Abstract

一种铅酸蓄电瓶增效复原剂由硫酸铝、硫酸镁、 硫酸锌、酒石酸、EDTA二钠、蒸馏水组成。铅酸蓄 电瓶加入本剂,可防止极板硫化,从而使因极板硫化 失效的电瓶继续使用,并能提高电瓶的导电性,减少 内阻,防止电瓶自放电,减少水的分解,增加电瓶容 量。可延长新旧电瓶的使用寿命。

Description

本发明为一种铅酸蓄电瓶增效复原剂,属电化学技术。
据调查统计我国生产电瓶每年投铅量25万吨以上,每天报废的电瓶达40万只以上。在损坏报废的电瓶中65%系硫化所致。这种白色粗大的坚硬结晶硫化物,导电性能极差,难溶解转化,堵死活物质的微孔。阻碍电解液的对流和扩散,使内阻增加,破坏正常的电化学反应,导致容量下降,致使极板弯曲变型,活物质脱落,电瓶损坏报废。在一般的报废电瓶中活物质利用率只达到20%-30%,其余的70%以上活物质没有发生变化,因此防止和消除极板硫化是关键,充分提高活物质利用率是增加电瓶容量延长寿命的根本保障。
本发明的目的就是解决上述问题而提供的一种铅酸蓄电瓶增效复原剂。
本发明是这样实现的:铅酸蓄电瓶增效复原剂由硫酸铝、硫酸镁、硫酸锌、酒石酸、EDTA二钠、蒸馏水组成。其比例(重量百分比)为硫酸铝17~25%,硫酸镁4~8%,硫酸锌3~7%,酒石酸10~18%,EDTA二钠1~3%,蒸馏水补充至100%,各组的总和为100%。其制造方法是按确定的比例将料称量准确,加入蒸馏水中,经搅拌溶解后即为产品。
本发明的功能:本剂加入电瓶后,能使已经硫化的电瓶极板上白色硫化物软化,溶解。加速电瓶的可逆性电化学反应,使硫酸铝恢复成活性物质金属铅和二氧化铅。提高电瓶活性物质利用率可达70%以上。提高极板的导电性,使用充电时电解阻力减少,在还未硫化和消除硫化后的电瓶极板上生成一种保护层。并能提高氢过电极电位,减少水耗,络合电瓶中的铁离子,锰离子,锑离子,砷离子,氯铵等有害离子的作用。防止电瓶内部自放电,增加电瓶容量,延长电瓶的使用寿命。
本发明结合下例实例作进一步描述:根据产品要求,选用硫酸铝24克,硫酸镁5克,硫酸锌6克,酒石酸12克,EDTA二钠1克,蒸馏水52克,各组总和(重量)100克,然后充分混合溶解后即为产品。本产品能使极板硫化失效的汽车电瓶使用6个月以上,使新电瓶延长使用寿命1倍以上。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于铅酸蓄电瓶的增效复原剂,其特征在于这种增效复原剂由硫酸铝、硫酸镁、硫酸锌、酒石酸、EDTA二纳、蒸馏水组成。其各组分重量的百分比为:
硫酸铝    17~25%
硫酸镁    4~8%
硫酸锌    3~7%
酒石酸    10~18%
EDTA二纳  1~3%
蒸馏水补充至100%
各组含的总和为100%。
2、一种铅酸蓄电瓶增效复原剂的制造方法:
①将硫酸铝、硫酸镁、硫酸锌、酒石酸、EDTA二纳、按确定的重量百分比称量。
②按第2项第①条的先后顺序将料加入蒸馏水中,经搅拌溶解后即为产品。
