本发明涉及一种新型高速公路双层护栏。包括护栏柱、内护栏板和外护栏板,内护栏板和外护栏板为同一结构,包括U型板,U型板的开口朝前,U型板的上下两侧分别设有弧形板,内护栏板的U型板和外护栏板的U型板通过螺杆连接,螺杆上套有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧位于内护栏板与外护栏板之间,内护栏板与外护栏板之间还设置有报警压力装置,报警压力装置的两端分别与内护栏板和外护栏板抵触,报警压力装置连接有无线发射装置,无线发射装置连通有远程监控设备,螺杆末端设有夹紧块,夹紧块后侧设有与螺杆连接的螺母。本发明结构简单,通过采用内护栏板和外护栏板结构并在两者之间增设缓冲弹簧,大大提高了护栏的缓冲作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护栏,尤其涉及一种新型高速公路双层护栏。
背景技术
目前,在高速公路的两边都会设置防撞护栏,防撞护栏包括立柱和护栏板,护栏板一般为波纹状,护栏板具有缓冲作用。但现有的护栏板基本为硬性接触,缓冲效果差,在高速上某处护栏被撞后,监控部门一时发现不了,需要经过一段时间后才能进行维修,影响正常使用。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,护栏板缓冲效果好,能够实时监测到被撞护栏处并及时进行维修的一种新型高速公路双层护栏。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括护栏柱、内护栏板和外护栏板,所述内护栏板和外护栏板为同一结构,包括U型板,U型板的开口朝前,U型板的上下两侧分别设有弧形板,内护栏板的U型板和外护栏板的U型板通过螺杆连接,螺杆上套有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧位于内护栏板与外护栏板之间,内护栏板与外护栏板之间还设置有报警压力装置,报警压力装置的两端分别与内护栏板和外护栏板抵触,报警压力装置连接有无线发射装置,无线发射装置连通有远程监控设备,所述护栏柱上开设有凹槽,所述螺杆放置于凹槽内,螺杆末端设有夹紧块,夹紧块后侧设有与螺杆连接的螺母。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外护栏板上设有反光条。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内护栏板上设有太阳能电池板,所述护栏柱内设有太阳能蓄电池,所述太阳能蓄电池与无线发射装置和太阳能电池板连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述发光体为橡胶发光条。

本发明结构简单,通过采用内护栏板和外护栏板结构并在两者之间增设缓冲弹簧,大大提高了护栏的缓冲作用,在内护栏板与外护栏板之间设置报警压力装置及无线发射装置,能够对护栏进行实时监控。

一种新型高速公路双层护栏,包括护栏柱1、内护栏板2和外护栏板3,所述内护栏板2和外护栏板3为同一结构,包括U型板,U型板的开口朝前,U型板的上下两侧分别设有弧形板,内护栏板的U型板和外护栏板的U型板通过螺杆4连接,螺杆4上套有缓冲弹簧5,所述缓冲弹簧5位于内护栏板2与外护栏板3之间,内护栏板2与外护栏板3之间还设置有报警压力装置6,报警压力装置6的两端分别与内护栏板2和外护栏板3抵触,报警压力装置6连接有无线发射装置7,无线发射装置7连通有远程监控设备,所述护栏柱1上开设有凹槽,所述螺杆4放置于凹槽内,螺杆4末端设有夹紧块8,夹紧块8后侧设有与螺杆4连接的螺母9。
