Abstract
本发明的技术方案是一种车架涂装的电泳漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂40~60份;颜填料40~60份;水性聚氨酯树脂20~30份;聚酯多元醇20~30份;复合极性添加剂20~30份;流平剂0.5~1.5份;安息香0.5~1份;润湿分散剂1~1.5份;二氧化硅纳米粒子1~1.5份;硬脂酸铝2~3;稀土稳定剂2~3。本发明的电泳漆中含有复合极性添加剂,提高了膜层的厚度,可以将膜的厚度从100nm提高到600nm以上,添加的纳米粒子提高内腔泳透力,通过缓蚀剂以及特殊的稳定剂改进了工作液的稳定性,有利于提高膜层阻抗能力和抗击穿能力,使漆膜不易产生针孔、缩孔,充分保证了车架的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆料,具体是一种车架涂装的电泳漆。
背景技术
车架是汽车的基体,用以固定汽车的绝大部分部件和总成,并使它们保持正确安装位置,承受来自车内外的各种载荷。 目前汽车车架的结构形式有三种:边梁式车架、中梁式车架(或称脊梁式车架)和综合式车架,车架整体结构形成后,需要在车架表面进行喷漆或电泳涂装,使车架表面形成一层防护膜,即油漆,保证车架不受腐蚀氧化等。目前较好的上漆方式便是电泳,这样更均匀,与传统的喷漆不同,电泳速度更快,更省力,但受电泳漆的限制,电泳后的车架整体漆膜较薄,有的地方甚至出现大面积的遗漏,这样不利于保证车架的质量,因此需要一种更便于电泳,高泳透力的电泳漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种车架涂装的电泳漆为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
为解决上述技术问题,一种车架涂装的电泳漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂40~60份;颜填料40~60份;水性聚氨酯树脂20~30份;聚酯多元醇20~30份;复合极性添加剂20~30份;流平剂0.5~1.5份;安息香0.5~1份;润湿分散剂1~1.5份;二氧化硅纳米粒子1~1.5份;硬脂酸铝2~3;稀土稳定剂2~3。 聚酯树脂具有如下理化特性:外观黑色粒状,粘度(200℃旋转粘度CP)2100~2300; 软化点(环球法)℃105,酸值(mgKOH/g)50,玻璃化温度(℃)50~51。
作为优选,所述聚酯多元醇由苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇聚合而成。
作为优选,所述复合极性添加剂为羟基乙酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠按照1:1:1配比而成。
作为优选,所述二氧化硅纳米粒子为球形,平均粒径小于20纳米,且二氧化硅纳米粒子的多分散性指数小于或等于0.1。
本发明的电泳漆中含有复合极性添加剂,提高了膜层的厚度,可以将膜的厚度从100nm提高到600nm以上,添加的纳米粒子提高内腔泳透力,通过缓蚀剂以及特殊的稳定剂改进了工作液的稳定性,有利于提高膜层阻抗能力和抗击穿能力,使漆膜不易产生针孔、缩孔,充分保证了车架的质量。
具体实施方式
一种车架涂装的电泳漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂50份;颜填料50份;水性聚氨酯树脂25份;聚酯多元醇25份;复合极性添加剂25份;流平剂1份;安息香0.8份;润湿分散剂1.2份;二氧化硅纳米粒子1.3;硬脂酸铝2;稀土稳定剂3; 聚酯树脂具有如下理化特性:外观黑色粒状,粘度(200℃旋转粘度CP)2100~2300; 软化点(环球法)℃105,酸值(mgKOH/g)50,玻璃化温度(℃)50~51;
所述聚酯多元醇由苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇聚合而成
所述复合极性添加剂为羟基乙酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠按照1:1:1配比而成;
所述二氧化硅纳米粒子为球形,平均粒径小于20纳米,且二氧化硅纳米粒子的多分散性指数小于或等于0.1。

1.一种车架涂装的电泳漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂40~60份;颜填料40~60份;水性聚氨酯树脂20~30份;聚酯多元醇20~30份;复合极性添加剂20~30份;流平剂0.5~1.5份;安息香0.5~1份;润湿分散剂1~1.5份;二氧化硅纳米粒子1~1.5份;硬脂酸铝2~3;稀土稳定剂2~3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧度热固性粉末涂料,其特征在于,聚酯树脂具有如下理化特性:外观黑色粒状,粘度(200℃旋转粘度CP)2100~2300; 软化点(环球法)℃105,酸值(mgKOH/g)50,玻璃化温度(℃)50~51。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧度热固性粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述聚酯多元醇由苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇聚合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧度热固性粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述复合极性添加剂为羟基乙酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠按照1:1:1配比而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧度热固性粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅纳米粒子为球形,平均粒径小于20纳米,且二氧化硅纳米粒子的多分散性指数小于或等于0.1。
