As mentioned above, in the cover assembly of the cooking utensil of the present invention, the steam vent 8 can have a variety of configurations, for example, one configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, the steam vent 8 is a steam valve 11 so that the steam valve 11 can normally vent steam when fitted in the open cavity 2, and when a steamer is to be used, the steam valve 11 can be removed and the steamer can be placed on the open cavity 2.
Of course, in the case of the steam valve 11, whether or not the open chamber 2 has a bottom plate 4 may be, for example, provided without the bottom plate 4, the entire bottom of the open chamber 2 may be formed with the opening 3 and provided with the bubble breaking net, and the steam valves shown in fig. 1 and 10 may be provided in the open chamber 2. When a soleplate 4 is provided, the steam valve shown in fig. 1 and 10 can also be provided, in which case the soleplate 4 and the openings 3 therein can act as a bubble breaking structure.
One form of construction of the steam valve 11 can be as shown in fig. 1, and the positioning cylinder on the steam valve seat of the steam valve 11 can be sealingly fitted into the opening 3 to serve as a steam inlet, and when it is desired to place a food steamer, the steam valve 11 can be removed from the open chamber 2, as shown in the switch between fig. 1 and 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, in another structure of the steam valve 11, steam inlet housings 5 protruding toward the inside of the steam valve are formed at different positions on a valve seat plate 12 of a steam valve seat of the steam valve 11, each steam inlet housing 5 forms a steam inlet chamber 6 located outside the steam valve and capable of communicating with a cooking chamber, wherein the steam inlet holes 7 are formed on the wall of the steam inlet housing 5.
Thus, since the valve seat plate 12 is formed with the steam inlet housings 5 protruding toward the inside of the steam valve at different positions, and each steam inlet housing 5 forms the steam inlet chamber 6 outside the steam valve, and the steam inlet holes 7 are formed in the wall of the steam inlet housing 5, such as the steam inlet holes 7 formed in the side wall and the top wall, in practical use, as shown by the arrows in fig. 10, steam in the cooking chamber will enter the steam inlet chambers 6 at different positions, and then enter the inner cavity of the steam valve from the steam inlet holes 7 in the wall of the steam inlet housing 5, so as to ensure that the steam in the cooking chamber passes through the steam valve seat over a large area, for example, so that the steam can be uniformly distributed in the steam chamber of the steam valve, so that, when the steam valve cover is provided, the steam discharge can be facilitated, when the steam valve cover is removed or the entire steam valve 11 is removed, and a steam basket is placed at the position of the steam valve cover or placed in the open cavity 2, the food in the steamer can be uniformly heated by the steam uniformly distributed in the steam cavity or the open cavity 2. In addition, when the steam valve cover is taken down and the steamer is placed at the position of the steam valve cover, steam enters another large steam cavity from one large steam inlet cavity 6 through the steam inlet hole 7 with the suddenly changed aperture, the flowing speed of the steam can be improved, heat is concentrated, so that food materials in the steamer can be heated more conveniently, and the steam inlet hole 7 also has a bubble breaking effect.
Of course, an opening may be formed in the valve seat plate 12 and then the opening of the steam inlet housing 5 may be turned over toward the valve seat plate 12 and attached to the valve seat plate 12, or, as shown by a sectional line in fig. 10, for convenience of molding, preferably, the steam inlet housing 5 and the valve seat plate 12 are integrally formed, for example, the valve seat plate 12 of the steam inlet housing 5 may be integrally molded.
In addition, the steam inlet holes 7 may be formed only on the side wall or the ceiling wall of the steam inlet housing 5, but in order to make the steam more uniformly distributed, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the steam inlet holes 7 are formed on both the ceiling wall and the side wall of the steam inlet housing 5. Thus, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the steam in the steam inlet chamber 6 enters the steam chamber through the steam inlet holes 7 on the top wall and the side wall, and at the same time, the steam inlet holes 7 on the side wall of the adjacent steam inlet housing 5 can make the opposite exhaust flows touch each other to generate steam vortex, as shown by the arc-shaped arrows in fig. 11, so that the steam can flow in the steam chamber and be distributed in the edge area of the steam chamber more easily.
Of course, the steam inlet hole in the top wall of the steam inlet housing 5 extends vertically, and the steam inlet hole 7 in the side wall of the steam inlet housing 5 may be a horizontally arranged hole, or alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the steam inlet hole 7 in the side wall of the steam inlet housing 5 extends obliquely upward, for example, the angle between the axial direction and the horizontal direction of the steam inlet hole 7 is 30 to 45 °, or other suitable angle. This guides the flow of the steam, which is beneficial for the steam inlet holes 7 on the side walls of the adjacent steam inlet housings 5 in the steam cavity to meet at a high speed in a specific direction to form a steam vortex, as shown by the arc-shaped arrows in fig. 11, so that the steam in the steam cavity is distributed more uniformly.
In addition, the aperture of the steam inlet 7 can be selected according to actual requirements, for example, the aperture of the steam inlet 7 is 4mm to 6mm, preferably 5mm, and of course, the aperture of the steam inlet 7 is not limited thereto, and can also be 7 mm to 10mm, or can be 2mm, or other suitable sizes.
