本发明公开了一种锅炉蒸汽除尘法,属锅炉除尘技朮领域,所需设备主要有:烟通、加热管、烟道、供水管、出料口和喷汽孔,本发明结构简单易行,利用烟通内的余热把水加热成蒸汽來除尘,成本低效果好,本发明的出现,又多了一种锅炉除尘的方法。

本发明涉及锅炉除尘技朮,尤其是一种锅炉蒸汽除尘法。
背景技术
目前锅炉的除尘方法有离心式除尘法、静电除尘法等,离心式除尘法简单成本低但效果差,静电除尘法效果好但结构复杂成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种锅炉蒸汽除尘法:利用锅炉烟通内的余热把水加热成蒸汽,蒸汽与烟通內的粉尘充分结合使粉尘重量加大而落下烟通底部再回收。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的方案是:烟道与烟通连接,烟通內装有一根或多根加热管,加热管内的水由供水管提供,加热管內的水加热成蒸汽后从加热管方上的喷汽孔喷出与粉尘结合,下落的粉尘从出料口排出,
由于采用上述方案,本发明与现有技朮相比效有如下有益效果:
除尘效率更高,设备更简单易行,成本更低。

在附图所示的结构中:烟通1的下部装有烟道3,烟通1內装有加热管2,加热管2上方开有多个喷汽孔6,加热管2与供水管4连接,烟通1最下方开有出料口5。

1.一种锅炉蒸汽除尘法,主要设备有烟通、加热管、烟道、供水管、出料口等,其特征在于:烟遒3装在烟通1的下方,烟通1內装有一根或多根加热管2,加热管2上方开有多个喷汽口6,供水管4与加热管2连接,烟通1下方开有出料口5。
