Abstract
一种螺杆齿形型线结构,齿形型线由齿顶圆弧、椭圆弧线、过渡曲线、齿根圆弧连续组成,其中,齿顶圆弧和过渡曲线之间采用椭圆弧线连接,椭圆的长半径和短半径根据齿顶圆弧的曲率和过渡曲线的曲率来确定。本发明由于过渡曲线采用椭圆弧线的包络线取代原来的摆线,这样螺杆之间的啮合将是弧面之间的接触,从根本上解决了点接触易磨损的问题,同时椭圆弧线的曲率在整个弧线上都是在连续变化着的,在两个接触点处过渡曲线、圆弧、齿顶外圆三者的曲率可实现连续变化,因此在螺杆接触式啮合时,将会平稳过渡,而不会出现震动和噪声,极大地降低了螺杆运行时的磨损,从而提高了螺杆泵的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺杆泵型线优化结构,包括各种多螺杆型螺杆泵螺杆型线优化,尤其是对双螺杆泵螺杆型线结构的改进。
背景技术
螺杆泵最重要的零部件就是螺杆,其螺杆齿形型线对泵的整体性能起着决定性的作用。螺杆齿形型线一般是由齿顶圆弧、过渡曲线、齿根圆弧组成,其中过渡曲线一般由摆线为主。如图1所示,过渡曲线一般与齿顶圆连接处会成一定尖度,尖角在螺杆泵的使用过程中极容易磨损,磨损后造成螺杆泵泄漏增大,影响螺杆泵的效率,甚至是使用寿命。因此便出现了对螺杆齿形尖角的优化,如图2所示,一种优化方法是采用直线修正齿形尖角,但是该种方法只是把尖角相对倒钝,修正后的齿形仍然存在尖角,只是相对原来更耐磨一些,但仍然没有从根本上解决尖角易磨损的问题。如图3所示,另一种优化方法是采用圆弧修正齿形尖角,该方法虽然解决了尖角问题,但圆弧修正后过渡曲线也需要较大的修正,影响了整个齿形的啮合,并且两个接触点处过渡曲线、圆弧、齿顶外圆三者曲率跳动量非常大,在螺杆接触式啮合时,会出现较大的震动和噪声,甚至会影响螺杆的使用性能和使用寿命。
发明内容
本次发明的目的在于,为螺杆泵提供一种最优的螺杆齿形型线结构。
本次发明的技术是这样实现的。一种螺杆齿形型线结构,其特征在于,齿形型线由齿顶圆弧、椭圆弧线、过渡曲线、齿根圆弧连续组成,其中,齿顶圆弧和过渡曲线之间采用椭圆弧线连接,椭圆的长半径和短半径根据齿顶圆弧的曲率和过渡曲线的曲率来确定。
本发明由于过渡曲线采用椭圆弧线的包络线取代原来的摆线,这样螺杆之间的啮合将是弧面之间的接触,从根本上解决了点接触易磨损的问题,同时椭圆弧线的曲率在整个弧线上都是在连续变化着的,在两个接触点处过渡曲线、圆弧、齿顶外圆三者的曲率可实现连续变化,因此在螺杆接触式啮合时,将会平稳过渡,而不会出现震动和噪声,极大地降低了螺杆运行时的磨损,从而提高了螺杆泵的使用寿命。

下面将结合附图说明对本发明的实施方法作进一步详细阐述。
参见附图4,一种螺杆齿形型线结构,齿形型线由齿顶圆弧1、椭圆弧线2、过渡曲线3、齿根圆弧4连续组成,其中,齿顶圆弧和过渡曲线之间采用椭圆弧线连接,椭圆的长半径和短半径根据齿顶圆弧的曲率和过渡曲线的曲率来确定。本发明过渡曲线采用椭圆弧线的包络线取代原来的摆线。椭圆的曲率在整个椭圆弧线上连续的变化,椭圆的长半径和短半径将根据齿顶圆弧的曲率和过渡曲线的曲率来确定,以实现齿顶圆弧、椭圆弧线、过渡曲线三者之间曲率的连续变化。这样螺杆之间的啮合将是弧面之间的接触,从根本上解决了点接触易磨损的问题,同时椭圆弧线的曲率在整个弧线上都是在连续变化着的,在两个接触点处过渡曲线、椭圆弧线、齿顶圆弧三者的曲率实现连续变化,因此在螺杆接触式啮合时,将会平稳过渡,而不会出现震动和噪声,极大地降低了螺杆运行时的磨损,从而提高了螺杆泵的使用寿命。
参见图5、图6,列出了三种修正方法的对比结果,可以看出:直线修正齿形尖角,不仅没有从根本上消除齿形尖角易磨损的缺陷,同时对过渡曲线修正量大,造成较大的泄露三角;圆弧修正齿形尖角,能够消除齿形尖角易磨损的缺陷,但对过渡曲线修正量也比较大,造成较大的泄露三角,同时螺杆齿形两个接触点处过渡曲线、圆弧、齿顶外圆三者曲率跳动量非常大,在螺杆接触式啮合时,会出现较大的震动和噪声,甚至会影响螺杆的使用性能和使用寿命;从以上分析来看,椭圆弧线修正螺杆齿形尖角是最佳结构。
