技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种对夹模板用的U型铁夹装置，尤其是铝合金模板对夹固定用的U型铁夹装置，属于混凝土建筑技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中，浇筑混凝土建筑，预先采用铝合金模板进行建模，并在建模后的腔体内浇筑混凝土，在混凝土凝固干燥后，即可拆除相应的铝合金模板，但现有的铝合金模板的固定安装容易受到混凝土浇筑过程中产生的侧压力，并使受压的铝合金模板产生位移或变形，尤其是混凝土结构反坎外安装并由铝合金模板构成的上下边框。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种结构简单，使用方便可靠，能有效防止混凝土侧压力对模板产生位移或变形的对夹模板用的U型铁夹装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成，一种对夹模板用的U型铁夹装置，它包括一可夹住两侧对称布置两模板的门型架，所述门型架的两内侧底部设置有横向布置的各一块连接横板，连接横板的两端部分别开设有用于销钉或螺栓固定各自侧模板的固定孔。
作为优选：所述的门型架由上部方钢横板和在方钢横板两端垂直向下一体连接的方钢夹板组成，固定在门型架方钢横板内两侧端的连接横板为焊接的簿钢板，所述门型架夹置在对称布置于混凝土结构反坎外的铝合金模板的上下边框上。
本发明属于对现有技术的改进，它具有结构简单，使用方便可靠，能有效防止混凝土侧压力对模板产生位移或变形等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍：图1、2所示，本发明所述的一种对夹模板用的U型铁夹装置，它包括一可夹住两侧对称布置两模板的门型架1，所述门型架1的两内侧底部设置有横向布置的各一块连接横板2，连接横板2的两端部分别开设有用于销钉或螺栓固定各自侧模板的固定孔3。
结合图3所示，所述的门型架1由上部方钢横板4和在方钢横板两端分别垂直向下一体连接的方钢夹板5组成，固定在门型架1的方钢横板4内两侧端的连接横板2为焊接的簿钢板，所述门型架1夹置在对称布置于混凝土结构反坎6外的铝合金模板7的上下边框上，并通过销钉或销片或螺栓穿接在固定孔3和铝合金模板7上相应的销钉孔，将连接横板2与铝合金模板连接固定，它能够有效防止混凝土侧压力对铝合金模板产生的位移和变形。