In addition, the steam intake housing 5 at different positions on the valve seat plate body 12 may have various arrangements, for example, may be arranged in rows and columns, such as two rows and two columns.
Still alternatively, in order to more easily form the vortex of the steam, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 11, the valve seat plate 12 is formed with a circular steam inlet casing at the center of the valve seat plate and a plurality of arc steam inlet casings arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, for example, as shown in fig. 11, a circular steam inlet casing is formed at the center, and four arc steam inlet casings arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction are uniformly distributed at the edge, so that, under the vortex of the steam, the steam can more easily enter the steam valve from the cooking chamber into the steam valve uniformly in a large area, and the heat loss is reduced.
In addition, in order to more effectively heat the food materials in the steamer using the steam in the cooking chamber, it is necessary that the steam in the cooking chamber passes through the steam inlet holes 7 as fast as possible, and therefore, as shown in fig. 10, the plate area of the valve seat plate 12 is set to cover the cooking chamber, so that the steam in the middle and surrounding areas of the cooking chamber can timely and effectively pass through the steam inlet holes 7.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the opening 3 corresponding to the steam inlet chamber 6 at a different position is formed on the bottom plate 4 of the cooking utensil cover body 1, and the positioning wall 13 surrounding the opening and being snapped into the steam inlet chamber 6 is formed on the bottom plate 4. As shown in fig. 10, the valve seat plate body 12 is provided on the bottom plate 4, and the positioning wall 13 and the steam intake chamber 6 are engaged, thereby achieving stable and reliable positioning of the valve seat plate body 12 while exhausting the air.
The steam outlet device 8 is described above in detail as a structural form of the steam valve 11, and another structural form of the steam outlet device 8 will be described below in detail.
In this further constructive form, the steam outlet means 8 comprise a steam valve cover 14 and a bottom plate 4, in particular, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7-9 in 3 different embodiments, the steam outlet means 8 comprise a steam valve cover 14 and a bottom plate 4, when the open cavity 2 is formed with a bottom plate 4 for facing the cooking chamber and having an opening 3, wherein the steam valve cover 14 can be fitted inside the open cavity 2 and forms a steam outlet channel with the bottom plate 4, wherein the opening 3 is a steam inlet of the steam outlet channel.
In this way, the bottom plate 4 is used as a steam valve seat, so that the steam valve seat can be omitted, and thus, when the steam valve cover 14 is arranged, the cooking utensil can normally discharge steam, and when the food steamer needs to be used, the steam valve cover 14 is taken down, and the food steamer 9 is placed at the position of the steam valve cover 14.
Fig. 3 shows one structural form of the bottom plate 4, fig. 4 shows another structural form of the bottom plate 4, in this case, the steam valve cover 14 can be covered, for example, clamped on the cooking utensil cover body 1, for example, in fig. 3, one end of the steam valve cover 14 is firstly clamped with the cooking utensil cover body 1 through a buckle, and then the other end of the steam valve cover 14 is clamped with the cooking utensil cover body 1 through an elastic buckle, so that the clamping fit of the steam valve cover 14 is realized.
Fig. 7-9 show another construction of the steam valve cover 14, as shown, the inner surface of the cover plate 15 of the steam valve cover 14 is formed with a plurality of radially arranged flanges 16 to form a straight steam discharge groove 17 and inner and outer steam discharge arc-shaped grooves 18 and 19 on the inner surface of the cover plate 15, which are sequentially communicated with each other and extend circumferentially around the same center, wherein the cover plate 15 is formed with a steam outlet 20 at the end of the outer steam discharge arc-shaped groove 19.

Of course, the inner steam discharging arc-shaped groove 18 and the outer steam discharging arc-shaped groove 19 may extend circumferentially only on one side of the straight steam discharging groove 17 and have the same center.
Or, in order to avoid concentrated flow of hot steam, reduce flow noise, and further improve the anti-overflow effect, it is preferable that the steam flowing out of the steam discharging straight groove 17 needs to be branched, so as to weaken the amount of steam in the inner steam discharging arc-shaped groove 18 and the outer steam discharging arc-shaped groove 19 on one side, and therefore, as shown in the structure of fig. 9, both sides of the steam discharging straight groove 17 are formed with the inner steam discharging arc-shaped groove 18 and the outer steam discharging arc-shaped groove 19 which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the steam discharging straight groove, and the outer steam discharging arc-shaped grooves 19 on both sides are communicated with the steam outlet 20. Thus, at the junction of the straight steam discharge groove 17 and the two inner steam discharge arc grooves 18, steam will be shunted into the inner steam discharge arc grooves 18 and the outer steam discharge arc grooves 19 on both sides of the straight steam discharge groove 17, so that the amount of steam is weakened and the flow noise is correspondingly reduced.
