(6-3) controlling the power system to work under the control of the controller, wherein in the process of advancing of the ship, 2 swing wings block the garbage on the river surface and move forward together with the ship;
(6-4) when the time for the power system to work reaches T2, the controller controls the power system to stop working; the controller controls 2 first motors to respectively drive the second garbage intercepting net racks of the 2 vertical swing wings to rotate, so that the first garbage intercepting net racks and the second garbage intercepting net racks of the 2 vertical swing wings clamp garbage;
(6-5) the controller controls 2 second motors to respectively drive 2 vertical swinging wings to rotate, so that the 2 vertical swinging wings are all turned into the ship, the controller controls 2 first motors to respectively drive 2 vertical swinging wings to open, and the garbage collected by the 2 vertical swinging wings is unloaded onto the ship; and (4) after the power system stops working for T3 time, the step (6-1) is carried out.

(7-3) in the gap between the ship and the ship, the controller controls the second water pump to work, the mud-water mixture in the collecting tank is pumped into the second filter tank, the filtered water is discharged into the river through the drain pipe, sludge which does not pass through each filtering hole in the bottom of the second filter tank is left in the second filter tank, and the controller controls the second power device to drive the second push plate to send the filtered sludge into the second storage tank.
