背景技术

毛线绣用祖传的绒绣工艺,多变的针法,创造性发展中国历史悠久的绒绣艺术。用多达二千多种不同色彩的纯毛绒线,巧妙地将形、色、神、光相融合,使绒绣艺术品达到了忠实原作,胜于原作的艺术效果,创作出绒绣艺术品非常具有民间民族绒绣的特点。
关帝绒绣有长期贮存而不退色,经过特殊处理法、装裱法,特殊针法,使绒绣艺术品具有永久收藏价值。绒绣不仅色彩丰富,而且针法繁多,所以绣品表现层次清晰,造型生动,形象逼真,立体感强,表现力丰富,文化品味高,大可数丈巨制,宏伟壮观,小可盈寸珍品,惟妙惟肖,异彩纷呈,美轮美奂。

发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种双面呢绒毛线绣的方法。
技术方案:一种双面呢绒毛线绣的方法,包括如下步骤:绣花→复合→抓绒→整理→定型→包装,其中:
所述的绣花中,用6公支的各种颜色的不加捻羊毛线,具体操作如下:
(1)先在水溶纸上画出绣花中心点,从中心点用铅笔(HB)画好图案轮廓;
(2)起针:起针可收针均不可找结,注意线头打结;
(3)整个绣制过程以单根线绣;
(4)绣法以从左到右的顺序斜针往一个方向统一绣制;
(5)从任意一个角根据图纸的配色先找一个主色依次绣制;
(6)绣制的时候注意正反面饱满均匀,不能拉力过大露底,拉力要小使绒线蓬松;
(7)剪线头,修整;
所述的复合中,具体操作如下:
(1)将200-210g/m的薄型呢绒与绣花水溶纸进行胶贴合,水溶纸溶在胶水中,只剩下绒绣贴合在呢绒上;
(2)将贴合绣花的呢绒再与同样颜色、规格的呢绒进行胶贴合,形成中间镶嵌绒绣的双面呢绒;
复合工艺中:将胶水倒入胶槽中选用环保型复合胶水,接着布料经过网纹辊上胶及快速热压复合,其中:胶水粘度:30000—90000mPa.s,pH值:4.0—6.0、热压温度:180—200℃、热压速度:80-100m/min;
作为优化:所述的抓绒中,采用正反两面抓绒,抓绒工艺如下:布速:25-28m/min、大锡林转速:125-128r/s、正针转速:18-20r/s、反针转速:18-20r/s、张力:10N。
作为优化:所述的剪绒中,采用正反两面剪绒,剪绒工艺如下:张力:10N、速度:30-34m/min、绒毛高度:2-4mm。
作为优化:所述的定型中,温度:160-170℃,速度:40-50m/min,超喂:5-7%。
有益效果:本发明将6公支的各种颜色的不加捻羊毛线,采用铺锦针法进行拼色绣,绣在水溶纸上,将上下两层薄型呢绒面料和中间一层绣花水溶纸复合,水溶纸在复合时溶解,绒绣图案镶嵌中间形成双面呢绒,再双面抓绒,绒绣羊绒线部分纤维被拉毛针从中间钩到双面呢绒的两正面,使双面呢绒两面都形成若隐若现的图案。
