本发明公开了水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板,包括钢龙骨架、装饰面板固定件、装饰面板,所述装饰面板固定件设置在钢龙骨架与装饰面板之间,所述装饰面板固定件为网格中空结构,在所述装饰面板固定件内填充有陶粒水泥板层和聚氨酯层,陶粒水泥板层与钢龙骨架凝固粘合,聚氨酯层一面与陶粒水泥板层凝固粘合,另一面与装饰面板凝固粘合,本发明具有不燃防火优良,保温隔热材料,环保节能,减少环节,吸音防噪,抗震,抗冲击,工厂化复合生产,轻质减少楼层承重,现场安装方便,工效高现场没有任何建筑垃圾;可以根据不同地区的气候特点采用不同的厚度,建筑节能能够达到国家制定的最新建筑节能要求。广泛用作屋面板、网架板、楼层板等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前建筑行业使用的屋面板和楼板主要分为两种,一种是聚苯板和岩棉板,具有良好的保温效果且质量较轻,但达不到承重、防火和抗震的要求。另一种是水泥板和现浇板,具有较好的承重、防火、抗震性能,但质量较重,且不保温,使用时需要另作保温处理,而现有的各种屋面保温材料大多是易燃物质,容易着火,给国家人民生命财产带来巨大危害,且成本较高。因此,期望有一种具有轻体、保温、防火、抗震、承重等优良性能的新型板材。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种轻质、防火的建筑材料,即一种水泥发泡陶粒装饰一体复合板,其既具有聚苯板和岩棉板的轻质、保温的效果,又能达到水泥板和现浇板的承重、防火、抗震的要求,可以减少房屋整体用钢量,安装使用后不用再另作保温处理,并且安装快捷,节省资源,成本较低。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板,包括钢龙骨架、装饰面板固定件、装饰面板,所述装饰面板固定件设置在钢龙骨架与装饰面板之间,所述装饰面板固定件为网格中空结构,在所述装饰面板固定件内填充有陶粒水泥板层和聚氨酯层,陶粒水泥板层与钢龙骨架凝固粘合,聚氨酯层一面与陶粒水泥板层凝固粘合,另一面与装饰面板凝固粘合。
进一步地,本发明所述钢龙骨架由钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接制成。
水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接成一体形成钢骨架;
(2)将步骤(1)的钢骨架与装饰面板固定件、装饰面板连接后一起放入模具内;
(3)往步骤(2)的模具内灌注陶粒水泥填充剂充分搅拌均匀形成陶粒水泥发泡复合板;
(4)将步骤(3)的陶粒水泥发泡复合板凝固后,再次放入模具内;
(5)往步骤(4)的模具内灌注聚氨酯填充剂,待聚氨酯填充剂发泡成型完全与陶粒水泥板层、装饰面板粘合形成水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:本发明具有不燃防火优良,保温隔热材料,环保节能,减少环节,吸音防噪,抗震,抗冲击,工厂化复合生产,轻质减少楼层承重,现场安装方便,工效高现场没有任何建筑垃圾;可以根据不同地区的气候特点采用不同的厚度,建筑节能能够达到国家制定的最新建筑节能要求。广泛用作屋面板、网架板、楼层板等。

参照如图1所示,本实施例的水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板,包括钢龙骨架1、装饰面板固定件2、装饰面板3,其中所述钢龙骨架1由钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接制成,所述装饰面板固定件2设置在钢龙骨架1与装饰面板3之间,所述装饰面板固定件2为网格中空结构,在所述装饰面板固定件2内填充有陶粒水泥板层4和聚氨酯层5,陶粒水泥板层4与钢龙骨架1凝固粘合,聚氨酯层5一面与陶粒水泥板层4凝固粘合,另一面与装饰面板3凝固粘合。
水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板的生产工艺,先将钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接成一体形成钢骨架1;再与装饰面板固定件2、装饰面板3连接后一起放入模具内;然后往模具内灌注陶粒水泥填充剂充分搅拌成型形成陶粒水泥发泡复合板;再次把陶粒水泥发泡复合板放入模具内,又往模具内灌注聚氨酯填充剂,待聚氨酯填充剂发泡成型完全与陶粒水泥板层、装饰面板粘合形成水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板。
本发明水泥具有凝结和填充功能,经过工艺处理成发泡水泥,发泡水泥具有完整性的闭孔自然成为材质轻,保温隔热及吸音防噪功能,凝结等功能,陶粒起着减轻重量及保温隔热及吸音防噪功能和充填剂作用,铁架是整体结构的骨骼,起着支撑整体重量挂重及固定安装装饰材料的支架,聚氨酯可加强保温隔热,降音,抗震,防脱落,抗冲击,高强度的自身粘合作用等功能,装饰板起着整体建筑立面的装饰性,可以任意业主自己挑选的材料进行复合。

Claims (3)
1.水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板,其特征在于:包括钢龙骨架、装饰面板固定件、装饰面板,所述装饰面板固定件设置在钢龙骨架与装饰面板之间,所述装饰面板固定件为网格中空结构,在所述装饰面板固定件内填充有陶粒水泥板层和聚氨酯层,陶粒水泥板层与钢龙骨架凝固粘合,聚氨酯层一面与陶粒水泥板层凝固粘合,另一面与装饰面板凝固粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板,其特征在于:所述钢龙骨架由钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将钢边框和多根钢桁架焊接成一体形成钢骨架;
(2)将步骤(1)的钢骨架与装饰面板固定件、装饰面板连接后一起放入模具内;
(3)往步骤(2)的模具内灌注陶粒水泥填充剂充分搅拌均匀形成陶粒水泥发泡复合板;
(4)将步骤(3)的陶粒水泥发泡复合板凝固后,再次放入模具内;
(5)往步骤(4)的模具内灌注聚氨酯填充剂,待聚氨酯填充剂发泡成型完全与陶粒水泥板层、装饰面板粘合形成水泥发泡陶粒聚氨酯装饰一体复合板。
