本发明涉及胶囊生产技术领域。一种胶囊剖壳机构,包括机架和竖转轴,竖转轴上从上向下依次设有上料环、上托环、下料环和下托环,上料环设有若干上胶囊储存通孔,下料环设有若干同上胶囊储存通孔一一对应地对齐的下胶囊储存通孔,上托环阻挡在同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端和密封抵接而封盖住同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的上端,上托环设有上托环部胶囊下落缺口,下托环密封抵接在同下托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端,下托环设有下托环部胶囊下落缺口,通过真空泵给位于下托环和上托环之间的下胶囊储存通孔抽气,下胶囊储存通孔设有胶囊切断结构。本发明具有可对胶囊进行剖切的优点,解决了通过人工剪胶囊所存在的费力的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶囊生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种胶囊剖壳机构。
背景技术
针对最初目前市场上胶囊全自动设备检验精度不高,不能保证良品率,人工检测仅靠肉眼无法 准确对胶囊质量做出判断,良品率不能得到保证,判断时间长不仅许耗用大量的人工,还不利于胶囊整体的生产,降低了整体的经济效益的问题,设计出了专利号为zl2015201123352的胶囊人工检验机,该检验机包括储料漏斗、检验台和支架,储料漏斗、检验台和支架从上向下依次连接,检验台包括壳体、倾斜设置的下料槽、检验槽、良品槽、次品槽和位于检验槽下方的灯管,良品槽、检验槽及次品槽依次设置在壳体上,通过灯管照射胶囊来提高人工目测时的方便性。但是现有的对挑选出的胶囊的内的药物进行回收时,是通过人工用剪刀剪破胶囊的壳,然后放到振动筛上进行筛来使得药壳进行分离的,人工剪胶囊存在费力的不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可对胶囊进行剖切的胶囊粒径检测机构,解决了通过人工剪胶囊所存在的费力的问题。
以上技术问题是通过下列技术方案解决的:一种胶囊剖壳机构,其特征在于,包括机架和转动连接在所述机架上的竖转轴,所述竖转轴上从上向下依次设有上料环、上托环、下料环和下托环,所述上料环同所述竖转轴固接在一起且设有若干沿上料环周向分布轴向延伸的上胶囊储存通孔,所述下料环同所述竖转轴固接在一起且设有若干沿下料环周向分布轴向延伸的同上胶囊储存通孔一一对应地对齐的下胶囊储存通孔,所述上托环同机架连接在一起且套设在所述竖转轴上并阻挡在同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端,上托环与下料环的上端密封抵接在而封盖住同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的上端,所述上托环设有上托环部胶囊下落缺口,所述下托环密封抵接在下料环的下端而封堵住同下托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端,所述下托环设有下托环部胶囊下落缺口,所述下托环上设有使位于上托环部胶囊下落缺口和下托环部胶囊缺口之间的下胶囊储存通孔连通的弧形槽,所述弧形槽设有抽气孔,所述抽气孔同真空泵的进气口连接在一起,所述下料环内设有通过连通孔同下胶囊储存通孔一一对应地连通的气腔,所述连通孔内密封滑动连接有刀柄,所述刀柄连接有用于将下胶囊储存通孔内的胶囊切为两半的刀条,所述下胶囊储存通孔同大气连通时所述气腔内的气压同所述下胶囊储存通孔内的气压相等。当上胶囊储存通过转动到同下料嘴对齐时胶囊掉入上胶囊储存通孔内且每一个上胶囊储存孔仅能够储存一颗胶囊。优选地胶囊以竖置的方式进行储存。对储存有胶囊的上胶囊储存通过转动到同上托环部胶囊缺口对齐时,胶囊从上胶囊通孔内掉入到下胶囊储存通孔内,存储有胶囊的下胶囊储存通孔转动到上下两端被上下托环覆盖着时形成一个密封空间,此时在真空泵的抽真空作用下下胶囊储存通孔内形成真空使得气腔内的气压驱动刀柄而驱动刀条朝向下胶囊储存通孔内移动从而将位于下胶囊储存通孔内的胶囊各点为上下两,下料环进一步转动到下胶囊储存通孔同下托环部胶囊缺口对齐时下胶囊储存通孔被破真空且切断的胶囊掉落。优选地通过转动筛接在隔断的胶囊进行筛,从而实现药粒和胶囊壳的分离即可。能够实现胶囊的连续流水式将胶囊壳割破,破壳时在密闭空间内进行环保性好、不容易受到污染和污染环境。
作为优选,所述刀柄设有当刀条切割胶囊时位于上胶囊储存通孔内的竖向通孔和同竖向通孔交叉的水平通孔。能够提高上胶囊储存通孔破真空后刀条的可靠回位。
作为优选,所述下胶囊储存通孔设有同所述连通孔对齐的供刀条通过的刀槽,所述刀条的两端同所述刀槽之间设有进气间隙。能够提高上胶囊储存通孔破真空后刀条的可靠回位。
本发明具有下述优点:能够将胶囊壳能够被隔为两半,从而使得后续无需人工对胶囊进行煎壳而进行药粒回收。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见图1、图2、图3和图4,一种可对次品胶囊进行剖切的胶囊粒径检测机构,包括机架10、下料斗81、转动连接在机架上的竖转轴82和驱动竖转轴转动的转轴驱动机构88。竖转轴上从上向下依次设有上料环83、上托环84、下料环85和下托环86。上料环同转轴固接在一起、已即能够随同竖转轴一起转动。上料环上设有若干沿上料环周向分布轴向延伸的上胶囊储存通孔831。下料斗81包括设有能够同上胶囊储存通孔对齐的下料嘴813。
