Abstract
本发明公开了一种土鸡生态饲养方法,本发明选择山林建鸡场,合理地利用了土地资源,且山林内的生态环境有利于土鸡的生长,同时土鸡在自由采食林地或果园中的草、蚯蚓、各种昆虫还有掉落的水果补充维生素,可以减少饲料投放量,降低成本,还使鸡肉中的粗蛋白等营养含量提高,粗脂肪下降,营养价值提高,同时提高土鸡的免疫力及抗病能力,提高土鸡生存能力,且土鸡有充分的运动,其肉质更加结实。

技术领域
本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,特别涉及一种土鸡生态饲养方法。
背景技术
土鸡,家禽的一种。有别于笼养的肉鸡。其中以“山坡散养土鸡”为最好,公鸡冠大而红,性烈好斗,母鸡鸡冠极小。土鸡也叫草鸡、笨鸡,是指从古代家养驯化而成,从未经过任何杂交和优化配种,长期以自然觅食或结合粗饲喂养而成,具有较强的野外觅食和生存能力。具有耐粗饲、就巢性强和抗病力强等特性,肉质鲜美。由于其肉质鲜美、营养丰富、无公害污染,肉、蛋属绿色食品,颇受人们青睐,且蛋价也高于普通鸡蛋,营养价值高。鸡肉口味鲜美、蛋品质优良、营养丰富。
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,土鸡的营养价值高于普通肉鸡,使得土鸡供不应求,为了提高土鸡的成活率,一般饲养方法往往在饲料中添加多种抗生素等化学药物,这样饲养出来的土鸡普遍存在药物残留,对人体非常不利,而且肉质较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种土鸡生态饲养方法,本发明能增加土鸡体重,所养土鸡肉质结实、口感好、味道香甜,且能减少饲料投喂量,提高养殖效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种土鸡生态饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)鸡场建设:选择地势缓和、向阳的山林修建鸡场,鸡场的鸡舍修建温室,采用地暖和风暖交叉控制的方式对鸡舍进行保温,在鸡舍内设置自动饮水装置、消毒喷洒器、紫外消毒灯、灭虫灯,并在鸡舍内搭设供鸡只栖息的栖息架,冬季及早春时,在鸡舍内铺设隔潮垫;
(2)鸡种选育,选择健康土鸡,按公母鸡比例1:7组成基础群进行养殖,产蛋孵化后,选择符合品种特征、健康的雏鸡饲养;
(3)饲养管理:用碎米喂养到体重200g,再改用玉米颗粒和四季青白菜交叉喂养到500g.并使其活动范围由小变大,逐渐适应全放养;
(4)放养管理:当土鸡达到500g以上时,放养到山林或果园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,傍晚用高音喇叭播放音乐的同时投放玉米粒诱导土鸡回到鸡舍,然后定量喂食饲料和青草;
(5)疾病防治:每周对鸡舍进行消毒;在鸡只投放一个月后,进行第一次驱虫,间隔20-25天后再进行第二次驱虫,此后每隔2-3个月进行一次驱虫,直至出栏。
优选地,鸡舍消毒采用10-15%的石灰水对鸡舍进行喷雾消毒,再用高锰酸钾加甲醛密闭熏蒸鸡舍,消毒后通风。
优选地,隔潮垫采用楠木加工,厚度2cm。
优选地,步骤(4)所述饲料按重量份计包括玉米20-40份、花生粕10-15份、麦麸10-25份、米糠15-25份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明选择山林建鸡场,合理地利用了土地资源,且山林内的生态环境有利于土鸡的生长,同时土鸡在自由采食林地或果园中的草、蚯蚓、各种昆虫还有掉落的水果补充维生素,可以减少饲料投放量,降低成本,还使鸡肉中的粗蛋白等营养含量提高,粗脂肪下降,营养价值提高,同时提高土鸡的免疫力及抗病能力,提高土鸡生存能力,且土鸡有充分的运动,其肉质更加结实。

实施例1
(1)鸡场建设:选择地势缓和、向阳的山林修建鸡场,鸡场的鸡舍修建温室,采用地暖和风暖交叉控制的方式对鸡舍进行保温,在鸡舍内设置自动饮水装置、消毒喷洒器、紫外消毒灯、灭虫灯,并在鸡舍内搭设供鸡只栖息的栖息架,冬季及早春时,在鸡舍内铺设隔潮垫,隔潮垫采用楠木加工,厚度2cm;
(2)鸡种选育,选择健康土鸡,按公母鸡比例1:7组成基础群进行养殖,产蛋孵化后,选择符合品种特征、健康的雏鸡饲养;
(3)饲养管理:用碎米喂养到体重200g,再改用玉米颗粒和四季青白菜交叉喂养到500g.并使其活动范围由小变大,逐渐适应全放养;
(4)放养管理:当土鸡达到500g以上时,放养到山林或果园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,傍晚用高音喇叭播放音乐的同时投放玉米粒诱导土鸡回到鸡舍,然后定量喂食饲料和青草,饲料按重量份计包括玉米25份、花生粕12份、麦麸22份、米糠20份;
(5)疾病防治:每周对鸡舍进行消毒,消毒采用10-15%的石灰水对鸡舍进行喷雾消毒,再用高锰酸钾加甲醛密闭熏蒸鸡舍,消毒后通风;在鸡只投放一个月后,进行第一次驱虫,间隔20-25天后再进行第二次驱虫,此后每隔2-3个月进行一次驱虫,直至出栏。

1.一种土鸡生态饲养方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)鸡场建设:选择地势缓和、向阳的山林修建鸡场,鸡场的鸡舍修建温室,采用地暖和风暖交叉控制的方式对鸡舍进行保温,在鸡舍内设置自动饮水装置、消毒喷洒器、紫外消毒灯、灭虫灯,并在鸡舍内搭设供鸡只栖息的栖息架,冬季及早春时,在鸡舍内铺设隔潮垫;
