Abstract
本发明公开了预制内置聚苯板及其制作方法,聚苯板包括保温板,所述保温板的一侧依次设有第一聚合物砂浆层、增强网片、第二聚合物砂浆层和装饰层,且保温板的另一侧设有燕尾槽,所述保温板的一侧设有连接槽,且连接槽的两侧内壁上均设有凹槽,所述保温板的另一侧设有与连接槽相配合的连接块,且连接块的两侧均设有与凹槽相配合的凸块,所述保温板的顶部设有与连接槽连通的卡槽,且连接槽远离连接槽开口的一侧内壁上设有与卡槽连通的滑槽,所述保温板的底部设有与卡槽相配合的卡块。本发明不需要进行现场湿作业工,降低了施工难度,减少了施工时间,且方便进行连接安装,提高了工作效率,结构简单,制备方便,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚苯板技术领域,尤其涉及预制内置聚苯板及其制作方法。
背景技术
聚苯板是用作防水层的保护层,全称聚苯乙烯泡沫板,是由含有挥发性液体发泡剂的可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒,经加热预发后在模具中加热成型的具有微细闭孔结构的白色固体,主要用于建筑墙体、屋面保温、复合保温板材的保温层;用于车辆、船舶制冷设备和冷藏库的隔热材料;用于装潢雕刻各种模型;用作防水层的保护层。
现有技术中,聚苯板制作需要现场湿作业工,施工难度较大,施工周期较长,而且普通工人需要经过培训才可完成安装,聚苯板之间的连接安装麻烦,安装效率低,因此,我们提出了预制内置聚苯板及其制作方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了预制内置聚苯板及其制作方法。
本发明提出的预制内置聚苯板,包括保温板,所述保温板的一侧依次设有第一聚合物砂浆层、增强网片、第二聚合物砂浆层和装饰层,且保温板的另一侧设有燕尾槽,所述保温板的一侧设有连接槽,且连接槽的两侧内壁上均设有凹槽,所述保温板的另一侧设有与连接槽相配合的连接块,且连接块的两侧均设有与凹槽相配合的凸块,所述保温板的顶部设有与连接槽连通的卡槽,且连接槽远离连接槽开口的一侧内壁上设有与卡槽连通的滑槽,所述保温板的底部设有与卡槽相配合的卡块,且卡块的底部设有与滑槽相配合的滑块。
优选地,所述保温板、连接块和凸块为一体成型结构。
优选地,所述保温板、卡块和滑块为一体成型结构,且卡块和滑块构成T型结构。
本发明还提出了预制内置聚苯板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取保温板,将保温板的一侧车削出连接块,然后在连接块的两侧车削出凸块,接着将保温板的底部车削出构成T型结构的卡块和滑块,车削步骤一次性完成;
S2:将连接块、凸块、卡块和滑块依次进行磨削加工,磨削步骤一次性完成;
S3:在保温板的另一侧切割出连接槽,然后在连接槽的两侧内壁上切割出凹槽,接着在保温板的顶部切割出与连接槽连通的卡槽,再在连接槽远离连接槽开口的一侧内壁上切割出滑槽后,将滑槽和卡槽连通;
S4:在保温板的后侧切割出燕尾槽,然后在保温板的前侧涂抹聚合物砂浆,接着在聚合物砂浆上设有增强网片,再在增强网片上涂抹聚合物砂浆;
S5:聚合物砂浆干透后,在聚合物砂浆上做装饰层,完成预制内置聚苯板的制作。
优选地,所述S4中,保温板的后侧切割出燕尾槽,然后在保温板的前侧涂抹聚合物砂浆,接着在聚合物砂浆上设有增强网片,再在增强网片上粘贴圆形塑料后,在增强网片涂抹聚合物砂浆,聚合物砂浆干透后,揭下圆形塑料。
本发明中,所述预制内置聚苯板及其制作方法通过连接块与连接槽的配合和凸块与凹槽的配合能够方便进行水平方向上聚苯板之间的连接安装,通过卡块与卡槽的配合和滑块与滑槽的配合能够方便进行垂直方向上的聚苯板之间的连接安装,提高了工作效率,通过预制装饰层能够降低施工难度,减少施工时间,本发明不需要进行现场湿作业工,降低了施工难度,减少了施工时间,且方便进行连接安装,提高了工作效率,结构简单,制备方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例