下料环同竖转轴固接在一起、已即能够随同竖转轴一起转动。下料环设有若干沿下料环周向分布轴向延伸的下胶囊储存通孔851。下胶囊储存通孔851同上胶囊储存通孔一一对应地对齐。上托环同机架套设在竖转轴。上托环设有上托环部胶囊下落缺口841。上托环阻挡在同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通过的下端而托住同上托环对齐的上胶囊储存过孔内的胶囊。上托环密封抵接在下料环的上端。上托环封盖住同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的上端。下托环设有下托环部胶囊下落缺口861。下托环部胶囊下落缺口861的下方设有振动筛。下托环密封抵接在下料环的下端上。下托环封堵住同下托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端。下胶囊储存通孔的上下端分别被上托环和下托环封闭着时下胶囊储存通孔形成一个封闭的腔体。下托环的上端面位于上托环部胶囊下落缺口和下托环部胶囊缺口之间的部分上设有弧形槽862。弧形槽862使得位于上托环部胶囊下落缺口和下托环部胶囊缺口之间下胶囊储存通孔连通。下胶囊储存通孔同弧形槽连通时则同大气断开。弧形槽设有抽气孔863。抽气孔同真空泵87的进气口连接在一起。下料环内设有通过连通孔864同下胶囊储存通孔一一对应地连通的气腔865。连通孔内密封滑动连接有刀柄866。刀柄连接有刃口朝向下胶囊储存通孔的用于将下胶囊储存通孔内的胶囊切为两半的刀条867。下胶囊储存通孔同大气连通时气腔内的气压同下胶囊储存通孔内的气压相等。刀柄设有当刀条切割胶囊时能够位于上胶囊储存通孔内的竖向通孔8661和同竖向通孔交叉的水平通孔8662。下胶囊储存通孔设有同连通孔对齐的供刀条通过的刀槽868。刀条的两端同刀槽之间设有进气间隙869。
上托环径向一端通过第一连接筋842同机架固定在一起、另一端通过第二连接筋843同下托环的径向一端连接在一起,下托环的径向另一端通过第三连接筋844同机架连接在一起。该连接方式能够更为有效地防止上托环和下托环同机架的连接处产生弯曲导致不能够同下料环密封抵接在一起,已即起到延长使用寿命的作用。
转轴驱动机构88包括设置在竖转轴上的从动齿轮881、同从动齿轮啮合在一起的主动齿轮882和驱动主动齿轮转动的驱动马达883。驱动马达同机架连接在一起。
使用时,胶囊倒入下料斗内,转轴驱动机构88驱动竖转轴转动,竖转轴带动上料环和下料环同步转动,上料环转动到上胶囊储存通孔同下料嘴813时下料斗内的胶囊掉入到上胶囊储存通孔内。上料环转动到上胶囊储存通孔同上托环部胶囊下落缺口和下托环部胶囊缺口对齐时上托环失去对胶囊的托持作用,胶囊从上胶囊储存通孔掉落到下胶囊储存通孔内,下料环转动到下胶囊储存通孔的两端都被上托环和下托环封闭住且下胶囊储存通孔同弧形槽862对齐时,在真空泵的抽真空自由行下胶囊储存通孔内形成真空使得气腔865内的气体内驱动刀柄使得刀条朝向下胶囊储存通孔内移动从而将位于下胶囊储存通孔内的胶囊割断为两半。当下来环传动到下胶囊储存通孔同下托环部胶囊下落缺口对齐时,下胶囊储存通孔被破真空而使得刀条重新复位且割断的胶囊从下托环部胶囊下落缺口掉下到振动筛上,振动筛将胶囊内的药粒筛下实现同胶囊壳的分离。

Claims (3)

1.一种胶囊剖壳机构,其特征在于,包括机架和转动连接在所述机架上的竖转轴,所述竖转轴上从上向下依次设有上料环、上托环、下料环和下托环,所述上料环同所述竖转轴固接在一起且设有若干沿上料环周向分布轴向延伸的上胶囊储存通孔,所述下料环同所述竖转轴固接在一起且设有若干沿下料环周向分布轴向延伸的同上胶囊储存通孔一一对应地对齐的下胶囊储存通孔,所述上托环同机架连接在一起且套设在所述竖转轴上并阻挡在同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端,上托环与下料环的上端密封抵接在而封盖住同上托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的上端,所述上托环设有上托环部胶囊下落缺口,所述下托环密封抵接在下料环的下端而封堵住同下托环对齐的下胶囊储存通孔的下端,所述下托环设有下托环部胶囊下落缺口,所述下托环上设有使位于上托环部胶囊下落缺口和下托环部胶囊缺口之间的下胶囊储存通孔连通的弧形槽,所述弧形槽设有抽气孔,所述抽气孔同真空泵的进气口连接在一起,所述下料环内设有通过连通孔同下胶囊储存通孔一一对应地连通的气腔,所述连通孔内密封滑动连接有刀柄,所述刀柄连接有用于将下胶囊储存通孔内的胶囊切为两半的刀条,所述下胶囊储存通孔同大气连通时所述气腔内的气压同所述下胶囊储存通孔内的气压相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊剖壳机构,其特征在于,所述刀柄设有当刀条切割胶囊时位于上胶囊储存通孔内的竖向通孔和同竖向通孔交叉的水平通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊剖壳机构,其特征在于,所述下胶囊储存通孔设有同所述连通孔对齐的供刀条通过的刀槽,所述刀条的两端同所述刀槽之间设有进气间隙。
