The working principle is as follows: firstly, a motor 2-10 is started, the motor 2-10 drives a belt pulley 2-12 to rotate, the belt pulley 2-12 drives a rotating shaft 2-8 to rotate through a belt 2-11, a plurality of main hairbrushes 2-9 and auxiliary hairbrushes 2-18 rotate along with the rotating shaft, a water valve 2-7 is started at the same time, clean water flows into a connecting pipe 2-16 from a water pipe 2-6 and is sprayed out from a spray head 2-17, the connecting pipe 2-16 is uniformly distributed on the inner side of the water pipe 2-6 at equal intervals, when the spray head 2-17 cannot effectively spray fresh red dates, the connecting pipe 2-16 can be rotated through an adjusting nut 2-15, the connecting pipe 2-16 can rotate leftwards and rightwards by a small amplitude, and the water spraying angle of the spray head 2-17 is; then, fresh red dates are placed into a feed opening 2-2, a main brush 2-9 and an auxiliary brush 2-18 on one rotating shaft 2-8 are staggered with a main brush 2-9 and an auxiliary brush 2-18 on the other adjacent rotating shaft 2-8 to clamp the fresh red dates, the main brush 2-9 and the auxiliary brush 2-18 clean the surfaces of the fresh red dates, clear water sprayed by a spray head 2-17 deeply cleans the surfaces of the red dates, the main brush 2-9 and the auxiliary brush 2-18 with moderate hardness are selected to prevent the main brush 2-9 and the auxiliary brush 2-18 from damaging the surfaces of the red dates, dirt brushed off by the main brush 2-9 and the auxiliary brush 2-18 can be taken away, and finally the cleaned fresh red dates flow out from a discharge opening 2-4.
In addition, a water collecting tank is arranged below the main brushes 2-9 and the auxiliary brushes 2-18, and sewage generated by cleaning can flow into the water collecting tank to be stored so as to be treated or recycled. In order to enable the fresh red dates to smoothly or quickly go from the fresh red date inlet end to the fresh red date outlet end, the radius of the chain wheel on the rotating shaft is gradually reduced from the fresh red date inlet end to the fresh red date outlet end, so that the rotating speed of the chain wheel is sequentially accelerated, and the fresh red dates can advance. Of course, the skilled person can also take other forms, such as the inlet end of the fresh red dates having a greater height than the outlet end of the fresh red dates, so that the fresh red dates roll forward by their own weight.
