一种治疗脚鸡眼的外用药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗皮肤病的药物，具体地说是一种治疗脚鸡眼的外用药。
背景技术
鸡眼是由长期摩擦和受压引起的圆锥形角质层增厚，有角质中心核，尖端深入皮内，基底露于外面。多见于青年人或小孩，多发于足底及足趾，患者站立或行走时，脚鸡眼可压迫局部的感觉神经，而引起剧烈的疼痛，致使病人走路艰难，当去除局部压迫或摩擦的病因后，多数脚鸡眼可逐渐变软，恢复为正常皮肤。
脚鸡眼主要症状：好发于足跖前中部、跖侧缘或足跟，皮损为针头至蚕豆大小、边界清楚的淡黄色角质性丘疹，可见圆锥形角质，而且疼痛剧烈难忍，特别是在走路时。目前多采用激光治疗，但是治疗过程痛苦，疗效不理想，复发率高，价格昂贵；而采用中医外治法和西医药物治疗法治疗效果也都很不理想，容易复发，目前此病仍是医学界未能解决的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗效果好，成本低，不易复发的治疗脚鸡眼的外用药。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗脚鸡眼的外用药，其特征在于，它由下述重量份的原料组成：白花蛇舌草12-17份、白芷8-13份、石见穿6-12份、徐长卿5-9份、密陀僧4-9份、马齿苋10-15份、鱼腥草8-13份、牛黄4-9份、乳香5-7份、香樟叶8-13份、艾叶7-9份、红花10-16份、鸦胆子9-13份、蓖麻子6-12份、凡士林80-110份。
制备方法 ：
按比例将白花蛇舌草、白芷、石见穿、徐长卿、密陀僧、马齿苋、鱼腥草、牛黄、乳香、香樟叶、艾叶、红花、鸦胆子和蓖麻子粉碎至200-300目细粉，将各药粉充分混合后加入凡士林均匀加热至90℃，保持45分钟，熬成药膏。
使用方法：将该药膏均匀涂抹在切成圆形小块海绵体上，敷于患处，胶布固定，每日3-4次。
药理作用如下：
白花蛇舌草：清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿，用于咽喉肿痛、肺热咳喘、热淋涩痛、湿热黄疸、毒蛇咬伤、疮肿热痈。
白芷：散风除湿、通窍止痛、活血排脓、生肌止痛，用于头痛、牙痛、鼻渊、肠风痔漏、赤白带下、痈疽疮疡、皮肤瘙痒。
石见穿：活血化瘀、清热利湿、散结消肿，用于月经不调、湿热黄疸、风湿骨痛、疮肿、乳痈。
徐长卿：祛风化湿、利水消肿、活血解毒，用于风湿疼痛，胃痛胀满，牙痛，腰痛，跌扑损伤， 荨麻疹、湿疹、毒蛇咬伤。
密陀僧：燥湿、杀虫、敛疮，用于肿毒疮病、口舌生疮、湿疹湿疮、肿毒，溃疡。
马齿苋：清热解毒、利水去湿、散血消肿，用于肠炎，肾炎，产后子宫出血，便血，乳腺炎。
鱼腥草：清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、用于热毒、湿邪、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热。
牛黄：清热解毒， 用于咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、痈疽疔毒。
乳香：调气活血、定痛、追毒，用于气血凝滞、心腹疼痛、痈疮肿毒、跌打损伤、痛经、产后瘀血刺痛。
香樟叶：祛风、除湿、止痛、杀虫，用于风湿骨痛、跌打损伤、疥癣。
艾叶：散寒止痛、温经止血，用于风湿关节痛、皮肤瘙痒、月经不调。
红花：活血通径、散瘀止痛，用于经闭、痛经、恶露不行、症瘕痞块、跌打损伤。
鸦胆子：清热解毒、腐蚀赘疣，用于痢疾、疟疾、外治赘疣、鸡眼。
蓖麻子：消肿拨毒、泻下通滞，用于痈疽肿毒、喉痹、大便燥结。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的中药原料易，成本低廉，治疗效果好，没有副作用，从排毒、消炎杀菌、修复、再活化皮肤细胞，促进表皮微循环使皮肤细腻，达到标本兼治的效果。

李某某，因被确诊为脚鸡眼，来就诊，可见双脚至少有五六个脚鸡眼，局部肿胀伴有糜烂，自述奇痛难忍。使用本发明的外用药连用四周停药，临床症状完全消失，局部皮肤完好如初而痊愈，至今未复发。
