Abstract

本发明公开了一种船舶船舱用防火窗，包括窗框，所述窗框里端嵌接有固定框，所述固定框与窗框之间的空腔内填充有石棉，所述固定框中端填充有氧化铝，所述窗框与固定框边侧的凹槽安装有第一防火玻璃与第二防火玻璃，该发明通过里端的窗框、固定框、配合相应填充的石棉以及氧化铝防火材料能够有效的防止火势的破坏，避免因火灾使得窗体出现相应的破坏火势蔓延进来为救援争取时间，同时采用双层防火玻璃以及空腔里端的喷淋头设计当发生火灾时相应水体进入空腔当中防止防火玻璃出现损坏并且沿底端的通孔流向外端延缓火势的蔓延，防火效果好，结构设计紧密合理，具有很强的实用性，适合推广。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗技术领域，具体涉及一种船舶船舱用防火窗。
背景技术
防火窗是指在一定时间内，连同框架能满足耐火稳定性和耐火完整性要求的窗。在防火间距不足的两建筑物外墙上，或在被防火墙分隔的空间之间，需要采光和通风时，目前市面上的防火窗多采用钢材质或铝合金材质的防火窗，而对于船舶由于在湖面或是海面上，相应的容纳空间较小一旦发生相应的火灾会给乘客以及相应的工作人员带来极大的威胁，目前市面缺少船舶船舱的的专用防火窗多采用相应的防火玻璃，结构不够稳定，防火效果不理想，存在相应的的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种船舶船舱用防火窗，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种船舶船舱用防火窗，包括窗框，所述窗框里端嵌接有固定框，所述固定框与窗框之间的空腔内填充有石棉，所述固定框中端填充有氧化铝，所述窗框与固定框边侧的凹槽安装有第一防火玻璃与第二防火玻璃，所述第一防火玻璃与第二防火玻璃之间留设有空腔且空腔边侧两端安设有垫片，所述垫片前端留设有喷淋头，所述喷淋头与后端的连接管对接相连，所述连接管穿过固定框以及窗框与船舶外端的水箱对接相连，所述窗框前端里侧留设有卡接槽，所述卡接槽与防护框边侧的卡块卡合相连。
优选的，所述第一防火玻璃与第二防火玻璃规格一致且第一防火玻璃底端密集开设有通孔。
优选的，所述第一防火玻璃、第二防火玻璃与凹槽的结合处粘接有耐高温密封胶。
优选的，所述窗框以及固定框的外端边侧均留设有防火涂料层且防火涂料层的厚度低于0.5mm。
优选的，所述防护框四角位置均留设有倒角且防护框的截面厚度大于第一防火玻璃与第二防火玻璃的截面厚度。
优选的，所述窗框后端留设有对接槽孔，所述对接槽孔外端两侧等距离留设有螺栓孔。
本发明的技术效果和优点：该发明通过里端的窗框、固定框、配合相应填充的石棉以及氧化铝防火材料能够有效的防止火势的破坏，避免因火灾使得窗体出现相应的破坏火势蔓延进来为救援争取时间，同时采用双层防火玻璃以及空腔里端的喷淋头设计当发生火灾时相应水体进入空腔当中防止防火玻璃出现损坏并且沿底端的通孔流向外端延缓火势的蔓延，防火效果好，结构设计紧密合理，具有很强的实用性，适合推广。

本发明提供了如图1-4所示的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，包括窗框1，所述窗框1采用钢材质，所述窗框1里端嵌接有固定框3，所述固定框3采用铝合金材质，所述固定框3与窗框1之间的空腔内填充有石棉2，所述固定框3中端填充有氧化铝4，所述窗框1与固定框3边侧的凹槽9安装有第一防火玻璃6与第二防火玻璃7，所述第一防火玻璃6与第二防火玻璃7均采用A类复合型防火玻璃，所述第一防火玻璃6与第二防火玻璃7之间留设有空腔8且空腔8边侧两端安设有垫片19，所述垫片19前端留设有喷淋头11，所述喷淋头11与后端的连接管12对接相连，所述连接管12外端套接有LCP耐高温套筒，所述连接管12穿过固定框3以及窗框1与船舶外端的水箱对接相连，所述窗框1前端里侧留设有卡接槽14，所述卡接槽14与防护框5边侧的卡块15卡合相连。
具体的，所述第一防火玻璃6与第二防火玻璃7规格一致且第一防火玻璃6底端密集开设有通孔13。
具体的，所述第一防火玻璃6、第二防火玻璃7与凹槽9的结合处粘接有耐高温密封胶10，所述耐高温密封胶采用硅酮类高温密封胶。
具体的，所述窗框1以及固定框3的外端边侧均留设有防火涂料层16且防火涂料层16的厚度低于0.5mm，所述防火涂料层采用氯氧化镁材料的胶结料。
具体的，所述防护框5四角位置均留设有倒角且防护框5的截面厚度大于第一防火玻璃6与第二防火玻璃7的截面厚度。
具体的，所述窗框1后端留设有对接槽孔18，所述对接槽孔18外端两侧等距离留设有螺栓孔17。
该发明在使用时，窗框1嵌接在船舱的舱体上，窗框1与固定框3腔体里端的石棉2与氧化铝4以及边侧的防火涂料层16能够有效的起到防火的作用，同时采用双层侧防火玻璃设计在起到防火作用的同时，如出现相应的火灾，相应的工作人员可以打开水箱的水阀相应的水体由连接管12经由喷淋头11喷出对第一防火玻璃6以及第二防火玻璃7里端的空腔8进行注水对防止火势对防火玻璃进行损坏，延缓火势蔓延，同时空腔8里端的水经由外侧第一防火玻璃6底端的通孔13流出及时的对外侧的火势进行相应的浇灭防止火势扩大对船舱进行破坏，结构牢固，结构设计紧密合理，具有很强的实用性，适合推广。

1.一种船舶船舱用防火窗，包括窗框(1)，其特征在于：所述窗框(1)里端嵌接有固定框(3)，所述固定框(3)与窗框(1)之间的空腔内填充有石棉(2)，所述固定框(3)中端填充有氧化铝(4)，所述窗框(1)与固定框(3)边侧的凹槽(9)安装有第一防火玻璃(6)与第二防火玻璃(7)，所述第一防火玻璃(6)与第二防火玻璃(7)之间留设有空腔(8)且空腔(8)边侧两端安设有垫片(19)，所述垫片(19)前端留设有喷淋头(11)，所述喷淋头(11)与后端的连接管(12)对接相连，所述连接管(12)穿过固定框(3)以及窗框(1)与船舶外端的水箱对接相连，所述窗框(1)前端里侧留设有卡接槽(14)，所述卡接槽(14)与防护框(5)边侧的卡块(15)卡合相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，其特征在于：所述第一防火玻璃(6)与第二防火玻璃(7)规格一致且第一防火玻璃(6)底端密集开设有通孔(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，其特征在于：所述第一防火玻璃(6)、第二防火玻璃(7)与凹槽(9)的结合处粘接有耐高温密封胶(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，其特征在于：所述窗框(1)以及固定框(3)的外端边侧均留设有防火涂料层(16)且防火涂料层(16)的厚度低于0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，其特征在于：所述防护框(5)四角位置均留设有倒角且防护框(5)的截面厚度大于第一防火玻璃(6)与第二防火玻璃(7)的截面厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶船舱用防火窗，其特征在于：所述窗框(1)后端留设有对接槽孔(18)，所述对接槽孔(18)外端两侧等距离留设有螺栓孔(17)。
