技术领域
本发明涉及实心轮胎技术领域,特别是一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎及制备方法。
背景技术
实心橡胶轮胎是一种用于高负荷、苛刻使用条件下运行的工业车辆轮胎,广泛用于各种工业车辆、军事车辆、建筑机械及空中列车等。但是,在车辆行驶过程中,实心橡胶轮胎温升明显,存在高温爆裂、崩花掉块等现象,尤其在越野及矿用路面,实心轮胎胎面胶存在抗切割能力差问题。实心轮胎胎面胶材料必须具有高模量、低生热、高导热、高疲劳、高强度、抗撕裂等综合优异性能,方能满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎及制备方法,本发明具有高导热、高强度、抗撕裂和韧性强的特点,综合优异性能强,能在高寒、高热环境下使用,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
顺丁橡胶 8-12份、丁苯橡胶10-12份、天然橡胶14-18份、硫化剂2-4份、促进剂1-2份、硬脂酸1-3份、古马龙2-4份、炭黑8-12份、抗静电剂6-8份、发泡剂2-4份、扩链剂4-8份、匀泡剂2-4份、防老剂1-2份、芳纶短纤1-2份、细铁屑2-4份。
在本发明中,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
顺丁橡胶 8份、丁苯橡胶10份、天然橡胶16份、硫化剂4份、促进剂2份、硬脂酸2份、古马龙2份、炭黑10份、抗静电剂6份、发泡剂4份、扩链剂6份、匀泡剂4份、防老剂2份、芳纶短纤1份、细铁屑4份。
在本发明中,轮胎中还填充着有间苯二胺和石油烃。
在本发明中,芳纶短纤的纤维长度为2-10mm。
一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎制备方法,包括
S1、按照配比称取天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶和炭黑,依次加入密炼机中进行混炼,然后在160-170℃的温度下排胶得到混炼胶;
S2、将混炼胶和细铁屑、硬脂酸、扩链剂、发泡剂、抗静电剂、促进剂、防老剂和古马龙加入密炼机中进行混炼,在135-145℃的条件下排胶得到胶炼体;
S3、将胶炼体和剩余的原料加入密炼机中进行混炼,在90-100℃的条件下排胶得到实心轮胎胎料。
在本发明中,在步骤S2中,还包括在密炼机中混炼后在空气中冷却至常温。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用芳纶短纤、细铁屑等作为耐磨材料,能够大大提高橡胶的耐磨性和耐温性能,解决了高温天气的使用寿命短的问题;其具有耐磨性好,撕裂强度高,承载力强等特点,生产效率高,能耗低。

实施例1:
一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
顺丁橡胶 8份、丁苯橡胶10份、天然橡胶16份、硫化剂4份、促进剂2份、硬脂酸2份、古马龙2份、炭黑10份、抗静电剂6份、发泡剂4份、扩链剂6份、匀泡剂4份、防老剂2份、芳纶短纤1份、细铁屑4份。
一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎制备方法,包括
S1、按照配比称取天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶和炭黑,依次加入密炼机中进行混炼,然后在160℃的温度下排胶得到混炼胶;
S2、将混炼胶和细铁屑、硬脂酸、扩链剂、发泡剂、抗静电剂、促进剂、防老剂和古马龙加入密炼机中进行混炼,在135℃的条件下排胶得到胶炼体;
S3、将胶炼体和剩余的原料加入密炼机中进行混炼,在90℃的条件下排胶得到实心轮胎胎料。

S1、按照配比称取天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶和炭黑,依次加入密炼机中进行混炼,然后在170℃的温度下排胶得到混炼胶;
S2、将混炼胶和细铁屑、硬脂酸、扩链剂、发泡剂、抗静电剂、促进剂、防老剂和古马龙加入密炼机中进行混炼,在140℃的条件下排胶得到胶炼体;
S3、将胶炼体和剩余的原料加入密炼机中进行混炼,在100℃的条件下排胶得到实心轮胎胎料。
在本发明中,在步骤S2中,还包括在密炼机中混炼后在空气中冷却至常温。
实施例3:
一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
顺丁橡胶 12份、丁苯橡胶12份、天然橡胶16份、硫化剂2份、促进剂2份、硬脂酸2份、古马龙4份、炭黑10份、抗静电剂8份、发泡剂4份、扩链剂6份、匀泡剂4份、防老剂2份、芳纶短纤2份、细铁屑4份。

顺丁橡胶 8份、丁苯橡胶10份、天然橡胶16份、硫化剂4份、促进剂2份、硬脂酸2份、古马龙2份、炭黑10份、抗静电剂6份、发泡剂4份、扩链剂6份、匀泡剂4份、防老剂2份、芳纶短纤1份、细铁屑4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎,其特征在于,轮胎中还填充着有间苯二胺和石油烃。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎,其特征在于,芳纶短纤的纤维长度为2-10mm。
5.一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎制备方法,其特征在于,包括
S1、按照配比称取天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶和炭黑,依次加入密炼机中进行混炼,然后在160-170℃的温度下排胶得到混炼胶;
S2、将混炼胶和细铁屑、硬脂酸、扩链剂、发泡剂、抗静电剂、促进剂、防老剂和古马龙加入密炼机中进行混炼,在135-145℃的条件下排胶得到胶炼体;
S3、将胶炼体和剩余的原料加入密炼机中进行混炼,在90-100℃的条件下排胶得到实心轮胎胎料。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种柔韧性强的实心轮胎制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,还包括在密炼机中混炼后在空气中冷却至常温。
