Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可以在重型卡车或其他类型车辆的盘式制动器转子和轮毂之间使用的垫圈。
背景技术
盘式制动器转子(例如用于重型卡车的盘式制动器转子)通常由铸钢或铸铁构成。这种盘式制动器转子毗邻轮毂安装,所述轮毂可以由铸铝或铝合金构成。在盘式制动器的运行期间,转子会由于与刹车片摩擦接触而变得非常热。所期望的是防止在制动器转子处的热量流回到铝轮毂中,热量流回铝轮毂进而会导致轮毂的损坏。
为了使材料作为盘式制动器转子和铝轮毂之间的隔热垫圈而成功地起作用,所述垫圈必须充分抑制从盘式制动器转子到轮毂的热反馈。由于在制动期间的盘式制动器转子的高温,高温下的抗劣化性也很重要。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种能够用于重型卡车中的盘式制动器转子与轮毂之间的垫圈。
发明内容
根据本发明实施例的垫圈的实施例是耐磨陶瓷材料和粘合基体。耐磨陶瓷可以选自氧化铝、氧化锆、碳化硅或等同材料的组。这种耐磨材料通常具有大于6的莫氏硬度。
所述粘合基体通常由酚醛热固性树脂(如酚醛树脂)构成。树脂中也可以含有如芳族聚酰胺、玻璃、陶瓷或聚丙烯腈(PAN)的增强纤维。
所述垫圈设计成用于在重型卡车或其他类型车辆的盘式制动器转子和轮毂之间使用。垫圈具有适合处理的强度并且具有抗高温性,同时所述垫圈在盘式制动器转子和轮毂之间提供隔热,从而防止由于热量的回流而导致的铝毂损坏。
所述垫圈应具有提供足够隔热的厚度。在重型卡车的优选应用中,在约0.06英寸和约0.12英寸之间的厚度是合适的。
所述垫圈可以通过本领域中已知的用于制造复合材料的任何适当的方法来形成,例如通过模制、水射流切割或激光烧灼。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1﹣图3,盘式制动器转子2示出为附接到轮毂3。盘式制动器转子2通常由铸钢或铸铁构成,轮毂3通常是铸铝部件。转子螺栓4从轮毂3轴向地延伸穿过盘式制动器转子2中的开口并且被转子螺栓螺母5保持。
车轮螺栓13从轮毂3沿着与转子螺栓4的方向相反的方向轴向地延伸。车轮螺栓13用于将车轮和轮胎组件安装到轮毂3上。垫圈11位于轮毂3的端部8与盘式制动器转子2之间。垫圈11具有转子螺栓4穿过的开口。因此,垫圈11被轴向地保持在盘式制动器转子2和轮毂端部8之间。当为了使用而拧紧时,转子螺栓螺母5确保盘式制动器转子2保持抵靠轮毂端部8,其中在所述盘式制动器转子和所述轮毂端部之间仅设有垫圈11。垫圈11的通常厚度介于0.06至0.12英寸之间。垫圈11选自耐磨陶瓷(如氧化铝、氧化锆、碳化硅或等同物)与来自酚醛热固性树脂族中的粘合树脂的复合物。也可以存在增强纤维(如玻璃、陶瓷、芳族聚酰胺或PAN)。垫圈11的导热率应该至多为4W/mK。
垫圈11的最小抗压缩强度在425℃的温度下应该为144MPa。垫圈11的尺寸稳定性应当使得在从20℃到425℃再到20℃的三个循环之后,保持残余的紧固件扭矩的最小值为初始扭矩的50%。
此外,垫圈11应该与铸铁之间具有0.5的最小静摩擦系数并且与铝之间具有0.7的最小静摩擦系数。
Claims (20)
1.一种垫圈,所述垫圈包括复合隔热部件和粘合树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,其中,所述隔热部件是耐磨陶瓷,所述粘合树脂是酚醛热固性树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的垫圈,其中,所述复合隔热部件选自氧化铝、氧化锆或碳化硅的组。
4.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,所述垫圈还包括增强纤维,所述增强纤维选自玻璃、陶瓷、芳族聚酰胺或PAN纤维的组。
5.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈的导热率至多为4W/mK。
6.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈的最小抗压缩强度在425℃的温度下为144MPa。
7.根据权利要求2所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈的部件尺寸稳定性使得在从20℃到425℃再到20℃的三个循环后,保持残余的紧固件转矩的最小值为初始转矩的50%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈与铸铁之间具有0.5的最小静摩擦系数并且所述垫圈与铝之间具有0.7的最小静摩擦系数。
9.一种垫圈,所述垫圈包括复合隔热部件和粘合树脂,其中,所述隔热部件是耐磨陶瓷,所述粘合树脂是酚醛热固性树脂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的垫圈,所述垫圈还包括选自玻璃、陶瓷、芳族聚酰胺或PAN纤维的增强纤维。
11.根据权利要求9所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈的所述导热率至多为4W/mK。
12.根据权利要求9所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈的最小抗压缩强度在425℃的温度下为144MPa。
13.根据权利要求9所述的垫圈,其中,所述垫圈与铸铁之间具有0.5的最小静摩擦系数并且所述垫圈与铝之间具有0.7的最小静摩擦系数。
14.一种用于盘式制动器组件的垫圈装置,所述垫圈装置包括:
盘式制动器转子;
轮毂,所述轮毂具有端部,转子螺栓从所述端部轴向地突出;
垫圈,所述垫圈由复合隔热部件和粘合树脂构成,
其中,所述隔热部件是耐磨陶瓷,所述粘合树脂是酚醛热固性树脂,
并且所述垫圈包括多个垫圈开口,每个所述垫圈开口穿过所述转子螺栓中的一个转子螺栓,使得所述垫圈保持在所述盘式制动器转子和所述轮毂端部之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的垫圈装置,其中,所述复合隔热部件选自氧化铝、氧化锆或碳化硅的组。
16.根据权利要求14所述的垫圈装置,所述垫圈还包括增强纤维,所述增强纤维选自玻璃、陶瓷、芳族聚酰胺或PAN纤维的组。
17.根据权利要求14所述的垫圈装置,其中,所述垫圈的导热率至多为4W/mK。
18.根据权利要求14所述的垫圈装置,其中,所述垫圈的最小抗压缩强度在425℃的温度下为144MPa。
19.根据权利要求14所述的垫圈装置,其中,所述垫圈的部件尺寸稳定性使得在从20℃到425℃再到20℃的三个循环后,保持残余的紧固件转矩的最小值为初始转矩的50%。
