Abstract
The invention discloses automatic label printing equipment for a visual detection trademark of automobile glass, which comprises a frame, a visual detection mechanism and a label printer, wherein the frame comprises a lower frame body, a workbench and an upper frame body which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; the visual detection mechanism comprises a CCD camera, an industrial personal computer and a display; the workbench is provided with a glass positioning mould, and the glass positioning mould is provided with a light source; the CCD camera shoots a trademark part on the glass illuminated by the light source and transmits the shot image to the industrial personal computer database system; the industrial personal computer is used for finding out the product parameters corresponding to the photographed automobile glass trademark model, comparing and identifying the product parameters with the called automobile glass product parameters, and the label printer prints the corresponding labels according to the printing instructions sent by the industrial personal computer. The device can effectively avoid confusion of the trademark and the model of the glass, reduce the error rate in the detection process of the automobile glass and improve the detection efficiency.

Background
In the production process, one die can produce a plurality of glass with different configurations, products are different, and part numbers are also different. However, the glass of different configurations is difficult to distinguish from the appearance, so that the condition that the trademark and model of the glass are disordered easily occurs in the detection process of the finished glass, and further, the wrong product is sent to the customer, and time and money are wasted. the automatic label printing equipment for the visual detection trademark of the automobile glass comprises a frame, a visual detection mechanism and a label printer, wherein the frame comprises a lower frame body, a workbench and an upper frame body which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; the visual detection mechanism comprises a CCD camera arranged on the upper frame body, an industrial personal computer in communication connection with the CCD camera and a display in communication connection with the industrial personal computer; the workbench is provided with a glass positioning mould for positioning glass to be detected, and the glass positioning mould is provided with a light source facing to a trademark part on the glass to be detected; the CCD camera is used for shooting a trademark part on the glass illuminated by the light source and transmitting a shooting image into a database system of the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer is used for finding out the product parameters corresponding to the photographed brand models of the automobile glass, comparing and identifying the product parameters with the product parameters of the automobile glass which are called before, sending a printing instruction to the label printer when the compared product parameters are the same, sending alarm information when the compared product parameters are different, and displaying the alarm information on the display; and the label printer prints the corresponding label according to the printing instruction sent by the industrial personal computer.
Preferably, the automatic label printing device further comprises a plurality of detachable glass pre-storing frames, wherein the glass pre-storing frames are arranged on the upper frame body and are positioned on one side of the glass positioning clamping fixture.

The apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic label printing apparatus for visually inspected trademark of the present invention includes a frame, a visual inspection mechanism, and a label printer.
Wherein, the frame includes lower part support body 1, workstation 3 and upper portion support body 2 that connect gradually from bottom to top. The visual detection mechanism comprises a CCD camera arranged on the upper frame body 2, a camera protection cover 4 for protecting the CCD camera, an industrial personal computer in communication connection with the CCD camera, a display 5 in communication connection with the industrial personal computer and used for displaying parameters set by the industrial personal computer, and an indicator lamp 19 used for displaying the working state of the CCD camera. The label printer is arranged on the upper frame body 2 and is in communication connection with a database system of the industrial personal computer. The device further comprises a keyboard (not shown) connected to the industrial personal computer.
One side of the upper frame body 1 is provided with a plurality of detachable glass pre-storing frames 8, and the workbench 3 is provided with a glass positioning clamping fixture 9 for positioning glass to be detected. The glass positioning clamping fixture 9 is provided with a light source facing the trademark part of the glass to be detected, and the CCD camera shoots the trademark part of the glass illuminated by the light source so that the industrial personal computer can identify the trademark and the glass model through the characteristics of trademark marks on the glass, the color of the glass, whether antennas exist and the like. The lower frame body 1 is also provided with a power switch 10 for controlling the CCD camera and the display 5 to work, a drawer 11 for containing auxiliary materials, a waste funnel 12 and a funnel tray 13.
A plurality of pommel wheels 20 are provided at the bottom of the lower frame 1.
The detachable glass pre-storing frame 8 comprises an integrally formed circular ring part 14 and three supporting plates 15 extending outwards along the outer edge of the circular ring part 14, the three supporting plates 15 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the outer end of one supporting plate 15 is detachably connected with a boss 16 arranged on one side of the upper frame body 2 through bolts, a long-strip-shaped notch 17 extending along the radial direction is arranged in the middle of the supporting plate 15, and a sliding supporting block 18 for supporting glass is arranged in the long-strip-shaped notch 17.
The product label of the automobile glass is a two-dimensional code label, and in one embodiment of the invention, the label printer 6 is a zebra printer.
The process of printing labels of the automatic label printing device for the visual detection trademark comprises the following steps:
1) Before performing an automotive glass test, a brand of glass to be tested is first selected (e.g.: BMW, general) model, and calling out the product parameters of the brand model automobile glass in a database system;
2) The worker takes out a piece of glass to be detected from the glass pre-storing frame 8 and places the glass on the glass positioning mould 9;
3) Starting a light source, starting a CCD camera and a database system (the database system is pre-stored with product parameters of automobile glass with different trademarks (such as BMW and Benz) and models) in an industrial personal computer, shooting trademark parts of the automobile glass on a glass positioning mold 9 through the CCD camera, transmitting shooting images into the database system, finding out the product parameters corresponding to the shot automobile glass trademark models, and comparing and identifying the product parameters with the product parameters of the automobile glass called in the step 1): if the labels are the same, the database system sends out an instruction to drive the label printer 6 to print the product labels of the automobile glass, and an operator pastes the printed labels on the glass; if the information is different, the database system sends out alarm information and displays the alarm information on the display 5, and the database system does not send out a label printing instruction.
The label is a two-dimensional code label, and the production information of the product can be traced through identifying the two-dimensional code on the label, including production date, shift, team personnel and the like.

the CCD camera is used for shooting a trademark part on the glass illuminated by the light source and transmitting a shooting image into a database system of the industrial personal computer;
the industrial personal computer is used for finding out the product parameters corresponding to the photographed brand models of the automobile glass, comparing and identifying the product parameters with the product parameters of the automobile glass which are called before, sending a printing instruction to the label printer when the compared product parameters are the same, sending alarm information when the compared product parameters are different, and displaying the alarm information on the display;
the label printer prints corresponding labels according to the printing instruction sent by the industrial personal computer;
the automatic printing and labeling equipment for the visual detection trademark further comprises a plurality of detachable glass pre-storing frames, wherein the glass pre-storing frames are arranged on the upper frame body and are positioned on one side of the glass positioning clamping fixture;
the detachable glass pre-storing frame comprises an integrally formed circular ring part and three supporting plates extending outwards along the outer edge of the circular ring part, wherein the three supporting plates are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, one end of one supporting plate is detachably connected with a protruding part arranged on one side of the upper frame body, a strip-shaped gap is formed in the middle of the supporting plate along the length direction of the supporting plate, and a sliding supporting block for supporting glass is arranged in the strip-shaped gap;
