined operation on the first information, the server may, but is not limited to, obtain a historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information corresponding to the first information according to the first information, thereby updating the time sequence operation result of the same type of information.
In addition, in this embodiment, different calculation formulas are configured for different operation types, so that the updated time-series operation result calculated by the calculation formulas can be closer to the latest operation habit of the first account. As an alternative embodiment, it is possible but not limited to 1) in the case of a click operation, 1 is added to the click amount and the presentation amount is not processed; in the case of the presentation operation, 1 is added to the presentation amount, and the click amount is not processed; 2) under the condition of clicking operation, weighting click quantity and reducing weight of the display quantity; in the case of a presentation operation, the presentation amount is weighted and the click amount is weighted down. The above are only two optional examples, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment provided by the application, the time sequence operation result is updated according to each type of information, so that the time sequence operation results of the same type of information are managed comprehensively, and the effect of improving the updating efficiency is achieved; furthermore, after a calculation formula matched with the operation type of the preset operation executed by the first account on the first information is obtained, updating is executed according to the calculation formula, so that the updated time sequence operation result obtained through calculation is closer to the latest operation habit of the first account, the operation trend of the first account is conveniently and accurately predicted, and the purpose of pushing more accurate information for the first account is achieved.
As an optional solution, the update module includes:
1) the first updating submodule is used for updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to a first calculation formula under the condition that the operation type of the preset operation is indicated as click operation;

It should be noted that, as shown in the upper half of fig. 4, the result calculated by the existing method is shown, that is, when the operation sequence of the executed predetermined operation is different, the final result obtained by the existing method is consistent, and the influence of the time sequence on the operation result is not distinguished, so that the information that is favorite with the first account in the near term cannot be obtained. As shown in the lower half of fig. 4, the calculation formula provided in this embodiment is calculated according to different calculation formulas corresponding to different operation types in response to an operation request, and a time-series operation result showing operation time-series is obtained, so that the obtained time-series operation result is closer to the latest operation habit of the first account, the operation trend of the first account is conveniently predicted accurately, and the purpose of pushing more accurate information for the first account is achieved.

Specifically, the description is given with reference to fig. 4, but not limited to, the updated time sequence operation result may be obtained by using a ratio of the updated number of clicks to the updated number of presentations, and a Click Rate (CTR). Therefore, the information type and the information which are closer to the preference of the first account in the information combination can be judged directly according to the click rate obtained through calculation, for example, the information which shows the higher recent operation frequency of the first account is represented under the condition that the click rate is higher, and the information which is preferred by the first account can be accurately obtained.
According to the embodiment provided by the application, the response operation request is calculated according to different operation types and corresponding different calculation formulas, and the time sequence operation result showing the operation time sequence is obtained, so that the obtained time sequence operation result is closer to the latest operation habit of the first account, the operation trend of the first account is conveniently and accurately predicted, and the purpose of pushing more accurate information for the first account is achieved.
As an optional scheme, the alignment unit includes:
1) the sequencing module is used for sequencing the time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to the information of each type;
2) the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the type of the information matched with the first account according to the sequencing result;
3) and the fifth acquisition module is used for acquiring the target information pushed to the first account from the type.
Specifically, the following example is described, assuming that the time sequence operation result is expressed by a click rate as an example, further assuming that the click rates respectively corresponding to the obtained information of the respective types in the information set are a, b, c, d, and e, where d > a > e > b > c, the type of the information matching the first account is a type corresponding to the click rate d, and further, but not limited to, the target information for pushing to the first account is obtained from the information of the type corresponding to the click rate d.
For example, suppose a news application is taken as an example, the information set in the server of the news application includes the following types: sports, entertainment, video, fashion, military. The click rates respectively correspond to a, b, c, d and e, wherein d > a > e > b > c, and then the type of the information matched with the first account is the type corresponding to the click rate d: and furthermore, target information can be acquired from fashion information and pushed to the first account.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the process of acquiring the target information may be, but is not limited to: 1) randomly acquiring target information from the type; 2) and dividing the types in the information set into a plurality of subclasses, acquiring subclass information matched with the first account according to the provided information push mode, and acquiring target information from the subclass information.
According to the embodiment provided by the application, the type of the information matched with the first account is obtained according to the sequencing result after sequencing the time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to the information of each type; therefore, the target information matched with the first account can be accurately acquired, the purpose of improving the information pushing accuracy is achieved, and the effect of improving the participation degree and the attention degree of the account on the application is further achieved.
Example 3
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an information push server for implementing the information push method, as shown in fig. 6, the server includes:
1) a communication interface 602 configured to obtain timing operation results corresponding to each type of information in an information set to be pushed, where the timing operation result corresponding to each type of information is an operation result determined according to an operation sequence of an operation performed on the type of information and an operation type;
2) a processor 604 connected to the communication interface 602 and configured to compare the timing operation results corresponding to the types of information, respectively, to determine target information for pushing;
the communication interface 602 is further configured to push target information;
3) the memory 606 is connected to the communication interface and the processor 604, and is configured to store the timing operation result corresponding to each type of information.

