本发明公开了一种用于提高航天员体质的天贝复合制剂,其特征在于,所述复合制剂由以下组分配方组成:天贝粉,15%‑25%;小麦胚芽粉,15%‑25%;大豆磷脂粉,10%‑20%;大豆蛋白肽粉,5%‑15%;麦芽糊精,5%‑15%;沙棘粉,5%‑10%;壳寡糖,5%‑10%;低聚果糖,5%‑10%。本发明营养丰富、口感佳、易吸收、增强机体耐力,非常适合航天员群体,同时该复合制剂还可以作为部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。

技术领域
本发明属于特殊用途食品加工生物技术领域,尤其是涉及一种含有天贝菌粉的微生物复合制剂。
背景技术
航天员是作为一种特殊的人群,在航天飞行过程中,由于受辐射、微重力、磁场及昼夜节律变化的影响,造成体内代谢及生理状态紊乱,具体为航天员消化功能紊乱、免疫功能下降,直接影响航天员的工作与健康。
天贝(Tempeh)又称丹贝、天培,是通过对蒸煮的大豆进一步发酵而形成的发酵性豆制品。发酵完成的天贝是一种优质蛋白质食物来源,其风味口感佳、营养价值高、富含高活性的异黄酮苷元、多种游离氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、B族维生素、生育酚和抗氧化剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等营养物质,研究表明,这些物质对于防治肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂、高胆固醇、高血压和心脑血管、抗癌活性等均有明显的作用,其也可作为肉类的代用品。

本发明的目的是提供了一种营养丰富、口感佳、易吸收、增强机体耐力的用于提高航天员体质的天贝复合制剂,同时该复合制剂还可以作为部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种用于提高航天员体质的天贝复合制剂,其特征在于,所述复合制剂由以下组分配方组成:
天贝粉,15%-25%;
小麦胚芽粉,15%-25%;
大豆磷脂粉,10%-20%;
大豆蛋白肽粉,5%-15%;
麦芽糊精,5%-15%;
沙棘粉,5%-10%;
壳寡糖,5%-10%;
低聚果糖,5%-10%。
优选地,所述复合制剂由以下组分配方组成:天贝粉25%、小麦胚芽粉20%、大豆磷脂粉18%、大豆蛋白肽粉12%、麦芽糊精10%、沙棘粉6%、壳寡糖6%、低聚果糖3%。
优选地,所述天贝菌粉是经过航天搭载筛选出的变异生产菌株制备而得。
本发明所述的复合制剂可用于制备提高免疫力、降低血脂和改善人体代谢的药物、食品或保健品。
本发明有益效果:
本发明以天贝为主料,搭配其他益生菌促进因子进行合理的配比,即保证了营养丰富、口感佳,同时也增加其易吸收性和增强机体耐力等功能性,非常适合航天员的特殊人群,也可用于部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。

一种用于提高航天员体质的天贝复合制剂,所述复合制剂由以下组分配方组成:天贝粉25%、小麦胚芽粉20%、大豆磷脂粉18%、大豆蛋白肽粉12%、麦芽糊精10%、沙棘粉6%、壳寡糖6%、低聚果糖3%;所述天贝菌粉是经过航天搭载筛选出的变异生产菌株-少孢根霉菌(Rhizopus oligosporus)制备而得。
实施例2:
一种用于提高航天员体质的天贝复合制剂,所述复合制剂由以下组分配方组成:天贝粉25%、小麦胚芽粉15%、大豆磷脂粉10%、大豆蛋白肽粉15%、麦芽糊精5%、沙棘粉10%、壳寡糖10%、低聚果糖10%。
所述天贝菌粉是经过航天搭载筛选出的变异生产菌株--少孢根霉菌(Rhizopusoligosporus)制备而得。
本发明所述的复合制剂可用于制备提高免疫力、降低血脂和改善人体代谢的药物、食品或保健品。

天贝粉,15%-25%;
小麦胚芽粉,15%-25%;
大豆磷脂粉,10%-20%;
大豆蛋白肽粉,5%-15%;
麦芽糊精,5%-15%;
沙棘粉,5%-10%;
壳寡糖,5%-10%;
低聚果糖,5%-10%。
