本发明公开了一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其包括基带及涂覆于该基带上的硅橡胶层,所述硅橡胶层上分布有孔,所述孔的深度小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度。本发明还公开了一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将硅橡胶涂覆于玻纤离型膜上,形成硅橡胶层;步骤2、于硅橡胶层上贴合超纤布,烘烤固化;步骤3、将硅橡胶层从玻纤离型膜上分离,于硅橡胶层上打孔,形成高湿摩擦硅橡胶。本发明通过在硅橡胶层上打孔,从而提高产品在有水潮湿情况下的摩擦力,湿摩擦系数可以提高27‑87%。该制备方法工序简洁易操作,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅橡胶生产领域,具体涉及一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶及该高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,硅橡胶涂层在纺织品印花和合成革领域已经应用越来越广,在干燥状态下,硅胶表面发涩,与皮革、地板等表面摩擦力较大,然而,在有水潮湿情况下,摩擦力下降很多。
在雨天或潮湿环境中,硅橡胶涂层表面与球类、地板等表面摩擦力下降会产生打滑现象,从而影响其正常使用,因此,一种能够在潮湿情况下提供高摩擦力的硅橡胶成为了需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题提供一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种该高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其包括基带及涂覆于该基带上的硅橡胶层,所述硅橡胶层上分布有孔,所述孔的深度小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度。
所述孔的孔径为0.005-1mm,所述孔的深度大于0.05mm并小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度。
每平方厘米面积所述硅橡胶层上分布的孔个数大于或等于25个。
所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.1mm-10mm。
所述硅橡胶层为加成型液体硅橡胶。
所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
所述基带为超纤布、针织布或离型膜。
一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将硅橡胶涂覆于玻纤离型膜上,形成硅橡胶层;
步骤2、于硅橡胶层上贴合超纤布,烘烤固化;
步骤3、将硅橡胶层从玻纤离型膜上分离,于硅橡胶层上打孔,形成高湿摩擦硅橡胶。
所述步骤1中,通过涂覆机将加成型液体硅橡胶涂覆于玻纤离型膜上,走带速度3m/min,涂覆厚度0.3mm;
所述步骤2中,硅橡胶层上贴合超纤布后,经100摄氏度烘烤固化。
所述步骤3中,通过机械或激光打孔的方式于硅橡胶层上形成孔,该孔的深度小于或等于硅橡胶层的厚度;每平方厘米面积所述硅橡胶层上分布的孔个数大于或等于25个。
高湿摩擦硅橡胶指的是该硅橡胶在有水潮湿情况下,相比没有设置如本发明中一样结构孔的产品湿摩擦系数明显提高。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在硅橡胶层上打孔,从而提高产品在有水潮湿情况下的摩擦力,湿摩擦系数可以提高27-87%。该制备方法工序简洁易操作,效率高。
具体实施方式
实施例,本实施例提供的一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其包括基带及涂覆于该基带上的硅橡胶层,所述硅橡胶层上分布有孔,所述孔的深度小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度。
所述孔的孔径为0.005-1mm,所述孔的深度大于0.05mm并小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度。
每平方厘米面积所述硅橡胶层上分布的孔个数大于或等于25个。
所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.1mm-10mm。
所述硅橡胶层为加成型液体硅橡胶。
所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
所述基带为超纤布、针织布或离型膜。
一种高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:

在本实施例中,孔并没有穿透基带,孔只是形成于硅橡胶层中,孔的设置提高了硅橡胶的湿摩擦系数,增强了在有水潮湿情况下的摩擦力。由于孔并没有对基带造成破坏,从而对产品的结构强度不会造成较大的破坏,仍然满足使用需求。
在本实施例中,硅橡胶采用加成型液体硅橡胶(良展WL-1s)。
在硅橡胶层上打下不同孔径、孔深及孔密的孔,并与为打孔的样品作为对比样,在万能试验机上测试其在有水潮湿状态下的湿摩擦系数。
具体测试结果如下表:

从结果可以看出,打孔后,湿摩擦系数可以提高27-87%。
本发明通过在硅橡胶层上打孔,从而提高产品在有水潮湿情况下的摩擦力,湿摩擦系数可以提高27-87%。该制备方法工序简洁易操作,效率高。

所述孔的孔径为0.005-1mm,所述孔的深度大于0.05mm并小于或等于该硅橡胶层的厚度;
每平方厘米面积所述硅橡胶层上分布的孔个数大于或等于25个。
2.根据权利要求1所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.1mm-10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶层为加成型液体硅橡胶。
4.根据权利要求2所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶,其特征在于,所述基带为超纤布、针织布或离型膜。
6.一种权利要求1所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将硅橡胶涂覆于玻纤离型膜上,形成硅橡胶层;
步骤2、于硅橡胶层上贴合超纤布,烘烤固化;
步骤3、将硅橡胶层从玻纤离型膜上分离,于硅橡胶层上打孔,形成高湿摩擦硅橡胶;
所述步骤3中,通过机械或激光打孔的方式于硅橡胶层上形成孔,该孔的深度小于或等于硅橡胶层的厚度;每平方厘米面积所述硅橡胶层上分布的孔个数大于或等于25个。
7.根据权利要求6所述高湿摩擦硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,通过涂覆机将加成型液体硅橡胶涂覆于玻纤离型膜上,走带速度3m/min,涂覆厚度0.3mm; 所述步骤2中,硅橡胶层上贴合超纤布后,经100摄氏度烘烤固化。
