本发明公开了一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯纤维、改性抗菌剂、抗静电剂、抗氧化剂。改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热煎煮,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热反应后,再加入电气石粉,经超声分散、真空浸渍、过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。本发明的无纺布,抗菌性能优异,可满足医用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌医用无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。它突破了传统的纺织原理,与传统的纯棉机织纺织品相比,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、价格低廉、可循环再利用等优势,非常适用于医学领域。例如在医学上可以用于生产口罩、手术帽、一次性手术衣、一次性医用床单、产妇包、尿布等。无纺布生产用纤维主要以丙纶、涤纶为主,还包括有锦纶、粘胶纤维、腈纶、乙纶、氯纶,抗菌性能低,无法满足医用要求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗菌医用无纺布,抗菌效果好,安全无毒,有益人体健康。
本发明提出一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维90-110份,改性抗菌剂4-10份,抗静电剂1-3份,抗氧化剂0.5-2份。
优选地,改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热煎煮,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热反应后,再加入电气石粉,经超声分散、真空浸渍、过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
优选地,石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水的重量比为30-40:60-70:1-2:20-30:300-400。
优选地,混合物粉的粒径为200-300目。
优选地,加热煎煮温度为95-100℃,加热煎煮时间为2-3h。
优选地,加热反应温度为80-90℃,加热煎煮时间为1-2h。
优选地,电气石粉孔径为20-40μm。
优选地,超声分散时间为0.5-1h,真空浸渍时间为0.3-0.5h。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维95-105份,改性抗菌剂6-8份,抗静电剂1.5-2.5份,抗氧化剂1-1.5份。
本发明以石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银及电气石粉为原料,采用煎煮提取、加热还原及真空浸渍工艺得到改性抗菌剂。其中石斛叶和滁菊叶的煎煮水提物富含有机酸、多酚、黄酮等成分,一方面具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化的功效,另一方面可以作为硝酸银的还原剂和稳定剂;硝酸银以石斛叶和滁菊叶的提取液为植物源还原剂,具有绿色安全无毒特点,制得改性纳米银的抗氧化性能及抗菌性能优异;超声分散及真空浸渍工艺将改性纳米银分散于电气石粉微孔内表面,电气石粉微孔结构发达、比表面积高、强吸附能力,一方面可以增强改性纳米银的抗菌性能,另一方面电气石粉可以释放多种微量元素,有益人体健康。本发明以聚丙烯纤维、改性抗菌剂、抗静电剂、抗氧化剂为原料,合理控制各组分含量及改性抗菌剂的制备工艺,得到无纺布的抗菌效果好,可以满足医用要求。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维90份,改性抗菌剂4份,抗静电剂1份,抗氧化剂0.5份。
改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:按重量比30:60:1:20:300分别称取石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水,将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得粒径为200目混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热95℃煎煮2h,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热80℃反应1h后,再加入孔径为20μm电气石粉,经超声分散0.5h,真空浸渍0.3h后,过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
实施例2
一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维110份,改性抗菌剂10份,抗静电剂3份,抗氧化剂2份。
改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:按重量比20:35:1:15:200分别称取石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水,将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得粒径为300目混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热100℃煎煮3h,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热90℃反应2h后,再加入孔径为40μm电气石粉,经超声分散1h,真空浸渍0.5h后,过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
实施例3
一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维100份,改性抗菌剂7份,抗静电剂2份,抗氧化剂1.5份。
改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:按重量比35:65:1:25:350分别称取石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水,将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得粒径为250目混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热98℃煎煮2.5h,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热85℃反应1.5h后,再加入孔径为30μm电气石粉,经超声分散0.7h,真空浸渍0.4h后,过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
实施例4
一种抗菌医用无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维100份,改性抗菌剂9份,抗静电剂2.5份,抗氧化剂1份。
改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:按重量比15:30:1:10:150分别称取石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水,将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得粒径为280目混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热95-100℃煎煮2.4h,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热80-90℃反应1.8h后,再加入孔径为25μm电气石粉,经超声分散0.9h,真空浸渍0.5h后,过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
将实施例1-4得到的无纺布及其清洗10次后的无纺布,按照标准ASTM E2149-01测试对革兰氏阳性黄金葡萄球菌的抗菌效果,测试结果如下表1。

通过上表数据可知:本发明的无纺布对革兰氏阳性黄金葡萄球菌的抑菌率高达99%以上,且清洗10次后的抑菌率仍达到98%以上,抗菌效果显著。

1.一种抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维90-110份,改性抗菌剂4-10份,抗静电剂1-3份,抗氧化剂0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,改性抗菌剂采用如下工艺制备:将石斛叶、滁菊叶清洗、干燥、粉碎后混合均匀,制得混合物粉;将混合物粉加入水中加热煎煮,过滤取滤液,制得煎煮液;将硝酸银溶液加入银煎煮液中加热反应后,再加入电气石粉,经超声分散、真空浸渍、过滤干燥后制得改性抗菌剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,石斛叶、滁菊叶、硝酸银、电气石粉及水的重量比为30-40:60-70:1-2:20-30:300-400。
4.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,混合物粉的粒径为200-300目。
5.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,加热煎煮温度为95-100℃,加热煎煮时间为2-3h。
6.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,加热反应温度为80-90℃,加热煎煮时间为1-2h。
7.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,电气石粉孔径为20-40μm。
8.根据权利要求2所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,超声分散时间为0.5-1h,真空浸渍时间为0.3-0.5h。
9.根据权利要求1所述抗菌医用无纺布,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维95-105份,改性抗菌剂6-8份,抗静电剂1.5-2.5份,抗氧化剂1-1.5份。
