一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于病毒性心肌炎治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
病毒性心肌炎(VMC)是心血管系统的常见病和多发病，也是扩张型心肌病、心力衰竭和猝死的主要诱因之一。目前，无论在发达国家还是在发展中国家，心肌炎的发病率 较10年前有显著增多，其主要原因是感染性心肌炎中病毒性心肌炎的发病率增高所致。 根据世界卫生组织(WHO)全球病毒监测研究报导显示：在新生儿、儿童突发死亡病 例中，20％为病毒性心肌炎所致；病毒性心肌炎在新生儿、儿童中的发病率为360/10 万，死亡率为8％；病毒性心肌炎的发病率为同期心血管疾病住院病人的8.69～20.8％； 病毒感染侵入心肌后，会引起局灶性或弥漫性心肌间质性渗出和心肌纤维变性、坏死。 重症弥漫性心肌炎可出现严重心律不齐、心力衰竭、心源性休克、甚至猝死；也可迁延 不愈，导致心脏肥大，并逐渐发展成扩张型心肌病。
病毒性心肌炎与病毒感染及免疫性心肌损害有关。从现代医学的观点出发，病毒性 心肌炎的发病机制与病理生理过程主要涉及以下三个方面：一、病毒的直接侵袭造成心肌细胞破裂、溶解；二、病毒造成心肌细胞崩解后，诱发自体免疫性炎症反应；三、病 毒感染后诱发机体特异性免疫反应。由此可见，病毒性心肌炎主要与病毒入侵和免疫反 应有关，所以治疗病毒性心肌炎的出发点便集中在寻找抗病毒药物、调节机体免疫和对 症治疗方面。
然而到现在为止，尚未有针对VMC的特效药物。世界上只报道了两种对病毒性心肌炎细胞模型有明显效果的单体化合物，他们分别是：Ribavirin和Win54954，但是这 两种单体化合物在动物模型上均未显示良好的治疗作用，可见开发针对病毒性心肌炎的 新药具有非常大的困难。科学家们由此将针对病毒性心肌炎的药物研究集中在了以下四 个方面：调节病毒性心肌炎患者的免疫功能；开发减毒活疫苗；寻求基因治疗的突破口；针对心血管系统的改变进行对症治疗。
中药是世界上历史悠久的天然药物之一，在针对病毒性心肌炎的治疗中，具有一定 地优势和特色。祖国传统医学的观点认为，病毒性心肌炎属于中医心悸怔忡，胸痹等病的范畴。该病因为正气虚弱、复受温邪热病侵袭、毒邪内滞，内含于心、血运不畅、耗 气伤阳、心失所养、脉络淤阻、痰浊湿热阻滞所致。故而治疗病毒性心肌炎当以扶正祛 邪治心为主，兼顾其他脏器，以益心气、养心阳、清新宁神为主。然而在我国传统的中 医药治疗方面，一直没有疗效非常确切的药物，大多数医生均是在经验方的基础上进行 药味加减，并结合西医的治疗措施。既没有针对疾病进行深入的研究，也没有开发出具 有独特疗效的中药新药。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疗程短、见效快、疗效显著可靠的治疗病毒性心肌炎的药物组合物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：生黄芪16g，炒党参16g，麦冬11g，五味子9g，黄精16g，北沙参16g，丹参18g，苦参16g，石斛28g，蒲公英28g，茯神16g，甘草9g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用大火熬开，沸腾后改用小火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次加热水煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分3次温服。
发明用于治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对病毒性心肌炎病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，黄芪性味甘、微温，归肺、脾经，益气补脾；麦冬滋阴润肺、益胃生津；丹参活血祛瘀止痛；苦参清热解燥；五味子酸温，敛肺益气，生津止渴，固表止汗，宁心安神；北沙参养阴清肺，益胃生津；甘草补脾益气，清热解毒，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪16g，炒党参16g，麦冬11g，五味子9g，黄精16g，北沙参16g，丹参18g，苦参16g，石斛28g，蒲公英28g，茯神16g，甘草9g。
实施例2：如果患者需温肾补肾，在上述组分中加肉桂16g，熟地黄16g，女贞子11g，山茱萸16g，益母草16g。
实施例3：如果患者需宽胸解郁，在上述组分中加广郁金11g，瓜蒌16g，降香18g，柴胡16g，香附11g，陈皮18g，川楝子11g。
实施例4：如果患者需清咽界标，在上述组分中加玄参16g，玉竹11g，射干16g，桔梗18g，金果兰16g，胖大海18g，前胡11g。
先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用大火熬开，沸腾后改用小火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次加热水煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分3次温服。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于病毒性心肌炎护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
共收集病毒性心肌炎患者50 例，年龄22～40岁，男性35例，女性15例，病程2～8周。
2、疗效标准：按照《病毒性心肌炎病诊断及疗效评定标准》进行判定
治愈：患者的临床症状和体征消失，经心电图和实验室检查各项指标恢复正常；
显效：患者的临床症状和体征基本消失，经心电图和实验室检查各项指标基本恢复正常；
有效：患者的临床症状和体征有一定的改善，经实验室检查各项指标有所改善；
无效：患者的临床症状和体征以及实验室的检查均无好转。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：50例患者治愈24例，显效16例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率 92％，中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
典型案例：
王某，男，59岁，因胸闷、乏力、气短6个月而入院。查体：面色晦暗，双 肺（-），心界向左扩大，心音低钝，心率110次/分，心律齐。腹软，肝脾未及。 舌质淡，苔薄白，脉沉细。心电图（EKG：窦性心动过速，T波低平。X线显示 心胸比例0.56，心肌酶谱：CPK143u/l↑，GOT36u/l↑，LDH182u/l↑，其他未见 异常。确诊为病毒性心肌炎伴有心脏扩大。治疗：按疗程服用由本发明的治疗病 毒性心肌炎的中药组合物制得的口服制剂，服用方法为早、晚各1次，一个月为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后，患者诸症消失EKG恢复正常，X线心胸比例缩小至正常（0.48），心肌酶谱均在正常范围，一年后复查，无复发。

1.一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪16g，炒党参16g，麦冬11g，五味子9g，黄精16g，北沙参16g，丹参18g，苦参16g，石斛28g，蒲公英28g，茯神16g，甘草9g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括肉桂16g，熟地黄16g，女贞子11g，山茱萸16g，益母草16g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括广郁金11g，瓜蒌16g，降香18g，柴胡16g，香附11g，陈皮18g，川楝子11g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括玄参16g，玉竹11g，射干16g，桔梗18g，金果兰16g，胖大海18g，前胡11g。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用大火熬开，沸腾后改用小火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次加热水煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分3次温服。
