一种防结霜防雨水倒车镜,是在倒车镜镜面前面加盖。镜盖用镜盖轴与倒车镜上边框活动链接,镜盖与镜盖臂可绕镜盖轴整体摆动,镜盖臂又与电磁铁活动铁芯铰链活动连接。电磁铁用轴固定在倒车镜壳体内下边缘,可绕轴摆动。电磁铁用电与驾驶员钥匙开关电线连接。打开驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁通电产生磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯被吸动,通过铰链拉动镜盖臂向下,镜盖打开。关闭驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁断电失去磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯处于自然状态,镜盖在自重的作用下,盖到镜面上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车倒车镜,确切地说是寒冷潮湿的冬季车辆夜晚露天停放镜面不结霜,和雨天车辆行驶,镜面无雨水的汽车倒车镜。
背景技术
现有的汽车倒车镜,在寒冷潮湿冬季,尤其是在我国北方,夜晚露天停车,倒车镜镜面结有厚实的冰霜,虽有倒车镜电加热除霜装置,但缓慢且除霜后镜面有水积还要人工擦干,不仅如此,下雨天车辆行驶时,镜面也有很多雨水,从而引起后视不清,给驾驶者带来诸多不便,也带来安全隐患。
发明内容
为了避免现有汽车倒车镜面出现的上述状况,本发明提供一种汽车倒车镜,不仅可解决寒冷潮湿季节夜晚露天停车镜面结霜问题,还可解决下雨天镜面有雨水问题,给驾驶者带来方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在倒车镜壳体内,安装电磁铁和镜盖。镜盖安装在镜面前面,用镜盖轴与倒车镜上边框活动链接,镜盖与镜盖臂为整体部件,可绕镜盖轴摆动,镜盖臂又与电磁铁活动铁芯铰链活动连接,电磁铁用轴固定在倒车镜壳体内下边缘,可绕轴摆动。电磁铁用电与驾驶员钥匙开关电线连接。打开驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁通电产生磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯被吸动,通过铰链拉动镜盖臂向下,使镜盖绕镜盖轴向上转动,镜盖打开,实现倒车镜功能。关闭驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁断电失去磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯处于自然状态,镜盖在自重的作用下,盖到镜面上保护镜面,使镜面在寒冷潮湿季节夜晚露天停车不结霜,和雨天镜面无雨水。
本发明的有益效果是,彻底消除在寒冷潮湿的冬季夜晚露天停车,汽车倒车镜镜面结霜,和雨天行驶镜面有雨水问题,结构简单,实用。

具体实施方式
在图1中,镜盖6安装在倒车镜1镜面前面,用镜盖轴5活动连接在壳体内上方,镜盖6与镜盖臂4为整体部件,可绕镜盖轴5摆动,镜盖臂4与电磁铁活动铁芯3铰链活动连接。电磁铁2用轴7固定在倒车镜1壳体内下方,可绕轴7摆动。电磁铁2用电与驾驶员钥匙开关电线连接。
行车时,打开驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁2立即通电产生磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯3被吸动,向下拉动镜盖臂4,使镜盖绕镜盖轴5向上转动,镜盖6打开,实现倒车镜功能(见图1)。
停车时,关闭驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁2断电磁力消失,电磁铁活动铁芯3处于自然状态,镜盖6在重力的作用下,向下关闭倒车镜镜面(见图2)。
倒车镜镜面前安装镜盖6,不仅可以防结霜、防雨水,而且平时停车时还可以减少镜面受灰尘的侵蚀,保护镜面。
注:电磁铁参数要求:电磁铁活动铁芯工作行程20-30毫米,初始吸力不小于0.1kg。镜盖打开角度95-120度。

1.一种防结霜防雨水倒车镜,是在倒车镜壳体内,安装电磁铁和镜盖,其特征是:镜盖安装在镜面前面,用镜盖轴与倒车镜上边框活动链接,镜盖与镜盖臂为整体部件,可绕镜盖轴摆动,镜盖臂又与电磁铁活动铁芯铰链活动连接,电磁铁用轴固定在倒车镜壳体内下边缘,可绕轴摆动,电磁铁用电与驾驶员钥匙开关电线连接,打开驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁通电产生磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯被吸动,通过铰链拉动镜盖臂向下,使镜盖绕镜盖轴向上转动,镜盖打开,关闭驾驶员钥匙开关,电磁铁断电失去磁吸力,电磁铁活动铁芯处于自然状态,镜盖在自重的作用下,盖到镜面上。