1. An information pushing method, comprising:
acquiring an operation request sent by a terminal, wherein the operation request carries an operation type of a preset operation executed by the terminal;
when the operation type of the preset operation indicates clicking operation, responding to the operation request, and according to the operation type, performing weighting processing on the number of clicks in a time sequence operation result, and performing weight reduction processing on the number displayed in the time sequence operation result, wherein the time sequence operation result is an operation result determined according to the operation sequence and the operation type of the preset operation;
under the condition that the operation type of the preset operation indicates a display operation, responding to the operation request, performing weight reduction processing on the number of clicks in the time sequence operation result according to the operation type, and performing weighting processing on the display number in the time sequence operation result;
obtaining an updated time sequence operation result according to the processed click number and the display number;
acquiring the time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to each type of information in an information set to be pushed, wherein the time sequence operation result corresponding to each type of information is an operation result determined according to the operation sequence of the operation executed on the type of information and the operation type;
comparing the time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to the information of each type to determine target information for pushing;
and pushing the target information.
2. The method of claim 1,
the operation request sent by the acquisition terminal comprises: acquiring the operation request sent by the terminal by using a first account, wherein the operation request is used for requesting to execute the preset operation on first information displayed by the terminal by using the first account;
after the operation request sent by the terminal is obtained, the method comprises the following steps: responding to the operation request to acquire a historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information corresponding to the first information from the information set; acquiring a calculation formula matched with the operation type of the preset operation; and updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to the calculation formula to obtain an updated time sequence operation result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the updating the historical timing operation results for the first type of information according to the calculation formula comprises:
under the condition that the operation type of the preset operation is indicated as the click operation, updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to a first calculation formula;
and updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to a second calculation formula under the condition that the operation type of the predetermined operation is indicated as the showing operation.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the updating the historical timing operation results for the first type of information according to a first calculation formula comprises:

and acquiring the target information pushed to the first account from the type.
8. An information pushing apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to various types of information in an information set to be pushed, and the time sequence operation result corresponding to each type of information is an operation result determined according to an operation sequence of an operation executed on the type of information and an operation type;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the time sequence operation results respectively corresponding to the information of each type so as to determine target information for pushing;
the pushing unit is used for pushing the target information;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain an operation request sent by a terminal before the time sequence operation result corresponding to each type of information in an information set to be pushed is obtained, where the operation request carries an operation type of a predetermined operation executed by the terminal;
an updating unit, configured to, when the operation type of the predetermined operation indicates a click operation, perform weighting processing on the number of clicks in the time-series operation result according to the operation type in response to the operation request, and perform weight reduction processing on the number of displays in the time-series operation result, where the time-series operation result is an operation result determined according to an operation sequence and an operation type of the predetermined operation; under the condition that the operation type of the preset operation indicates a display operation, responding to the operation request, performing weight reduction processing on the number of clicks in the time sequence operation result according to the operation type, and performing weighting processing on the display number in the time sequence operation result; and obtaining an updated time sequence operation result according to the processed click number and the display number.

the second acquisition unit includes: the first obtaining module is configured to obtain the operation request sent by the terminal by using a first account, where the operation request is used to request that the first account is used to perform the predetermined operation on the first information displayed by the terminal;
the update unit includes: the second acquisition module is used for responding to the operation request to acquire a historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information corresponding to the first information from the information set; the third acquisition module is used for acquiring a calculation formula matched with the operation type of the preset operation; and the updating module is used for updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to the calculation formula to obtain an updated time sequence operation result.

a first updating sub-module, configured to update the historical timing operation result of the first type of information according to a first calculation formula when the operation type of the predetermined operation indicates the click operation;
and the second updating submodule is used for updating the historical time sequence operation result of the first type of information according to a second calculation formula under the condition that the operation type of the preset operation indicates the showing operation.