Of course, in order to improve the bubble breaking effect, as shown in fig. 9, an enlarged groove 21 is formed at the end of the steam discharging straight groove 17, and the enlarged groove 21 communicates with the inner steam discharging arc-shaped groove 18, so that a part of the steam bubbles is automatically broken due to the change of the space pressure from the steam discharging straight groove 17 into the enlarged groove 21.
Finally, in order to further enhance the anti-overflow effect, the steam valve cover 14 of the present invention requires cooling of the flowing hot steam, and thus, as shown in fig. 9, a cold air storage tank 23 is formed between the outer flange 16 and the valve cover side wall 22, and an opening 24 of the cold air storage tank 23 is formed in the valve cover side wall 22. Thus, in use, the temperature in the cold air storage tank 23 will be the same as the outside temperature, and to some extent, will have a cooling effect on the flowing hot steam, so that part of the hot steam condenses to form flowing water.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a seal ring 27 such as a silicone member is fitted around an annular groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the bonnet side wall 22, and an annular rib is radially outwardly projected from the outer peripheral surface of the seal ring 27 and is pressed between the bonnet side wall 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the open chamber 2. Therefore, the sealing ring 27 can be prevented from falling off when the steam valve cover 14 is replaced through the annular groove, and meanwhile, the annular convex rib is extruded and deformed to form interference fit between the valve cover side wall 22 and the inner circumferential surface of the open cavity 2, so that the steam valve cover 14 can be stably and reliably fixed in the open cavity 2, and the problem that the steam valve cover 14 is jumped due to steam force is avoided.
Finally, the present invention provides a cooking utensil, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, comprising any one of the above-described cooking utensil cover assemblies, wherein the cooking utensil cover 1 is fitted to the cooking utensil body 25.
Alternatively, the cooking utensil of the present invention includes the above-described cooking utensil cover 1. At this time, the food steamer can be sold and purchased separately.

A cooking utensil cover according to claim 3 wherein the base plate (4) is formed with steam inlet housings (5) at the openings (3) projecting towards the interior of the open cavity (2), each of the steam inlet housings (5) forming a steam inlet cavity (6) located outside the open cavity and communicable with the cooking cavity, wherein the steam inlet apertures (7) are formed in the walls of the steam inlet housings (5).
6. A cooking utensil cover assembly, characterized by comprising a steam outlet device (8) and a food steamer (9) and a cooking utensil cover (1) according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein,
the steam outlet means (8) and the basket (9) can be selectively arranged in the open chamber (2).
7. Cooking utensil cover assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that when the open cavity (2) is formed with a bottom plate (4) for opposing the cooking chamber and having an opening (3), there is a space between the bottom of the basket (9) placed in the open cavity (2) and the bottom plate (4) to form a vapor diffusion cavity (10).
8. The cooking utensil cover assembly according to claim 6 or 7 wherein the steam outlet means (8) is a steam valve (11).

The cooking utensil cover assembly according to claim 8 wherein the steam valve (11) has its valve seat plate (12) formed with steam inlet housings (5) at different locations projecting towards the interior of the steam valve, each of the steam inlet housings (5) forming a steam inlet chamber (6) external to the steam valve and communicable with the cooking chamber, wherein the steam inlet housing (5) has its walls formed with steam inlet holes (7).
10. The cooking utensil cover assembly of claim 9 wherein the steam valve includes at least one of:
the first method is as follows: the steam inlet hole on the top wall of the steam inlet shell (5) extends vertically;
the second method comprises the following steps: the steam inlet hole on the side wall of the steam inlet shell (5) extends upwards in an inclined way;
the third method comprises the following steps: a circular steam inlet shell positioned at the center of the valve seat plate body and a plurality of arc steam inlet shells arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are formed on the valve seat plate body (12).
11. The cooking utensil lid assembly according to claim 6 or 7 wherein the open cavity (2) is formed with a bottom plate (4) for opposing the cooking chamber and having an opening (3), the steam vent (8) comprising a steam valve cover (14) and the bottom plate (4), wherein the steam valve cover (14) is fittable within the open cavity (2) and forms a steam vent channel with the bottom plate (4), wherein the opening (3) is a steam inlet of the steam vent channel.

The cooking utensil cover assembly according to claim 11, wherein the inner surface of the cover plate (15) of the steam valve cover (14) is formed with a plurality of layers of flanges (16) arranged radially so as to form a straight steam discharge groove (17) and an inner arc steam discharge groove (18) and an outer arc steam discharge groove (19) which are arranged radially outward and extend circumferentially around the same center on the inner surface of the cover plate (15), which are communicated with each other in sequence, wherein the cover plate (15) is formed with a steam outlet (20) at the end of the outer arc steam discharge groove (19).
13. The cooking utensil cover assembly of claim 12 wherein the cooking utensil cover assembly includes at least one of:
the first method is as follows: the inner steam discharge arc-shaped grooves (18) and the outer steam discharge arc-shaped grooves (19) which are symmetrically arranged relative to the steam discharge straight groove are formed on two sides of the steam discharge straight groove (17), and the outer steam discharge arc-shaped grooves (19) on the two sides are communicated with the steam outlet (20);
