As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate taking and putting the smoked bacon, a feeding door 324 for facilitating the passing of the smoking cylinder 320 is provided, the smoking cylinder 320 is slidably connected to the supporting shaft 310, and can rotate radially and slide axially, so that the feed inlet 325 can be conveniently slid out, the supporting bearing bush 340 is arranged outside the flue, the smoking cylinder 320 can be slid out of the smoking channel 200, the bacon block can be conveniently taken and put by a smoking worker, and meanwhile, in the taking and putting process, only the feeding door 324 for the passing of the smoking cylinder 320 is opened, on the other hand, the smoking cylinder 320 can be quickly slid out, and therefore, less smoking loss is generated in the process of taking and putting the bacon block.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the smoke flows from the smoking chamber 130 into the smoking channel 200, and through the fan of the centrifugal wind wheel 230, a little bit of dust adheres to the coal particles in the grease-laden storage channel 211, and the smoke enters the upper smoke outlet 220. Next, a new meat chunk is placed into the curing drum 320, the smoke door 322 is closed, the curing drum 320 is slid back into the feed opening 325, and the feed door 324 is closed. When the combustion chamber 110 needs to be added with coal particles, the heat insulation valve plate 213 is opened, the coal particles enter the combustion chamber 110, and grease and dust on the coal particles also enter the combustion chamber 110.
