Processing the high-density oriented strand board:
(1) drying the wood shavings: drying the wood shavings by using mixed flue gas at 350 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3%;
(2) processing the glue-mixed wood shavings: heating the wood shavings and the water-based adhesive to 75 ℃, stirring and mixing to reduce the mass water content to 3% so as to obtain glue-mixed wood shavings; the application amount of the water-based adhesive is 0.25kg of the water-based adhesive mixed with each kg of wood shavings;
(3) processing a plate blank: paving the mixed wood shavings by using a three-layer paving head, wherein the mixed wood shavings comprise an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer, the core layer is paved transversely, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are paved longitudinally to obtain a plate blank;
(4) molding a high-density oriented strand board: pre-pressing and then hot-pressing the plate blank, wherein the pre-pressing temperature is 50 ℃, the pre-pressing pressure is 3.5MPa, the pre-pressing time is 90s for pre-pressing the high-density oriented strand board with the thickness of each mm, the hot-pressing temperature is 135 ℃, the hot-pressing pressure is 5MPa, and the hot-pressing time is 120s for hot-pressing the high-density oriented strand board with the thickness of each mm, so that the high-density oriented strand board is obtained;
preparing a water-based adhesive: adding 40g of epoxy resin E-51, 4g of fumed silica, 3g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3g of emulsifier, 2g of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.5g of nano titanium dioxide into water, heating to 70 ℃, stirring until the viscosity is unchanged, feeding the obtained mixture into a ball mill, and ball-milling until the fineness is less than 30 mu m to obtain the water-based adhesive with the solid content of 75%.
Preparation of the emulsifier: dissolving 2.5g of soil-grade polyglutamic acid and 10g of polyethylene glycol 400 in water, dropwise adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5, heating to 80 ℃ for heat preservation reaction, sending the obtained mixture into a spray dryer after the esterification reaction is finished, and drying the obtained particles to obtain micro powder by a superfine pulverizer to obtain the polyglutamic acid/polyethylene glycol esterified substance.
Comparative example 4
Processing the high-density oriented strand board:

Preparation of epoxy acrylic resin: firstly, 40g of epoxy resin E-51 is dissolved in a mixed solvent of N-butyl alcohol and ethylene glycol methyl ether, the temperature is raised to 110 ℃, 4g of methacrylic acid and 0.5g N, N-dimethylethanolamine are added, the temperature is kept at 110 ℃, the esterification reaction is carried out until the acid value is lower than 5mg/KOH, the mixture is naturally cooled to the room temperature, then 8g of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 20g of magnesium dimethacrylate and 1g of azodiisobutyronitrile are added, the temperature is raised to 90 ℃, the temperature is kept for reaction, the N-butyl alcohol and the ethylene glycol methyl ether are recovered by reduced pressure distillation after the polymerization reaction is finished, and the epoxy acrylic resin is obtained after the residue is concentrated.
Preparation of the emulsifier: dissolving 2.5g of soil-grade polyglutamic acid and 10g of polyethylene glycol 400 in water, dropwise adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5, heating to 80 ℃ for heat preservation reaction, sending the obtained mixture into a spray dryer after the esterification reaction is finished, and drying the obtained particles to obtain micro powder by a superfine pulverizer to obtain the polyglutamic acid/polyethylene glycol esterified substance.

preparing a water-based adhesive: adding 40g of epoxy acrylic resin, 4g of fumed silica, 3g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3g of emulsifier, 2g of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.5g of nano titanium dioxide into water, heating to 70 ℃, stirring until the viscosity is unchanged, feeding the obtained mixture into a ball mill, and ball-milling until the fineness is less than 30 mu m to obtain the water-based adhesive with the solid content of 75%.
Preparation of epoxy acrylic resin: firstly, 40g of epoxy resin E-51 is dissolved in a mixed solvent of N-butyl alcohol and ethylene glycol methyl ether, the temperature is raised to 110 ℃, 4g of methacrylic acid and 0.5g N, N-dimethylethanolamine are added, the temperature is kept at 110 ℃, the esterification reaction is carried out until the acid value is lower than 5mg/KOH, the mixture is naturally cooled to the room temperature, then 8g N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 20g of methyl methacrylate and 1g of azobisisobutyronitrile are added, the temperature is raised to 90 ℃, the temperature is kept for reaction, the N-butyl alcohol and the ethylene glycol methyl ether are recovered by reduced pressure distillation after the polymerization reaction is finished, and the concentrated remainder is the epoxy acrylic resin.
Preparation of the emulsifier: dissolving 2.5g of soil-grade polyglutamic acid and 10g of polyethylene glycol 400 in water, dropwise adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5, heating to 80 ℃ for heat preservation reaction, sending the obtained mixture into a spray dryer after the esterification reaction is finished, and drying the obtained particles to obtain micro powder by a superfine pulverizer to obtain the polyglutamic acid/polyethylene glycol esterified substance.
Example 4
Based on example 3, comparative example 1 in which polyethylene glycol 400 was used as an emulsifier in the preparation of an adhesive, comparative example 2 in which soil-grade polyglutamic acid was used as an emulsifier in the preparation of an adhesive, comparative example 3 in which epoxy resin E-51 was used instead of epoxy acrylic resin in the preparation of an adhesive, comparative example 4 in which hydroxyethyl methacrylate was used instead of N-methylolacrylamide in the preparation of epoxy acrylic resin, and comparative example 5 in which methyl methacrylate was used instead of magnesium dimethacrylate in the preparation of epoxy acrylic resin were provided.
The same specification of high density oriented strand board was processed using examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively, wherein the shavings were shavings cut from logs in the same batch. And the performance test of the high-density oriented strand board is carried out, and the test result is shown in the table 1 in the test standard GB/T17657-1999.

