[0002] 在建筑隔墙工程中,现场浇注轻质墙体技术越来越受到人们的重视。其原因主要在于现场浇注轻质墙体技术具有以下一系列突出的特点:一是可以机械化高效的施工。现有技术,可以发泡,混合、输送一体化,垂直输送120米,水平输送800米,一般的建筑物只需一两个工作点即可完成整栋楼的浇注工程,每小时25立方的浇注能力使墙体浇注工效惊人,拿隔墙厚120mm为例,相当于每小时完成200平方米的墙体浇注,按每天10小时计,则每天可完成近2000平方米的墙体浇注。二是免拆模技术能有效提高工程质量和降低工程成本、简化施工工艺。免拆模技术免去了繁琐的支模拆模工序,节省了模板费用,提高了墙体表面的平整度。浇筑后的墙体龙骨与墙板由浇注的发泡混凝土连为一体,整体效果及墙体表面质量极佳,免去墙体抹灰工序,可直接刮白、贴瓷砖等墙体表面装饰处理,节省了人工费用及使工效大大提高。三是重量轻。传统建筑都是厚墙、肥梁、自重大。泡沫混凝土的干体积密度为200-700kg/m3,相当于粘土砖的1/3-1/10左右。普通混凝土的1/5-1/10左右,因而采用发泡混凝土作墙体材料可以大大减轻建筑物自重,增加楼层高度,降低基础造价10%左右。四是保温性能好。由于泡沫混凝土内部含有大量气泡和微孔,因而有良好的绝热性等。导热率通常为0. 09-0. 17W/ (m. K),其隔热保温效果比普通混凝土高数倍,20cm 厚的泡沫混凝土外墙,其保温效果相当于49cm的粘土砖外墙。所以基于上述特点,现场浇注轻质墙体技术必然成为未来墙板构造的核心技术之一。
[0003] 然而,对现浇隔墙结构的探索研究,目前还处于较低的水平。目前实际施工中主要用木龙骨制作构造隔墙结构框架,在结构框架上敷设墙板,最后在木龙骨结构框架和墙板构造形成的腔体中浇注泡沫混凝土形成轻质隔墙墙体。这种施工方案带来的问题是:一、 为了保证敷设的墙板构成的隔墙表面的平整性,这就要求木龙骨构成的结构框架要达到较高的结构精度,这对实际施工就提出了较高的技术要求。否则,尽管墙板表面可以保证十分平整,但敷设到龙骨框架上之后,墙面整体在较大视野范围内则难以达到抹灰找平的效果。 二、木龙骨结构框架相对消耗木质材料较多,且封闭于墙板之中浇注发泡混凝土后与墙板构成有机整体,属于一次性消费,所以成本较大,不利于减少木材资源消耗的环保政策导向的贯彻。

Claims (4)
1. 一种现浇隔墙结构,其特征在于,由防火面板(1)、支撑定位横档(2)和灌注于防火面板(1)形成的封闭腔体内的轻质混凝土墙体(4)构成;所述防火面板(1)构成的墙面接缝 (5 )两面采用错位设置,在墙面接缝处采用钉或铆(3 )将支撑定位横档(2 )与防火面板(1) 进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇隔墙结构,其特征在于,所述的防火面板(1)是硅酸钙板或纤维增强水泥板或钢丝网架水泥夹心复合板或膨胀蛭石防火板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇隔墙结构,其特征在于,所述支撑定位横档(2)由切割木龙骨或仿木填充浆料浇注制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇隔墙结构,其特征在于,所述轻质混凝土墙体(4)由加气混凝土或轻集料混凝土灌注形成。
