一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,其特征在于:所述的机架上从左到右依次设有保护层放卷机构、防水层放卷机构、烘室、粘接层放卷机构、热压辊、水冷辊机构、收卷机构;所述的热压辊在靠近粘接层放卷机构的一侧设有压合机构,另一侧设有复压机构;所述保护层放卷机构、防水层放卷机构与粘接层放卷机构分别提供保护层、防水层、粘接层,防水层通过烘室加热,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构与防水层复合,复合后的材料通过热压辊加热,后经复压机构再经水冷辊机构冷却,由收卷机构收卷;本发明,采用流水作业,可靠性好,大大提高了生产效率,操作简洁人性化,进一步提高了成品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子复合卷材复合制造设备,尤其是一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置。
背景技术
迄今为止,高分子复合卷材对现代科学技术的发展起到了举足轻重的作用;特别是EVA高分子复合防水卷材作为新型防水卷材,该材料具有防水、防潮等优点适用范围广;该EVA高分子复合防水卷材包括保护层、防水层、粘接层,保护层采用抗拉、抗撕裂、抗顶破强度的无坊布为材料;防水层采用EVA为材料,粘接层采用抗拉、抗撕裂、抗顶破强度的无坊布为材料;保护层位于防水层的上表面,粘接层位于防水层的下表面;现有EVA高分子复合防水卷材生产设备在生产过程中存在一些问题:自动化程度低,劳动强度大,生产效率低、成品率低、可靠性差、功耗大等,加大了企业生产成本,不利于企业的发展。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,通过保护层放卷机构、防水层放卷机构与粘接层放卷机构分别提供保护层、防水层、粘接层,防水层通过烘室加热,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构与防水层复合,复合后的材料通过热压辊加热,后经复压机构再经水冷辊冷却,由收卷机构收卷,采用流水作业,可靠性好,大大提高了生产效率,操作简洁人性化,进一步提高了成品率。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,包含机架,其特征在于:所述的机架上从左到右依次设有保护层放卷机构、防水层放卷机构、烘室、粘接层放卷机构、热压辊、水冷辊机构、收卷机构;所述的保护层放卷机构上还设有与热压辊连接的支架,支架上设有多个导布辊;所述的防水层放卷机构与烘室上均设有导布辊;所述的热压辊在靠近粘接层放卷机构的一侧设有压合机构,另一侧设有复压机构;所述保护层放卷机构、防水层放卷机构与粘接层放卷机构分别提供保护层、防水层、粘接层,防水层通过烘室加热,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构与防水层复合,复合后的材料通过热压辊加热,后经复压机构再经水冷辊冷却,由收卷机构收卷。
所述的热压辊在压合机构下方还设有一个蹦布器,通过蹦布器使得粘接层材料蹦紧。
所述的支架还设有至少一个的蹦布器,通过蹦布器使得保护层材料蹦紧。
所述的烘室上还设有蹦布器,通过蹦布器使得防水层材料蹦紧。
所述的水冷辊机构一端还设有复压机构Ⅰ,通过复压机构Ⅰ确保复合材料表面平整、无气泡。
本发明,采用流水作业,可靠性好,大大提高了生产效率,操作简洁人性化,多重复压大大提高材料质量,进一步提高了成品率。

具体实施方式
由图1知,一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,包含机架1,所述的机架1上从左到右依次设有保护层放卷机构2、防水层放卷机构3、烘室4、粘接层放卷机构5、热压辊6、水冷辊机构7、收卷机构8;所述的保护层放卷机构2上还设有与热压辊6连接的支架21,支架21上设有多个导布辊9;所述的防水层放卷机构3与烘室4上均设有导布辊9;所述的热压辊6在靠近粘接层放卷机构5的一侧设有压合机构61,另一侧设有复压机构62;所述保护层放卷机构2、防水层放卷机构3与粘接层放卷机构5分别提供保护层、防水层、粘接层,防水层通过烘室4加热,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构61与防水层复合,复合后的材料通过热压辊6加热,后经复压机构62再经水冷辊机构7冷却,由收卷机构8收卷。所述的热压辊6在压合机构61下方还设有一个蹦布器10,通过蹦布器10使得粘接层材料蹦紧。所述的支架21还设有至少一个的蹦布器10,通过蹦布器10使得保护层材料蹦紧。所述的烘室4上还设有蹦布器10,通过蹦布器10使得防水层材料蹦紧。所述的水冷辊机构7一端还设有复压机构Ⅰ71,通过复压机构Ⅰ71确保复合材料表面平整、无气泡。
工作时,所述防水层放卷机构3提供防水层,防水层通过烘室4加热;保护层放卷机构2提供保护层,保护层通过支架上的多个导布辊9后位于加热后的防水层上方,所述的粘接层放卷机构5提供的粘接层位于加热后的防水层下方,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构61压合在防水层的上方与下方得到复合材料,后复合材料通过热压辊6加热,通过热压辊6使得防水层与保护层、粘接层复合更加充分,复合材料后再经复压机构62与复压机构Ⅰ71复压除去复合材料表面不平整、有气泡等现象,再经水冷辊机构7冷却,由收卷机构8收卷。
本发明,采用流水作业,可靠性好,大大提高了生产效率,操作简洁人性化,多重复压大大提高材料质量,进一步提高了成品率。

1.一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,包含机架(1),其特征在于:所述的机架(1)上从左到右依次设有保护层放卷机构(2)、防水层放卷机构(3)、烘室(4)、粘接层放卷机构(5)、热压辊(6)、水冷辊机构(7)、收卷机构(8);所述的保护层放卷机构(2)上还设有与热压辊(6)连接的支架(21),支架(21)上设有多个导布辊(9);所述的防水层放卷机构(3)与烘室(4)上均设有导布辊(9);所述的热压辊(6)在靠近粘接层放卷机构(5)的一侧设有压合机构(61),另一侧设有复压机构(62);所述保护层放卷机构(2)、防水层放卷机构(3)与粘接层放卷机构(5)分别提供保护层、防水层、粘接层,防水层通过烘室(4)加热,保护层、粘接层通过压合机构(61)与防水层复合,复合后的材料通过热压辊(6)加热,后经复压机构(62)再经水冷辊机构(7)冷却,由收卷机构(8)收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EVA高分子复合防水卷材用热压复合装置,其特征在于:所述的热压辊(6)在压合机构(61)下方还设有一个蹦布器(10)。