As can be seen from table 1, the use of the adhesive has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the manufactured high-density oriented strand board, and the addition of the emulsifier for preparing the adhesive and the difference of the main material resin directly influence the mechanical properties of the manufactured high-density oriented strand board.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles and broad features of the present invention and advantages thereof. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (3)
1. A processing method of a high-density oriented strand board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) drying the wood shavings: drying the wood shavings by using 300-plus 400 ℃ mixed flue gas to reduce the water content to 2-4%;
(2) processing the glue-mixed wood shavings: heating wood shavings and the water-based adhesive to 70-80 ℃, stirring and mixing to reduce the mass water content to below 5%, and obtaining glue-mixed wood shavings;
(3) processing a plate blank: paving the mixed wood shavings by using a three-layer paving head, wherein the mixed wood shavings comprise an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer, the core layer is paved transversely, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are paved longitudinally to obtain a plate blank;
(4) molding a high-density oriented strand board: pre-pressing and then hot-pressing the plate blank, wherein the pre-pressing temperature is 40-50 ℃, the pre-pressing pressure is 2-5MPa, the pre-pressing time is 30-120s of pre-pressing of the high-density oriented strand board with the thickness of each mm, the hot-pressing temperature is 130-;
the water-based adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of fumed silica, 1-5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1-5 parts of emulsifier, 1-5 parts of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.5-1 part of nano titanium dioxide, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding all the raw materials into water, heating to 60-70 ℃, stirring until the viscosity is unchanged, then sending the obtained mixture into a ball mill, and ball-milling until the fineness is less than 30 mu m to obtain the water-based adhesive with the solid content of 70-80%;
the preparation method of the epoxy acrylic resin comprises the following steps: dissolving epoxy resin in a mixed solvent of N-butyl alcohol and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, heating to the temperature of 100-110 ℃, adding methacrylic acid and N, N-dimethylethanolamine, carrying out heat preservation reaction at the temperature of 100-110 ℃, carrying out esterification reaction until the acid value is lower than 5mg/KOH, naturally cooling to room temperature, adding N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, dimethyl magnesium acrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, heating to the temperature of 80-90 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction, carrying out reduced pressure distillation after the polymerization reaction is finished, recovering N-butyl alcohol and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and concentrating the residue to obtain epoxy acrylic resin;
the emulsifier adopts polyglutamic acid/polyethylene glycol ester, is prepared by esterification reaction of soil-grade polyglutamic acid and polyethylene glycol 400, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving soil-grade polyglutamic acid and polyethylene glycol 400 in water, dropwise adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5, heating to 70-80 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction, sending the obtained mixture into a spray dryer after the esterification reaction is finished, drying the obtained particles, and preparing the particles into micro powder by an ultrafine pulverizer to obtain polyglutamic acid/polyethylene glycol esterified substance;
the mass ratio of the soil-grade polyglutamic acid to the polyethylene glycol 400 is 1-10: 1-10.
2. The method of processing high density oriented strand board of claim 1, wherein: the application amount of the water-based adhesive is 0.05-0.5kg of the water-based adhesive mixed with each kg of wood shavings.
3. The method of processing high density oriented strand board of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the epoxy resin, the methacrylic acid, the N, N-dimethylethanolamine, the N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, the magnesium dimethacrylate and the azobisisobutyronitrile is 25-40:1-10:0.05-0.5:1-10:10-20: 0.5-1.
