Abstract
本发明公开一种切棉机,包括机床架、设置在机床架侧面的驱动机构、以及设在机床架上方且可由驱动机构带动而前后移动的切割装置,该切割装置下端形成一V型切口。该结构缩短了切割流程,提升保温棉切割工艺的工作效率,同时能够切割出深浅一致的切槽,保证产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切棉机。
背景技术
保温棉是由高纯度的黏土熟料、氧化铝粉、硅石粉、铬英砂等原料制成的无毒、无害、无污染的新型保温材料,保温棉可进一步加工成纤维毯、板、纸、布、绳等制品,泡沫保温板是采用保温棉加工获得一种保温材料,在泡沫保温板使用前需要根据保温包构造来加工出相应的形状,在生产中为了节省材料以及考虑保温效果,需要对泡沫保温板加工,通过切割的方式开槽,在开槽后能够弯折保温棉,使其形状变化,例如将一块整的泡沫保温板折成方框形状,便可保证保温效果,还具有较高的加工效率;但是该工艺的缺陷在于,目前保温棉的切割开槽手段主要通过人工操作实现,因此切割流程耗时长,效率低,而且由于开槽形状为V型槽,人工难以掌握切割深度,导致残次品高,增加生产成本。
有鉴于此,本发明人特别研制出一种切棉机,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切棉机,以提高保温棉切割效率,保证切割质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
切棉机,包括机床架、设置在机床架侧面的驱动机构、以及设在机床架上方且可由驱动机构带动而前后移动的切割装置,该切割装置下端形成一V型切口。
进一步,所述切割装置还包括一刀片座、两片刀片和两个刀片夹,该刀片座为倒梯形,两片刀片分别通过两个刀片夹倾斜定位在刀片座的两侧倾斜面,使两片刀片下端接触配合构成V型切口。
进一步,所述驱动机构包括分别设置在机床架左右两侧的两个气缸、气管、以及通过气管与所述气缸连接的气缸开关;所述机床架上设置一支撑架,该支撑架横跨机床架两侧,且支撑架两端分别与两个气缸连接,该支撑架可在气缸带动下前后移动;支撑架安装一个或多个切割装置。
进一步,所述支撑架上通过螺丝安装一个或多个调节支撑架,所述刀片座固定在调节支撑架下端。
进一步,所述驱动机构还包括限位块,所述限位块设于机床架两侧,限位块通过束紧带与所述气缸捆绑在一起。
进一步,所述机床架上安装有用于压制保温棉的压板。
进一步,所述机床架两侧均设有定位块,该定位块配合机床架侧边将气缸夹持定位。
采用上述方案后,本发明工作时,通过机床架上的驱动机构带动切割装置前后移动,将保温棉放置在机床架上,通过切割装置下端的V型切口的前后移动对保温棉进行切割,只需移动一次,就能快速切割出V型槽。
本发明的有益效果为:采用带V型刀片的切割装置对保温棉进行加工,缩短了切割流程,提升保温棉切割工艺的工作效率,同时能够切割出深浅度一致的切槽(V型槽),保证产品质量。
本发明还能够通过调整V型切口的切割角度实现切割深度的变化,以满足不同厚度保温板的切割要求,或者根据需要能够切断保温棉,另外气缸驱动切割装置完成一次切割后还可以自动返回到初始位置。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,本发明揭示的一种切棉机,包括:
机床架1;
驱动机构2,该驱动机构2设置在机床架1侧面,驱动机构2包括分别两个气缸21、气管22以及气缸开关23,气缸21设置在机床架1左右两侧,气缸开关23通过气管22与气缸21连接;机床架1上设置一支撑架4,该支撑架4横跨机床架1两侧,且支撑架4两端分别与两个气缸21连接,该支撑架4可在气缸21带动下前后移动;以及
切割装置3,参见图6,该切割装置3设在机床架1上方且可由驱动机构2带动而前后移动,支撑架4安装一个或多个切割装置3,切割装置3包括一刀片座31、两片刀片32和两个刀片夹33,该刀片座31为倒梯形,两片刀片32分别通过两个刀片夹33倾斜定位在刀片座31的两侧倾斜面,使两片刀片32下端接触配合构成V型切口34。
进一步,支撑架4上通过螺丝6安装一个或多个调节支撑架5,刀片座31固定在调节支撑架5下端。
进一步,驱动机构2还包括限位块24,限位块24设于机床架1两侧,限位块24通过束紧带与气缸21捆绑在一起,通过限位块24的限位作用可以避免气缸21发生偏移的情况,为方便连接,气管22通过气管接头25与气缸21以及气缸开关23的连接。
为方便操作,气缸开关23安装在机床架1前侧,当然根据床架的摆放需求,气缸开关23可以选择安装在其他位置,气缸开关23的位置并不影响切棉机的正常使用。
进一步,为保证气缸21的稳定安装,机床架1两侧均设有定位块9,该定位块9配合机床架1侧边将气缸21夹持定位。
本发明工作过程为,通过气缸开关23控制气缸21前后运动,以带动支撑架4前后移动,从而支撑架4上的一个或多个切割装置3随之前后移动,保温棉7通过压板8压制在机床架1且位于切割装置3的下方,而且V型切口34能够以一定深度切入保温棉7中,在保温棉7固定不动,而V型切口34移动时边能够切割出一个V型槽71,切割装置3移动一次后便可将保温棉7(如珍珠棉)取下,完成切棉作业,过程简单高效,切出的V型槽71深浅一致。

Claims (7)
1.切棉机,其特征在于:包括机床架、设置在机床架侧面的驱动机构、以及设在机床架上方且可由驱动机构带动而前后移动的切割装置,该切割装置下端形成一V型切口。
2.如权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述切割装置还包括一刀片座、两片刀片和两个刀片夹,该刀片座为倒梯形,两片刀片分别通过两个刀片夹倾斜定位在刀片座的两侧倾斜面,使两片刀片下端接触配合构成V型切口。
3.如权利要求2所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括分别设置在机床架左右两侧的两个气缸、气管、以及通过气管与所述气缸连接的气缸开关;所述机床架上设置一支撑架,该支撑架横跨机床架两侧,且支撑架两端分别与两个气缸连接,该支撑架可在气缸带动下前后移动;支撑架安装一个或多个切割装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述支撑架上通过螺丝安装一个或多个调节支撑架,所述刀片座固定在调节支撑架下端。
5.如权利要求3所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括限位块,所述限位块设于机床架两侧,限位块通过束紧带与所述气缸捆绑在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述机床架上安装有用于压制保温棉的压板。
7.如权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于:所述机床架两侧均设有定位块,该定位块配合机床架侧边将气缸夹持定位。
