Abstract

本发明是一种减速机润滑排管结构,包括减速机箱体,减速机箱体一侧下部设有出油管,减速机箱体内的若干减速机齿轮和若干轴承腔下方设有主分配器,主分配器上设有若干出油口,主分配器的出油口连有供油支管,每对减速机齿轮的啮合处上方设有若干横向排列的副分配器,靠近进油管的副分配器通过油管与进油管连通,远离进油管的副分配器上连有第一卡套式接头。位于减速机轴承腔上供油支管通过点对点布置形式充分给减速机轴承润滑,位于减速机齿轮啮合处的供油支管给减速机齿轮润滑,副分配器上的阻尼孔对润滑泵泵入的多余润滑油进行泄压,泄压的同时,对减速机齿轮再次润滑,减速机轴承和减速机齿轮润滑效果好,润滑泵使用寿命长。

一种减速机润滑排管结构
技术领域
本发明涉及减速机技术领域,尤其涉及一种减速机润滑排管结构。
背景技术
大型减速机在运行过程中,离不开外挂的冷却系统对减速机进行冷却,冷却系统的冷却功率的大小对应润滑泵的润滑油排量,大型减速机运行功率较大,需要冷却的功率较大,相应的润滑泵的润滑油排量足够大,润滑泵的润滑油一部分对减速机内的轴承和齿轮啮合处润滑后,仍有大部分流量需要泄压,如果不对润滑泵进行泄压,容易造成润滑泵的损坏,影响对减速机轴承和齿轮润滑的效果,同时,容易造成润滑泵的损坏。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种减速机润滑排管结构。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种减速机润滑排管结构,包括减速机箱体,其特征在于,减速机箱体一侧下部设有出油管,出油管的另一端连有下法兰,下法兰与外部润滑的吸油软管连接,与下法兰同侧的减速机箱体上部设有进油管,进油管的另一端连有上法兰,上法兰与外部润滑的供油软管连接,进油管上端连有双外丝卡套接头,减速机箱体内的若干减速机齿轮和若干轴承腔下方设有主分配器,主分配器的进油口与双外丝卡套接头通过供油软管连接,主分配器上设有若干出油口,主分配器的出油口连有供油支管,每个轴承腔均与一个供油支管相连通,每对减速机齿轮的啮合处的上下两侧各设一个供油支管,位于减速机齿轮的啮合处上方的供油支管连有出口向下的喷嘴,每对减速机齿轮的啮合处上方设有若干横向排列的副分配器,副分配器通过油管连通,靠近进油管的副分配器通过油管与进油管连通,远离进油管的副分配器上连有第一卡套式接头,所述第一卡套式接头连有丝堵,且第一卡套式接头固定在进油管相对侧的减速机箱体上,副分配器上设有若干开口向下且位于减速机齿轮啮合处上方的阻尼孔,油管上设有三通接头,三通接头的另一个端口固定在减速机箱体上。
下法兰与出油管通过螺栓固定连接。
上法兰与进油管通过螺栓固定连接。
副分配器通过第二卡套式接头与油管连接。
本发明的有益效果是:位于减速机轴承腔上供油支管通过点对点布置形式充分给减速机轴承润滑,位于减速机齿轮啮合处的供油支管给减速机齿轮润滑,副分配器上的阻尼孔对润滑泵泵入的多余润滑油进行泄压,泄压的同时,对减速机齿轮再次润滑,减速机轴承和减速机齿轮润滑效果好,润滑泵使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,一种减速机润滑排管结构,包括减速机箱体1,其特征在于,减速机箱体1一侧下部设有出油管2,出油管2的另一端连有下法兰3,下法兰3与外部润滑的吸油软管连接,与下法兰3同侧的减速机箱体1上部设有进油管4,进油管4的另一端连有上法兰5,上法兰5与外部润滑的供油软管连接,进油管4上端连有双外丝卡套接头6,减速机箱体1内的若干减速机齿轮7和若干轴承腔8下方设有主分配器9,主分配器9的进油口与双外丝卡套接头6通过供油软管连接,主分配器9上设有若干出油口,主分配器9的出油口连有供油支管10,每个轴承腔8均与一个供油支管10相连通,每对减速机齿轮7的啮合处的上下两侧各设一个供油支管10,位于减速机齿轮7的啮合处上方的供油支管10连有出口向下的喷嘴13,每对减速机齿轮7的啮合处上方设有若干横向排列的副分配器14,副分配器14通过油管连通,靠近进油管4的副分配器14通过油管与进油管4连通,远离进油管4的副分配器14上连有第一卡套式接头11,所述第一卡套式接头11连有丝堵,且第一卡套式接头11固定在进油管4相对侧的减速机箱体1上,副分配器14上设有若干开口向下且位于减速机齿轮7啮合处上方的阻尼孔15,油管上设有三通接头16,三通接头16的另一个端口固定在减速机箱体1上。
下法兰3与出油管2通过螺栓固定连接。
上法兰5与进油管4通过螺栓固定连接。
副分配器14通过第二卡套式接头12与油管连接。
本发明工作时,外部润滑泵将润滑油泵入外部润滑的供油软管,润滑油经进油管4,一部分润滑油通过油管进入到副分配器14内,经副分配器14上的阻尼孔15喷到减速机齿轮7上,对减速机齿轮7进行润滑,另一部分润滑油通过主分配器9流入到供油支管10内,经喷嘴13和连接在供油支管10上的第二卡套式接头12喷出对减速机齿轮7和减速机轴承腔8进行润滑,润滑效果好。此外,副分配器14上的阻尼孔15对润滑泵泵入的多余润滑油进行泄压,延长了润滑泵使用寿命长。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种减速机润滑排管结构,包括减速机箱体(1),其特征在于,减速机箱体(1)一侧下部设有出油管(2),出油管(2)的另一端连有下法兰(3),下法兰(3)与外部润滑的吸油软管连接,与下法兰(3)同侧的减速机箱体(1)上部设有进油管(4),进油管(4)的另一端连有上法兰(5),上法兰(5)与外部润滑的供油软管连接,进油管(4)上端连有双外丝卡套接头(6),减速机箱体(1)内的若干减速机齿轮(7)和若干轴承腔(8)下方设有主分配器(9),主分配器(9)的进油口与双外丝卡套接头(6)通过供油软管连接,主分配器(9)上设有若干出油口,主分配器(9)的出油口连有供油支管(10),每个轴承腔(8)均与一个供油支管(10)相连通,每对减速机齿轮(7)的啮合处的上下两侧各设一个供油支管(10),位于减速机齿轮(7)的啮合处上方的供油支管(10)连有出口向下的喷嘴(13),每对减速机齿轮(7)的啮合处上方设有若干横向排列的副分配器(14),副分配器(14)通过油管连通,靠近进油管(4)的副分配器(14)通过油管与进油管(4)连通,远离进油管(4)的副分配器(14)上连有第一卡套式接头(11),所述第一卡套式接头(11)连有丝堵,且第一卡套式接头(11)固定在进油管(4)相对侧的减速机箱体(1)上,副分配器(14)上设有若干开口向下且位于减速机齿轮(7)啮合处上方的阻尼孔(15),油管上设有三通接头(16),三通接头(16)的另一个端口固定在减速机箱体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减速机润滑排管结构,其特征在于,下法兰(3)与出油管(2)通过螺栓固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减速机润滑排管结构,其特征在于,上法兰(5)与进油管(4)通过螺栓固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减速机润滑排管结构,其特征在于,副分配器(14)通过第二卡套式接头(12)与油管连接。
