Abstract

本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯复合膜及其制备方法。聚氨酯复合膜由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。粘结层由环氧树脂15‑35份、增强剂1‑5份、消泡剂1‑3份、助剂2‑4份、溶剂7‑10份等制成。热塑聚氨酯弹性体、聚氨基甲酸酯膜、粘结层的厚度依次为0.05‑0.5mm、0.15‑0.45mm、1‑5μm。首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。通过合理设计粘结层的组分,从而达到产品粘合性好的效果。通过合理设计各层组分,从而使产品具有阻隔性能强等优点。

一种聚氨酯复合膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯复合膜是以聚氨酯树脂为基体的复合材料,现有技术中的聚氨酯复合膜,主要存在粘合性差,不能满足生产需要等缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种聚氨酯复合膜及其制备方法,具有粘合性好等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种聚氨酯复合膜,由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述粘结层由环氧树脂15-35份、增强剂1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、助剂2-4份、溶剂7-10份、鹰爪豆碱1-2份和丙环唑2-3份制成。
进一步优选地,所述粘结层环氧树脂20份、增强剂4份、消泡剂2份、助剂2.5份、溶剂8份、鹰爪豆碱1.2份和丙环唑2.7份制成。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.05-0.5mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.15-0.45mm,所述粘结层的厚度为1-5μm。
进一步优选地,所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.35mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.3mm,所述粘结层的厚度为2μm。
一种聚氨酯复合膜的制备方法,首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1、产品粘合性好,完美满足生产需要。同时这种复合膜还具有阻隔性能强等优点。
2、通过合理设计粘结层的组分,从而达到产品粘合性好的效果。
3、通过合理设计各层组分,从而使产品具有阻隔性能强等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚氨酯复合膜,由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。
所述粘结层环氧树脂20份、增强剂4份、消泡剂2份、助剂2.5份、溶剂8份、鹰爪豆碱1.2份和丙环唑2.7份制成。
所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.35mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.3mm,所述粘结层的厚度为2μm。
首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯复合膜,由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。
所述粘结层由环氧树脂35份、增强剂1份、消泡剂3份、助剂2份、溶剂10份、鹰爪豆碱1份和丙环唑3份制成。
所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.05mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.45mm,所述粘结层的厚度为1μm。
首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯复合膜,由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。
所述粘结层由环氧树脂15份、增强剂5份、消泡剂1份、助剂4份、溶剂7份、鹰爪豆碱2份和丙环唑2份制成。
所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.5mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.15mm,所述粘结层的厚度为5μm。
首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。

1.一种聚氨酯复合膜,其特征在于,由热塑聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨基甲酸酯膜以及置于两者之间的粘接层复合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯复合膜,其特征在于,所述粘结层由环氧树脂15-35份、增强剂1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、助剂2-4份、溶剂7-10份、鹰爪豆碱1-2份和丙环唑2-3份制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的聚氨酯复合膜,其特征在于,所述粘结层环氧树脂20份、增强剂4份、消泡剂2份、助剂2.5份、溶剂8份、鹰爪豆碱1.2份和丙环唑2.7份制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯复合膜,其特征在于,所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.05-0.5mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.15-0.45mm,所述粘结层的厚度为1-5μm。
5.如权利要求4所述的聚氨酯复合膜,其特征在于,所述热塑聚氨酯弹性体的厚度为0.35mm,所述聚氨基甲酸酯膜的厚度为0.3mm,所述粘结层的厚度为2μm。
6.一种制备如权利要求1-5任一项所述聚氨酯复合膜的方法,其特征在于,首先利用挤出机生产热塑聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过复合机将涂有粘结层的热塑聚氨酯弹性体与聚氨基甲酸酯膜热压复合制成聚氨酯复合膜。
