技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器,特别涉及一种轻薄化的显示器。
背景技术
参照图1,公知的显示器9具有外观前框91、外观中框92、后壳93、金属前框94、液晶模块95、背光模块96、面板架97以及面板中框98等元件。金属前框94、液晶模块95、背光模块96、面板架97以及面板中框98由外观前框91、外观中框92及后壳93所包覆。由于对显示器轻薄化的要求日趋严格,公知的设计进一步轻薄化的空间十分有限。
因此,需要提供一种显示器来满足上述需求。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决公知技术的问题而提供的一种显示器,该显示器包括一金属背板、一塑料框、一背光光学模块以及一液晶模块;该金属背板包括多个金属楔合部以及一第一面;该塑料框以注塑成型的方式结合该金属背板,该塑料框包括多个塑料楔合部,该等塑料楔合部楔合该等金属楔合部,该塑料框在该金属背板的该第一面上定义一凹槽;该背光光学模块设于该凹槽之内;该液晶模块覆盖该背光光学模块,并连接该塑料框。
在一实施例中,该液晶模块以贴合的方式连接该塑料框。
在一实施例中,该塑料框为一阶梯状结构,该塑料框包括一接合面以及一外观面,该液晶模块贴合连接该接合面,该液晶模块包括一显示面,该显示面与该外观面切齐。
在一实施例中,该显示器还包括电路板,该电路板设于该金属背板的一第二面,该第二面相反于该第一面。
在一实施例中,该显示器还包括一后壳,该后壳直接连接该塑料框,该电路板位于该金属背板与该后壳之间。
在一实施例中,该显示器还包括一电路板遮罩,该电路板遮罩被固定于该金属背板之上并覆盖该电路板。
在一实施例中,该金属背板包括一第一边缘、一第二边缘、一第三边缘以及一第四边缘,该第二边缘位于该第一边缘以及该第三边缘之间,该第二边缘并平行于该第四边缘,该等金属楔合部形成于该第一边缘、第二边缘以及该第三边缘。

在本发明的上述实施例中,塑料框以注塑成型的方式结合该金属背板,因此以最精简的尺寸提供了紧密接合的效果。同时,该塑料框包覆并固定背光光学模块。该塑料框并固定了液晶模块以及后壳。因而,应用本发明实施例的显示器,由于以塑料框及金属背板提供了主要的连接以及固定的功能,因此本发明实施例的显示器可省略公知技术中的外观前框、外观中框等元件,大幅缩减显示器的尺寸。本发明实施例的显示器以较少的元件,提供了良好的元件固定效果,并有效缩减了显示器的尺寸。

在上述实施例中,该金属楔合部13为凹部,该塑料楔合部21为凸部。然而上述公开并未限制本发明。在另一实施例中,该金属楔合部13可以为凸部,该塑料楔合部21可以为凹部。此外,该金属楔合部13以及塑料楔合部21的形状也可以适当变化。
参照图4、图5,在一实施例中,该液晶模块4以贴合的方式连接该塑料框2。例如,该液晶模块4可以以双面胶或其他方式贴合于该塑料框2。
参照图4,在一实施例中,该塑料框2为一阶梯状结构,该塑料框2包括一接合面22以及一外观面23,该液晶模块4贴合连接该接合面22,该液晶模块4包括一显示面41,该显示面41与该外观面23切齐。藉此,该显示器D具有良好的外观。在此实施例中,该液晶模块4与该外观面23之间存在间隙g。该间隙g大小可因为外观需求或是组装需求而调整。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示器,该显示器包括:
一金属背板,该金属背板包括多个金属楔合部以及一第一面;
一塑料框,该塑料框以注塑成型的方式结合该金属背板,该塑料框包括多个塑料楔合部,该等塑料楔合部楔合该等金属楔合部,该塑料框在该金属背板的该第一面上定义一凹槽;
一背光光学模块,该背光光学模块设于该凹槽之内;以及
一液晶模块,该液晶模块覆盖该背光光学模块,并连接该塑料框。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,该液晶模块以贴合的方式连接该塑料框。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示器,其中,该塑料框为一阶梯状结构,该塑料框包括一接合面以及一外观面,该液晶模块贴合连接该接合面,该液晶模块包括一显示面,该显示面与该外观面切齐。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示器,还包括电路板,该电路板设于该金属背板的一第二面,该第二面相反于该第一面。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示器,还包括一后壳,该后壳直接连接该塑料框,该电路板位于该金属背板与该后壳之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器,还包括一电路板遮罩,该电路板遮罩被固定于该金属背板之上并覆盖该电路板。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,该金属背板包括一第一边缘、一第二边缘、一第三边缘以及一第四边缘,该第二边缘位于该第一边缘以及该第三边缘之间,并平行于该第四边缘,该等金属楔合部形成于该第一边缘、第二边缘以及该第三边缘。
