Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造密封元件的方法,所述密封元件用于形成在车辆车身、尤其是车门上的密封,在该方法中型材带区段经受冲压加工和/或将密封元件的另一元件部件注塑到型材带区段上。按照本发明,型材带区段是挤出的由弹性体材料制成的型材带区段,将横向于带纵向方向延伸的突出部(7)注塑到所述型材带区段上,并且突出部(7)用于使型材带区段沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具定位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造密封元件的方法,所述密封元件用于形成在车辆车身、尤其是车门上的密封,在该方法中型材带区段经受冲压加工和/或在该方法中将密封元件的另一元件部件注塑到型材带区段上。
背景技术
在制造这样的密封元件时、尤其是在制造包括挤出的型材带区段和注塑在其上的其他元件部件的复合式密封元件时,重要的是型材带区段在加工过程中尽可能精确地放置,以便保持密封元件的预定的最终尺寸。
发明内容
通过本发明,上述类型的方法通过如下方式进一步改进,即,型材带区段是挤出的由弹性体材料制成的型材带区段,将横向于带纵向方向延伸的突出部注塑到所述型材带区段上,并且所述突出部用于使型材带区段沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具定位。
优选地,带加工在型材带区段长度缩短的情况下进行、尤其是在缩短的情况下在两个带端部上进行。
在本发明的进一步的实施方案中,将型材区段施加到工件支架上以用于相对于冲压模具定位,其中,突出部嵌接到工件支架中的凹部中。不言而喻地,突出部和凹部这样设置,使得型材带区段在工件支架上占据适合于冲压加工的位置。
尤其是,凹部沿带纵向方向的长度略大于突出部的对应的长度。因此能够确保,可以将型材带区段无应力地放置到工件支架上。
在本发明的进一步的实施方案中,突出部沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具间隔开确定的距离设置。有利地,这样的定位突出部也可以用于将密封元件精确地装配在车辆车身上的装配座上。
为了使型材带区段相对于冲压或注塑模具定位,可以测量突出部沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具的相应的距离并且可以在冲压或注塑模具或/和成型区段移动的情况下调整预先确定的距离。
适宜地,将由塑料制成的突出部注塑到型材带区段上,其中,通过所述注塑制造在突出部与型材带区段之间的足够牢固的材料锁合连接。适宜地,突出部构成为榫。

具体实施方式
在图3中示出的用于形成在图3中局部示出的车门2上的密封的复合式密封元件1包括由挤出的型材带区段3形成的元件部件,以及注塑在该型材带区段3上的元件部件4和5。复合式密封元件1敷设在车门2上,用于在型材带区段3弯曲的情况下形成密封。
为了制造在图3中示出的复合式密封元件1,将横向于带纵向方向从预成形件榫状伸出的定位元件7注塑到型材带区段3的在图1中示出的由弹性体材料制成的预成形件6上。在示出的实例中,定位元件7例如由PP或PE制成,该定位元件在注塑到预成形件6上时与该预成形件6的弹性体材料形成材料锁合连接。除了所提到的塑料之外,其他塑料、例如HDPE也被考虑用于定位元件7。
为了将元件部件4、5注塑到型材带区段3上,与连续挤出的型材带分离的预成形件6的端部首先需要通过在图1d中示意性示出的冲压设备8和9的冲压加工。所述冲压加工在形成图3中用虚线表示的冲压样式的情况下进行,其中,通过分离在两个端部上的末端而使预成形件6在其整体上缩短。
为了冲压加工,按照图1b,将具有经注塑的定位元件7的预成形件6放置到工件支架10上。工件支架10具有接纳定位突出部7的凹部11。凹部11沿带纵向方向的长度L略大于定位元件7的对应的长度L'。
长度差L-L'是如此大的,使得在将预成形件6放置到工件支架10上时,定位元件7可以无夹紧且无应力地嵌接到凹部11中。另一方面,长度差L-L'是如此小的,使得在预成形件6相对于要由预成形件6冲压出的型材带区段3的最小可能的超长的情况下,预成形件6在两个端部上沿带纵向方向超出冲压设备8、9并且由预成形件6冲压出型材带区段3是可能的。
定位元件7与型材带区段3的端部之间的预定的间距可以通过如下方式保持,即,按照图1c借助传感器12确定定位元件7沿带纵向方向的准确的位置,并且然后冲压设备8、9的位置根据按照图1d的预定的距离调整并与定位元件7在凹部11内的准确的位置适配。为了位置确定,也可以使用多个传感器。
结果是产生经冲压加工的型材带区段3,该型材带区段的定位元件相对于带端部处于预定的长度位置中。
为了制造在图3中示出的复合式部件1,将在图2a中单独示出的型材带区段3与注塑件4、5连接。按照图2b,将各带端部分别导入一个注塑模具13中。型材带3相对于注塑模具13的所需的位置例如通过止挡部检测或如在本情况中那样通过传感器12确定定位突出部7的相应的位置的方式检测。型材带区段3的进给在达到理论位置时自动结束,并且型材带区段3通过夹紧设备14固定在理论位置中。
不同于所示出的实例,夹紧设备14也可以在型材带区段3上另一更靠近注塑模具13的位置上作用。
Claims (10)
1.用于制造密封元件(1)的方法,所述密封元件用于形成在车辆车身(2)上的密封,在该方法中,型材带区段经受冲压加工或/和将密封元件(1)的另一元件部件(4、5)注塑到型材带区段上,
其特征在于,
所述型材带区段是挤出的由弹性体材料制成的型材带区段,将横向于带纵向方向延伸的突出部(7)注塑到所述型材带区段上,并且该突出部(7)用于使型材带区段沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具定位。

为了使所述型材带区段相对于冲压或注塑模具定位,测量突出部(7)沿带纵向方向相对于冲压或注塑模具的相应的距离,并且在冲压或注塑模具或/和型材带区段移动的情况下调整所述确定的距离。