参照图1-2,本实施例提出了预制内置聚苯板,包括保温板1,保温板1的一侧依次设有第一聚合物砂浆层2、增强网片3、第二聚合物砂浆层4和装饰层5,且保温板1的另一侧设有燕尾槽6,保温板1的一侧设有连接槽7,且连接槽7的两侧内壁上均设有凹槽8,保温板1的另一侧设有与连接槽7相配合的连接块9,且连接块9的两侧均设有与凹槽8相配合的凸块10,保温板1的顶部设有与连接槽7连通的卡槽11,且连接槽7远离连接槽7开口的一侧内壁上设有与卡槽11连通的滑槽,保温板1的底部设有与卡槽11相配合的卡块12,且卡块12的底部设有与滑槽相配合的滑块13,保温板1、连接块9和凸块10为一体成型结构,保温板1、卡块12和滑块13为一体成型结构,且卡块12和滑块13构成T型结构。
本实施例还提出了预制内置聚苯板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取保温板1,用CA6140A车床将保温板1的一侧车削出连接块9,然后在连接块9的两侧车削出凸块10,接着将保温板1的底部车削出构成T型结构的卡块12和滑块13,车削步骤一次性完成;
S2:用半自动外圆磨床将连接块9、凸块10、卡块12和滑块13依次进行磨削加工,磨削步骤一次性完成;
S3:用二氧化碳激光器在保温板1的另一侧切割出连接槽7,然后在连接槽7的两侧内壁上切割出凹槽8,接着在保温板1的顶部切割出与连接槽7连通的卡槽11,再在连接槽7远离连接槽7开口的一侧内壁上切割出滑槽后,将滑槽和卡槽11连通;
S4:用二氧化碳激光器在保温板1的后侧切割出燕尾槽6,然后在保温板1的前侧涂抹聚合物砂浆,接着在聚合物砂浆上设有增强网片3,再在增强网片3上粘贴圆形塑料后,在增强网片3涂抹聚合物砂浆,聚合物砂浆干透后,揭下圆形塑料;
S5:聚合物砂浆干透后,在聚合物砂浆上做装饰层5,完成预制内置聚苯板的制作。

1.预制内置聚苯板,包括保温板(1),所述保温板(1)的一侧依次设有第一聚合物砂浆层(2)、增强网片(3)、第二聚合物砂浆层(4)和装饰层(5),且保温板(1)的另一侧设有燕尾槽(6),其特征在于,所述保温板(1)的一侧设有连接槽(7),且连接槽(7)的两侧内壁上均设有凹槽(8),所述保温板(1)的另一侧设有与连接槽(7)相配合的连接块(9),且连接块(9)的两侧均设有与凹槽(8)相配合的凸块(10),所述保温板(1)的顶部设有与连接槽(7)连通的卡槽(11),且连接槽(7)远离连接槽(7)开口的一侧内壁上设有与卡槽(11)连通的滑槽,所述保温板(1)的底部设有与卡槽(11)相配合的卡块(12),且卡块(12)的底部设有与滑槽相配合的滑块(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预制内置聚苯板,其特征在于,所述保温板(1)、连接块(9)和凸块(10)为一体成型结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预制内置聚苯板,其特征在于,所述保温板(1)、卡块(12)和滑块(13)为一体成型结构,且卡块(12)和滑块(13)构成T型结构。
4.预制内置聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取保温板(1),将保温板(1)的一侧车削出连接块(9),然后在连接块(9)的两侧车削出凸块(10),接着将保温板(1)的底部车削出构成T型结构的卡块(12)和滑块(13),车削步骤一次性完成;
S2:将连接块(9)、凸块(10)、卡块(12)和滑块(13)依次进行磨削加工,磨削步骤一次性完成;
S3:在保温板(1)的另一侧切割出连接槽(7),然后在连接槽(7)的两侧内壁上切割出凹槽(8),接着在保温板(1)的顶部切割出与连接槽(7)连通的卡槽(11),再在连接槽(7)远离连接槽(7)开口的一侧内壁上切割出滑槽后,将滑槽和卡槽(11)连通;
S4:在保温板(1)的后侧切割出燕尾槽(6),然后在保温板(1)的前侧涂抹聚合物砂浆,接着在聚合物砂浆上设有增强网片(3),再在增强网片(3)上涂抹聚合物砂浆;
S5:聚合物砂浆干透后,在聚合物砂浆上做装饰层(5),完成预制内置聚苯板的制作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的预制内置聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S4中,保温板(1)的后侧切割出燕尾槽(6),然后在保温板(1)的前侧涂抹聚合物砂浆,接着在聚合物砂浆上设有增强网片(3),再在增强网片(3)上粘贴圆形塑料后,在增强网片(3)涂抹聚合物砂浆,聚合物砂浆干透后,揭下圆形塑料。
